:)

What do you think Kurt's (the character) motivations were for trying to stop Show? Heelish greed? Babyface chivalry?

That falls under the whole Heelish Greed thing.

Well RAW IS MAVEN told me he made a bet with JBL that he could stop him.

I believe that he stated that if Show hurt Torrie it was Kurt's ass on the line

I believe that he stated that if Show hurt Torrie it was Kurt's ass on the lineYeah, but that doesn't automatically make it his motive.

Savio

maybe he was thinking about having sex with torrie after. He is a greedy bastard!

The real question is who cares?

Rock Bottom

I dunno, but it'll obviously lead to some feud between Show and Angle. Show obviously being the heel type, turning Angle face. Which means we will probably be looking at another heel GM when Angle is done with that angle. Who'd ever have thought the WWE would put a heel in a position of authority in TV? :p

Anyway, I think Show is the last person Angle should wrestle, because this will probably lead to a match, and the guy is huge.

If you don't care, why post?

Nothing better than taking the energy to let people know you don't care.

This is what prompted the question, actually.

Didn't show say if he lost he was quitting? Im sure that'll be overlooked anyway..

Kane Knight

Well, it'll probably not be swept under the rug, but it'll be incorporated into the feud in the typical wrestling logic (oxymoron?)

They could easily explain why Bigshow didn't quit... Have him go to Raw, and after a month or two, Kurt comes back to Smackdown. He's uber pissed at Show, but can't touch him because he's on Raw, so Kurt makes a trade to get him back so he can have revenge. Sure, it's not exactly sensical, but it's a better explanation then " Oh.. umm, he didn't quit."

Saving his own ass.

That and he thought Benoit was going to levitate him when he fell and prevent the crash.

What is all this saving his ass non sense.

My guess is the writers will have an Angle/Torrie love angle. A way to get Torrie to do something, and the quickest way to allow a face GM into the mix. I thought Big Show was really entertaining on SmackDown!, the guy was really trying hard. Hope they really continue this with him either staying on SmackDown! (saying he won't be fired as he's too greater star), or quitting SmackDown! and going over to RAW to feud with Chris Benoit. :y:

An Angle/Torrie love story wouldn't be a bad idea actually.

I noticed that all Angle said when Show was about to throw Torrie off the platform Angle kept saying that he'll lose his job; Angle said nothing out of concern for Torrie's safety. There's a slight chance of turning Angle face again, but I'd rather see him feud with Show as a tweener.

Actually I think this is going to be some sort of big storyline this week on Smackdown

BTW, according to Velocity, he suffered a broken leg and sever concussion.
So he'll be back in under a month then with only a bandage to show for it?
