SO, real life has gotten in the way since Week 4, Anybody Thrilla has been mega busy and one of our bookers has been "otherwise engaged". This leaves us minus the LAW show (which hopefully we will get to see at some point). Regardless, here we go - the FINAL ROUND.

Joel Gertner: It is I, the Quintessential Stud Muffin, Joel ‘this girl I know wanted to see the show, lives here in Connecticut, so I told her to bend over, and I’d show her where I’d stick it; for forty-five minutes, she proceeded to tease and please and lick it, but when all was said and done, you know I made her buy a ticket’ Gertner. [Pauses for standing ovation] Boy do we have a show for you guys…let me say that all of this…thank you for giving us the chance to do what we love. Thank you for your time and your loyalty. Thanks for being the best god-damned fans in the fucking sport! [Crowd cheers]
[Joel Gertner walks to the ropes and points to the entrance way.]
Joel Gertner: Now it’s time for a word from the man who made this all possible…”The Hardcore Legend” Terry F’n Funk!
[The stadium is on their feet as the lights dim and “Folsom Prison Blues” begins to play. The MSG crowd is electric as Funk hustles out from the entrance way dressed in a fine-tailored suit, a cowboy hat sitting atop his head. His eyes stare off into the distance for a moment as the song fades and the fans start to chant “Thank You Terry”.]
Terry Funk: Tonight we’re putting it all on the line. I say, “win big or go home”, and every single man in the back is ready to make an impression you won’t soon forget. Fuck Hogan, Fuck Flair, if you’re not watching the DWW than you ain’t watching wrestling. This…this is what it’s all about. [The fans begin chanting “DEE-DUB-DUB”.]
[Terry Funk gives a heart-felt wave before exiting up the ramp, turning one last time before telling the fans.]
Thank you…
[Cut to a pre-taped interview. Jeff Jarrett is standing next to Rhino who is seemingly seething with rage.]
JJ: Rhino, you’ve had title matches before but, tonight you’re going to face The Miz for the first time in your career. How do you feel going into this.
Rhino: I feel the same way I do before every match. Angry. Thinking about tonight, all the work, all the training and now I get to face The Miz for the DWW World Title…[Rhino seems unable to contain the emotion brewing inside, he smashes his fist into the wall leaving a hand-sized hole where he strikes.]
JJ: Err, what kind of stipulations do you have in store for The Miz tonight?
Rhino: The Miz will find that out after he steps in the ring. ‘Cuz tonight isn’t about The Miz, it’s about Rhino and the GORE! GORE! GORE!
[Rhino storms off-camera leaving a bewildered looking Jarrett by himself.]
JJ: Looks like we’re going to have to wait until then.
[Cut to announcer’s table.]
Joel Gertner: Rhino still not taking his meds I see.
JJ: He’s madder than I’ve ever seen him Joel. I wouldn’t want to be in The Miz’s shoes tonight.
Joel Gertner: Now, onto our first match. Two of the premier high-flyers in the sport facing each other for the chance to take the spot of #1 contender, it’s Evan Bourne against The Amazing Red.
Match Summary: Round 1 #1 Contender Tournament
“The Amazing Red” VS. Evan Bourne
Evan Bourne makes his way out to the ring to “Clavicle” by Alkaline Trio, he waits calmly in the ring. The Amazing Red comes out with new music “Seeing Red” by the Whiskey Town Mafia. The fans rock the MSG with dueling chants, “RED!” “BOURNE!” “RED!” “BOURNE!” for nearly a minute while Red and Bourne shake hands. Both men make it obvious that this is business and not personal. The bell is rung.
Bourne and Red lock up, Red goes behind for a German suplex but Bourne lands on his feet and attempts one of his own, Red too lands on his feet. They lock up again, Bourne with the side-headlock, Red shoves Bourne into the ropes then goes up for a standing drop-kick which Bourne stops just a few inches short of, Bourne with a springboard moonsault but Red rolls out of the way to safety. The fans are eating it up!
Bourne and Red shake hands then circle each other warily. Another lock-up and this time Red takes control with some well timed knees to the mid-section, Bourne looks dazed and Red hits the ropes bouncing off for a cross-body dive that Bourne counters by catching Red and rolling backwards then capturing his arm in an arm-bar. Red escapes via reverse summersault, gets to his feet then nails Bourne in the head with a roundhouse kick.
