I will go with a 5 I have tons of respect for the man. But he tarnished his legacy when he went to TNA. I don't consider him wrestling there. He is just wasting fucking time and it disgusts me.

So if you don't consider him wrestling there it shouldn't affect your vote, now should it?

To be the man, you gotta beat the man....I gave him a 10 because regardless of his tarnishing of his legacy he is still one of the greatest to ever step foot in the ring, talk on the mic, or wear a title.

It hurt me that he did that. Ok I just did not like or approve of it at all. Him going there affected my vote. Thats why I gave him a 5 the fact that he actually went there.

The dumbest 5 ever given. Hope this didn't hurt you...lol

I gave him a 10 because he had everything you would want in a wrestler and is the best all-around wrestler ever in my opinion, if we take into account for in-ring work, character, mic skills etc.

10, even with the last 15 years of shit he's still the man and in his prime he was as as good as it gets

Yeah but thats like saying Brett Favre isn't one of the greatest QB's of all time because of the retirement/return fiasco of the last few years. Don't mean to get off the wrestling-topic, but you see my point?

Flair is the man WOOOOOOO!

The man could put on some amazing matches. Unfortunately, they were almost always the same match. A very solid 8, because his promos were amazing and he's done a lot for the industry.

High 8 for sure I can't deny his contribution to the business but his actual wrestling skills are below average when compared to some of the other greats.

an absolute 10.And btw he's only wrestled two matches in tna, while giving some of the best promos he's ever done(Which is saying something). If he can give back to the buisness in anyway why stop him? He's Ric freakin flair and he deserves to wrestle until his bones turn to dust as he's said.True greatness is rare. He's been great for decades.

Destor 2.0 gave him a 5... what a dick. He's probably like 5 years old

I gave him a 7.

He's probably the best promo guy ever. But, I remember when I was about 8 and I asked my dad why all of his matches looked the same.

As far as him tarnishing his legacy, I don't think that he's doing that. I think he's in TNA to give young guys the rub and to try and resurrect "wrasslin."

I'm taking off one point for all the times he retired and then came back combined. If I took off point every time he did that he'd probably be somewhere in the negative numbers.

So, he's going to be getting a 9.

Look, man...I respect your opinion and everything, and believe me, I thought of doing the same thing for the simple fact that Flair "retired" in WWE, saying he'd never set foot in a ring and wrestle again, but then went to TNA after his no-compete clause expired. However, I then realized how petty and ridiculous it would be to use that as an excuse for a 9 instead of a 10. The guy obviously needs the money or he wouldn't be anywhere NEAR TNA. So, as far as I'm concerned, I don't even care that he went to "the competition". It's just yet another in a long line of examples of Flair being himself. And if being true to yourself is a wrong, well then I don't want to be right.

8..... could have been an easy 10 for me if he retired as a wrestler (not a manager or personality) 20 years ago.....

Ric Flair recently spoke to Minnesota's Duluth News Tribune to promote an upcoming TNA live event in the region. Here are some highlights of what the Nature Boy said about:

Retiring At WrestleMania 24:
"I don’t know what I thought at the time. Remember that it was WWE that decided to retire Ric Flair. Obviously it was very emotional for myself, Shawn, and my fans. It is not easy to do this for as long as I have and then all of a sudden quit because the company you work for tells you to. I’m not bashing WWE as I have great respect for the group. I believe that the whole set up was beautiful and they did a great job with the hall of fame ceremony and the goodbye on Raw afterward. But I am not ready to sit at home and build a garden. I feel great, I work hard, and I am ready to keep going."

Coming Out Of Retirement:
"The athlete in question is the only person that truly knows if they are ready to retire. No one else .. The only one that truly will know the right time to stop is myself .. I was provided a unique opportunity and had a blast going to Australia. I feel I have a lot more to offer and that is what I am doing. I love TNA and feel that they have the right tools to be something huge. I am having just as much fun now as I did in the ’80s and that is saying something."

Shawn Michaels' Retirement:
"I think Shawn definitely wants to be a family man and be home with his wife. I do, however, feel that he will have a return match at a pay per view sometime down the line."

How Much He Is Like His On-Air Character:
"Enough to give my attorney a few sleepless nights."

Btw, I'm giving The Nature Boy a 9.

Definate 10. Could get a good match out of anybody. One of the best on the mic ever. He is what I think of when I think about pro wrestling. If he wants to keep going in TNA, let him, he deserves to do what makes him happy after all the memories he has given wrestling fans over the years.

I will go with a 5 I have tons of respect for the man. But he tarnished his legacy when he went to TNA. I don't consider him wrestling there. He is just wasting fucking time and it disgusts me.

Went with a 9 on this one, simply because I respect everything that he has done and accomplished. But I have never really been a huge fan of his in ring style.

I mean to me if you saw one Flair match you saw them all, just with someone different standing across the ring from him.

Flame away, Flair fanatics, Flame away.
