None that I can remember. The original Xbox Superman game was Meh. And Superman Returns was terrible.
I've heard Superman 64 is good.

While Superman Returns was ehh, I'd certainly call it the best effort (as far as translating the 'Superman' experience goes). Death of Superman was a pretty good beat 'em up as well.

I can't ever see him being in his own game. He's just too god damn POWERFUL. I mean, Hulk has limitless strength, but he can't vaporize the planet by looking at it so you get Ultimate Destruction.
Superman has to be nerfed just to be in a videogame and then when he gets his own titles, he can't do sweet fuck all and it sucks.

If I remember correctly, Shadow of Apokolips was....decent. And I remember the actual controls for Superman Returns being really good, but then they didn't give you anything particularly fun to do, so the only real enjoyment I got out of it was just flying around the city.
I don't think you'd ever be able to pull off a traditional action game with Superman, because as Funky already pointed out, he's ridiculously powerful and there are only a handful of things that could actually hurt him. You'd have to do things on a scale that I don't think has been done before in gaming yet, that may not be impossible but at the very least incredibly damn difficult for console hardware to handle.
I actually spent a good while trying to think of how to pull off a good Superman game, but I'll spare you the Kalyx-style essay and say that while I think it is entirely possible to make a really good one, it'd still be really fucking hard to pull off.

Shadow of Apokolips wasn't that bad.