Red hits the ropes and comes off with a running shooting star press but Bourne counters with the knees then follows it up by sling-shotting Red into the turn-buckle then nailing a picture-perfect drop-kick to the back of Red and rolling him up with a schoolboy for a 2 count.
Bourne pulls Red to his feet and whips him into the ropes, Red hooks his arms around them and Bourne charges in for a clothesline, Red pulls the ropes down and Bourne goes flying out of the ring. Red gets to his feet and gets to the center of the ring while Bourne recovers on the outside. Red with the cartwheel into a corkscrew moonsault onto Bourne who goes smashing into the guard rail causing the crowd to start a deafening “HOLY SHIT!” chant. Both men struggle to their feet, Red gets to his first and catches Bourne with a bull-dog onto the concrete that busts the side of his face open.
Red in control now rolls Bourne into the ring then goes up top signaling for the Infrared (540 corkscrew senton bomb), Bourne comes around just in time to rush in and neutralize Red before hitting a Frankensteiner off the top rope. The crowd is hot now as Bourne makes the cover. Red gets the arm up at 2.
Bourne pulls Red to his feet and nails the “Here We Go Driver” (pumphandle half-nelson driver) and hooks a leg. Red kicks out at 2 and ¾.
Bourne is in shock now as he ascends the top turnbuckle and looks at his friend who wisely rolls to the outside. Red’s escape is short-lasting however, as Bourne hits a missile drop kick from the top rope to the outside which takes Red off his feet and sends him smashing into the guard rail and spilling over into the crowd. Bourne climbs up onto the apron and as Red gets to his feet sails into the crowd with a corkscrew moonsault of his own catching Red as well as a few patrons. The fans break out into another “HOLY SHIT!” chant as Bourne struggles to recover.
Red crawling towards the ring manages to reach the guard rail before Bourne can get to his feet and uses it to pull himself up. Bourne, still dazed from his offense, looks around for Red who rushes forward for a desperate Red Spike (back to belly piledriver) that sees both men immobile. The ref begins a slow ten count. Bourne and Red both appear to be spent but, each manages to crawl to the guard rail in time to cut the ten count off. Bourne tumbles over the guard rail and back into the ring area, Red following behind. Bourne pulls himself into the ring and collapses, trying to catch his breath for a moment while Red does the same on the outside. The ref starts a second ten count and Red and Bourne both seem to wake up from their daze.
Red slides into the ring and once again it’s Bourne and Red circling each other, albeit slowly, in the center of the ring. Red goes for an enziguri but Bourne catches the leg and counters with the Boston Crab. Red fights his way to the ropes but clearly has nothing left after the effort. Bourne pulls Red to his feet and props him up in the corner before nailing a beautiful shining wizard. Bourne covers but Red gets the leg up onto the rope at 2.
Bourne pulls Red to his feet and goes for a powerbomb, Red counters with a head-scissors takedown into a DDT. Both men are down, Red struggles just to breathe after hitting such a demanding move. Bourne is now bleeding profusely as Red finally begins to crawl over to his long-time friend and drapes an arm exhaustedly over Bourne’s chest. Bourne gets the arm up at 2 and 5/6 and the live crowd goes nuts.
Red gets to his knees, then after a long while stands and goes to grab Bourne who puts him down with a drop toe-hold before rolling him over and limping towards the nearest corner. Bourne ascends the top turnbuckle and hits the AIR BOURNE. Slow crawl for the pin and 1,2,3. The fans give both men a standing ovation.
19 Minutes and 35 seconds
[Cut to the announce table]
JJ: FIVE STAR MATCH! And this thing is just getting started, oh boy, I tell you. How is he going to have anything left for one more match, much less two matches?
Joel Gertner: Bourne moves on to round 2. I wonder if we can expect the same from Homicide and MVP against their mystery opponents.
JJ: After that match, I don’t think we have to worry about sending the fans home happy.
Match Summary: Round 1 #1 Contender Tournament
Homicide VS. TBA
Homicide comes out to a chorus of boos. The fans start a “you sold out” chant as he enters the ring and waits for his opponent. Suddenly Rey Mysterio’s music hits and the fans are standing up and cheering. Rey pulls out a mic’ and tells Homicide that the doctors have allowed him to compete in the #1 Contender tournament and Homicide throws a tantrum. Mysterio slides into the ring and the bell is rung.
Homicide misses a wild right hand swing and Mysterio nails a crescent drop-kick before landing on his feet, Homicide hits the mat hard allowing Mysterio to nail a standing moonsault then hook the leg. Kick out at 1.
Homicide escapes to the outside, Mysterio with a sling-shot plancha to the outside and Homicide is down. Mysterio pulls him up and drapes Homicide over the guard-rail before nailing a tight-rope walk leg-drop to the back of his head. The fans are really behind Mysterio as he continues his offensive by propping Homicide against the guard rail and hitting a summersault clothesline to send both of them spilling back into the ring-side area. Homicide crawling away but gets caught by Mysterio who grabs him by the leg and locks on a prone ankle lock to the delight of the fans.
Mysterio releases the hold then climbs up to the apron as Homicide makes a slow recovery. As Homicide gets to his feet Mysterio comes off for a seated-senton, Homicide counters it with a vicious power-bomb then collapses onto his back for a moment. Both men struggle to get to their feet, Homicide up first and nails a vicious kick to the face of Mysterio before locking on a head-lock and liberally peppering Mysterio’s face with punches. Homicide taunts the crowd before transitioning into a bulldog onto the concrete floor. Mysterio is holding his head.
Homicide climbs into the ring as Mysterio begins to stir on the outside. The fans start a “YOU SUCK” chant aimed at Homicide who just smiles and flips them off. Mysterio gets to his feet and tries to enter the ring only to get sent crashing into the guard-rail thanks to a baseball slide from Homicide. Homicide opts to stay in the ring and enjoy his advantage. Mysterio gets to his feet again and tries to enter the ring, Homicide goes for a second baseball slide but Mysterio dodges and pulls Homicide out of the ring to land hard onto the floor. Mysterio grabs Homicide and rolls him into the ring, then applies a reverse arm-bar. Homicide manages to slide around and drape his leg onto the ropes to end the move.
Both men up now, Mysterio charges and gets the wheel-barrow body-scissors transitioning into an arm-drag that flings Homicide across the ring. Homicide recovers quickly and Mysterio gets him again with an arm-drag following it up with a Mexican Surf-board. Homicide refuses to quit, Mysterio rolls him over then re-applies the surf-board before losing his grip. Homicide hurting, wisely puts distance between himself and Mysterio. Mysterio goes into a cart-wheel only to find himself knocked silly with a brutal clothesline from Homicide who applies a chin-lock. Before rolling Mysterio over and going to the top-rope. Frog splash! Homicide hooks the leg and gets a 2 count.
Homicide starts arguing with the referee and Mysterio rolls him up for 2 count of his own. Homicide is enraged and nails Mysterio hard in the head with a roundhouse kick and hits a DDT on Mysterio. Mysterio dazed, tries to get to his feet as Homicide stalks him like a wild animal. GRINGO KILLAH! Homicide scores the pinfall.

Joel Gertner: Another BIG WIN for Homicide. That makes his record against Mysterio 2-0.
JJ: Mysterio appears to be hurt. Gotta wonder if it was too soon for him to get back into the ring last week.
Joel Gertner: Homicide moving onto round 2, Mysterio may be leaving the MSG on a stretcher for the second time in recent history.
[EMTs come out but Mysterio gets to his feet and raises his arm to the fans garnering a major cheer before exiting up the ramp by himself.]
JJ: That is a lotta heart, Joel.
Joel Gertner: Up next we have MVP facing yet another surprise entrant into the #1 Contender Tournament, but first let’s check out this video from Kofi Kingston and John Morrison, The Most Charismatic Tag Team in the Universe…
[The Most Charismatic Tag Team in the Universe appear on the screen both donning bright toothy smiles, posed “casually” in matching Hugh Hefner garb.]
John Morrison: Kofi, do you know if that busload of cheerleaders got home safely?
Kofi Kingston: [In a deep announcer-like voice.] Why yes John, they did.
John Morrison: Oh, are we rolling? My bad. Hello fan-base. It’s me…John Morrison and my good friend and co-tag team partner Kofi “The King” Kingston. We just wanted to touch upon a few of our career highlights before the big Ladder Match tonight just to give the people a crash-course on the next DWW World Tag Team Champions.
Kofi Kingston: The question isn’t even what have we done, the question is…what haven’t we done?
[The feed is cut and replaced by a strange Japanese symbol above a timer slowly counting down.]
JJ: What does Terry Funk have in store for us tonight?
Joel Gertner: Speaking of the unknown, MVP faces an unknown threat in just a few moments.
Match Summary: Round 1 #1 Contender Tournament
MVP VS. TBA
MVP doesn’t look shocked when his opponent is revealed to be Rob Terry of the British Tigers, however, he does look somewhat intimidated by the younger, larger athlete. MVP brings his A game but finds himself falling victim to a powerbomb and chokeslam for the win. Rob Terry celebrates his move to round 2.

JJ: Rob Terry with an impressive victory over a seasoned veteran. I tell you Joel, like him or not, Terry is going places.
[The Bogus Journeys appear on the screen through a fog of smoke. Paul London starts saying something inaudible and Kendrick begins to laugh. There is a Woody Harrelson poster displayed prominently on the wall and Kendrick points to it and says something. Finally, after a minute of silence the audio cuts back on.]
Paul London: Dude…not cool.
Brian Kendrick: This thing was off the whole time?
[Cut to the announce table.]
Joel Gertner: I haven’t seen two men that stoned in a long time.
JJ: That’s it? No double-entendre?
Joel Gertner: Just a statement of fact. I hope they’re ready for their match tonight. Up next we have…two…to be announced entrants. I think we’re about to find out who the hell they are.
Match Summary: Round 1 #1 Contender Tournament
TBA VS. TBA
The first man out is Magnus who receives a deserved round of boos. He turns pale as “Come out and Play” by The Offspring begins to play and Raven storms the rings to a great deal of fanfare. Magnus finds himself on the wrong end of Raven’s offense for a fast-paced match-up. Daffney distracts Raven long enough for Magnus to nail a low-blow and hit his finisher Tormentum for the win. Rob Terry runs out and both men celebrate the victory.

[The events leading up to the Loser Leaves DWW Match, Terry Funk and the four men talk about the level of commitment and competition in the company. Shark Boy talks about MVP’s act of betrayal and his hopes for getting revenge. Jesse Neal and Primo whine about how they are never taken seriously and JTG complains about the company holding him down.]
Match Summary: Loser Leaves DWW
JTG VS. Shark Boy VS. Jesse Neal VS. Primo
A stiff, unforgiving match that sees all four men donning the proverbial crimson mask (even Shark Boy). After a good deal of double- and triple-teaming Shark Boy to no avail, Jesse Neal turns on Primo and nails his Spear. Shark Boy hits Diamond Dust on JTG and becomes Primo’s savior for the finish of the match. JTG leaves the ring in frustration and the DWW sees the last of him (possibly).

Match Summary: Round 2 #1 Contender Tournament
Rob Terry VS. Magnus
Terry and Magnus shake hands while delivering some abuse to the crowd. Reluctantly they lock up. The hatred for the two is over-powering and the match is shit on by the live crowd. Rob Terry scores the victory with a softer-than-usual chokeslam which drives the fans into a rage. Rob Terry moves on to the finals after a, perhaps purposefully, lackluster match.

[The Miz appears at the entrance way in an elaborately awesome 80s style outfit and a mic’ in his hand.]
Miz: All of my dreams have finally…come…true. The Miz, the Awesome one, headlines…Madison Square Gardens. And it could not have happened to a more deserving person than myself [the arena echoes with boos] Oh, you people might think you know the names of wrestlers who deserve this honor more than myself but, behind your delusions there is that deep sinking realization that I am everything I said I was and more.
Rhino fought through the roster to get here…[cheers] but, name one legitimate contender for my title that he knocked out. You can’t. While he was busy leveling the mid-card talent I was busy defending my title against the only former DWW World Champion in the company Rey Mysterio [cheers] and wiping that smug look off his stupid little immigrant face [massive boos.]
While Rhino was smashing people’s skulls with furniture, I was ending the career of Jeff Fucking Jarrett. And when he was preparing for the biggest match, before tonight, I was mopping the floor with John Morrison, who I might add is going to be fighting for the second most prestigious titles in the company tonight.
So yes, Rhino passed the “test”, he “earned” a shot at my title. He did it by mastering mediocrity while I destroyed my competition. He even, some would say, did it with ease. I could have walked down to that ring at any time during Rhino’s “Anything Goes” matches and changed the course of history. I could have derailed his title chase any time I wanted to but, I didn’t. Maybe, before walking out tonight, Rhino should ask himself one single question. Why?
[The Miz drops the mic and exits to a raucous round of boos.]
JJ: Definitely something Rhino should consider going into his match tonight.
Joel Gertner: We have Bourne and Homicide facing off next, should be a hell of a match.
JJ: Two of the best in the business, Joel. This match is going to decide who will face Rob Terry in the finals and who will go home one step farther from the DWW World Title.
Match Summary: Round 2 #1 Contender Tournament
Evan Bourne VS. Homicide
Homicide comes to the ring first and attacks Bourne as he enters the ring. The two have an incredibly fast-paced back-and-forth match up with nearly a dozen near falls. MVP comes out during the last half and tries to make trouble but gets blind-sided by Rey Mysterio who puts MVP out with a steel chair. Homicide is caught with a school boy during the distraction and Bourne walks out the winner. Rey Mysterio puts MVP onto a table, climbs the top turnbuckle and nails a frog splash through it to end the struggle. Mysterio turns to face Homicide and the chase to the back begins.

[Rob Terry comes out to the entranceway.]
Rob Terry: I just want to know one thing, Evan. How are those ribs doing?
JJ: Just despicable actions from a man who may very well be our next #1 DWW World title Contender. Just makes me sick.
Joel Gertner: We’ll keep the fans updated but, it’s now time for the first title defense of the night.
Match Summary: DWW World Tag Team Title Ladder Match
MCMGs VS. The Bogus Journeys VS. “The Most Charismatic…”TMC come out first dressed in gold tinted fur coats and tights, the fans are really into them.
The BJs nearly stumble down the entrance way much to the delight of the fans. Wearing blood red matching tights.
MCMG come out to massive approval wearing matching black tights.
Out come the ladders, placed all around the ring, each team eyeing them warily. The bell is rung and the match starts off rather calmly. Each team designates a single man to approach the center of the ring, the partner staying back in a chosen corner. London, Sabin and Kofi start things off, circling each other while the giant MSG crowd awaits the opening moves."
London grabs Kofi in a headlock and Sabin nails a roundhouse kick to Kofi, London follows that with a bulldog then gets caught with a German suplex by Sabin. Suddenly, Morrison rushes in and sends Sabin flying out of the ring with a drop-kick. Kendrick hits a Russian legsweep on Morrison as he gets to his feet, and Shelley hits a springboard moonsault onto both Kendrick and Morrison.
Sabin recovers on the outside and slides a ladder into the ring. London hits a dropkick to the ladder sending Sabin crashing into the guard rail. Kofi whips London into a corner and follows it up with a shining wizard. Shelley hits a DDT onto Kofi then sets up the ladder. Morrison from behind with a full-nelson back-to-belly suplex on Shelley then up the ladder. Kendrick grabs a leg and hits a tornado power bomb off the ladder. London climbs the ladder and it’s Sabin with a missile drop-kick to the ladder from the top turnbuckle sending London flying out of the ring. Kofi rolls out of the ring and grabs a second ladder. Morrison rolls out and joins him.
Sabin re-sets the ladder and pulls Shelley to his feet as Kendrick goes to the outside to revive his team-mate. Sabin begins to climb with Shelley defending, Kofi and Morrison charge him with the second ladder only for Shelley jumping through the ladder rungs unscathed. When Kofi and Morrison realize what happened Kendrick and London are back in the ring nailing twin neckbreakers. Sabin is reaching for the belts now and finds himself flying through the air thanks to London and Kendrick. Shelley nails a spinning wheel kick on Kendrick but ends up suplexed onto a fallen ladder by London. Kofi and Morrison set up a ladder on the outside, Kofi climbs it and hits a missile dropkick on London, Morrison climbs the outsider ladder and then nails a variation of Starship Pain off the ladder and onto Kendrick.
Morrison re-sets the in-ring ladder and ascends with Kofi defending. Sabin from the outside tosses a steel chair into the ring and nails Kofi in the face. Morrison begins unhooking the belts now as Shelley hits a dropkick to the ladder, Morrison bails out and lands neatly in the ring. Sabin slides in and nails Morrison with a clothesline from behind. MCMG places a ladder between the ropes in a corner before grabbing Morrison and double-whipping him into the corner for an unpleasant surprise. London gets to his feet just in time for a double-superkick from MCMG. Kendrick sets up the steel chair and uses it as a launching pad for a suicide cross-body that puts himself and MCMG over the top rope and to the outside.
Kofi re-sets the ladder, struggling to stand now, and begins to climb the ladder. The lights go out. When they return Kofi is on his knees, blood pouring out from his mouth and standing before him is Tajiri with the strange Japanese symbol painted on his forehead. Brutal Buzzsaw Kick! John Morrison is being lifted for a powerbomb by Masato Tanaka (also bearing the mark), he sends Morrison outside onto the concrete. The fans are in shock. Kendrick tries to attack Tajiri but gets the Green Mist in his face for the trouble and London finds himself knocked out by a wild clothesline by Tanaka. The fans are supremely pissed. Suddenly MCMG are in the ring and it looks like Tajiri and Tanaka are going to suffer for their sins. Sabin and Shelley launch across the rings and…stop short, shaking the hands of both Tajiri and Tanaka. The two help them set up the ladder and they climb and retrieve the DWW Tag Team Titles to the hate-filled boos of the crowd.

[MCMG and stand with Tajiri and Tanaka who raise up their hands in victory. Cut to the announce table where Jarrett is in complete shock. ]
JJ: I can't believe what I just saw. The Murder City Machine Guns just got the titles handed to 'em by two hired guns.
Joel Gertner: It's a strange team-up if you ask me. I wouldn't believe it if it weren't for the fact that both men had teamed up in Japan over the last few months.
JJ: I'm getting word that Evan Bourne is going to come out, apparently there's something he wants to tell the fans.
[B]Evan Bourne: I just wanted to come out and tell you guys that I'm sorry.
JJ: Oh no...
Evan Bourne: The last thing I wanted to do tonight was to let you people down. I never thought I'd get so close to winning this thing and have to give it up. That's why I have to apologize...to Rob Terry and Magnus. You want this win, you're going to have to earn it!
[The crowd cheers and Rob Terry, Magnus and Daffney suddenly appear at the entrance. Bourne drops his mic and puts his fists up. As the trio near the ring the ref jumps down and throws Magnus and Daffney out of the match. Rob Terry is irate as he is forced to part ways with his partners.]

Rob Terry VS Evan Bourne
Evan Bourne locks up with Terry as the bell is rung and finds himself the victim of an abdominal stretch followed by some rough elbows to the ribs. Bourne is hurting early on in the match and Terry takes full advantage. Terry lifts Bourne to his feet then goes for a double-arm choke-slam only for Bourne to nail a desperation jaw-breaker. Terry is dazed, Bourne fights through the pain and makes his way to the top rope. AIR BOURNE! and Bourne is in agony now. He makes a super-slow crawl before collapsing onto the chest of Terry.
Terry tosses Bourne into the air before the ref can count to one. The fans are booing mercilessly as Terry gets to his feet laughing. "That all you got you cunt?" Terry pulls Bourne to his feet and destroys him with a powerbomb. The fans are in completely disgust now as Terry points to the ceiling and again pulls Bourne to his feet. Bourne is cluting his ribs as he is lead to the corner and places on the top turnbuckle. Terry signals for the chokeslam and wraps his giant hand around Bourne's neck. Bourne is standing for the chokeslam and...it's almost over now! DIAMOND CUTTER OFF THE TOP ROPE! MSG is on its feet now as Bourne crawls over and again makes the pin. 1,2,3. Evan Bourne is your new #1 Contender for the DWW World Title. The fans are chanting his name as the ref helps him to his feet and raises his arm in victory.

[Suddenly Jimmy Urine and his band Mindless Self Indulgence appear at a specially designated stage a little off to the ring entrance. They start to play "Here Comes the Pain" by Method Man and the lights dim. Rhino emerges in what seems like a sea of fire. The fans explode with excitement.]

Rhino VS. The Miz
Rhino stands brooding in the center of the ring while Mindless Self Indulgence finishes his music and then Jimmy Urine announces The Miz's arrival. They start playing "Bitches" as The Miz makes an entrance from the crowd, surrounded by bodyguards. The fans anger at his audacity is shown through the trash he is pelted with. The Miz enters the ring after what seems like forever and the bell is rung.
The Miz looks somewhat nervous and waves off Rhino and the ref. He calls for a mic and demands to know what kind of match they will be having. Jimmy Urine, still on stage, pulls out a crumpled piece of paper and reads of the words "Two out of three Falls, Anything Goes..." The Miz's face turns to complete disgust. Rhino catches Miz offguard and nails a brutal spinebuster for a [B]2 count.
The Miz quickly escapes to the outside, Rhino follows through the ropes only to get blinded by a quick eye-poke from The Miz. He follows it up with a european uppercut and an impact DDT onto the concrete which seems to leave the Manbeast in a deep daze. The Miz grabs a microphone and begins taunting Rhino, "You piece of shit, you come after me with this weak offense?" Rhino springs up and hits a clothesline so hard it flips The Miz over onto the concrete. Rhino gets to his feet and cracks his neck a few times before lifting The Miz up and throwing him into the ring with a guerilla press. The fans are chanting "HOLY SHIT!" as he jumps up onto the canvas and enters the ring.
Rhino grabs The Miz by the hair and gets a low-blow putting him on his knees. The Miz hits the ring ropes and bounces off with a high knee to the skull. Rhino falls flat on his back giving The Miz time to climb the top turnbuckle and execute a picture perfect diving elbow drop. The Miz hooks a leg and barely manages a 2 count for his trouble.
The Miz gets up and hits standing elbow drop only for Rhino to catch his arm and apply the arm bar. The crowd is on their feet as The Miz taps out immediately for the first "fall" of the match. The ref breaks up the submission and The Miz rises to his feet seemingly unhurt. As Rhino gets to his feet he finds himself victim to the Reality Check (running knee lift into a neckbreaker slam). The Miz hooks the leg for 2 and 1/2.
Rhino struggles to his feet and gets caught with the Mizard of Oz (swinging reverse DDT) for his trouble. The Miz hurriedly hooks the leg and again Rhino kicks out before 3. The Miz, enraged, goes to the outside and fetches a steel chair. Rhino gets to his feet in time for the steel to bounce off his skull, Rhino stumbles back dazedly, The Miz drives the chair into Rhino's gut, drops it and hits a DDT onto the chair. The fans are in shock at seeing the Manbeast handled in such a brutal way. The Miz hooks a leg and again only gets a 2 count. The Miz loses it and hits the Skull Crushing Finale on the ref and rolls to the outside.
Another ref runs down to the ring as The Miz grabs a table and slides it into the ring. The fans become livid as he stands the table in the corner and signals for the SCF. Rhino jumps to his feet groggily and charges in for the GORE! GORE! GORE! through the table! Only, The Miz dodges allowing Rhino to smash through the table and then stumble backward into the Skull Crushing Finale. The Miz hooks the leg and scores the second fall of the match.
The Miz, not waiting for the ref's permission, locks the STF on Rhino. AGAINST ALL ODDS Rhino breaks the hold and rolls away. The Miz grabs the steel chair and slams it down on Rhino's head before laying it over his face and stomping down with both feet. Rhino looks done for as The Miz rolls out of the ring and brings in yet another wooden table and again places it in a corner. The fans become silent as that all too familiar look appears upon his face. He points to Rhino and then to the table then seems to signal to the back.
Rob Terry with a bandage around his face and Magnus come sprinting down the entranceway. The crowd erupts in boos and yet the ref cannot stop the match because of the Anything Goes stipulation. Terry and Magnus lift Rhino up then signal for the Tiger Stomp (Chokeslam/Warrior's Way combo) when suddenly Raven comes sprinting down to the ring. Magnus goes for a clothesline and Raven ducks it before nailing an Evenflow DDT. Terry with a look of horror on his face as Rhino comes back with a surge of newfound strength lifting him up for a brutal spinebuster onto a steel chair. Terry rolls out and suddenly the tables are turned on The Miz.
Raven grabs the steel chair and slams it into the face of The Miz forcing him to stumble back first into the very wooden table he placed into the corner minutes ago. Raven presses the steel chair against the throat of The Miz and Rhino signals for the Gore. He sprints forward but, NO! Steel slams hard into the top of Rhino's skull and he goes limp. The Miz stumbles over to Rhino and hooks the leg. 1,2,3. The Miz is victorious. Raven grabs his hand and raises it in solidarity. The fans have been betrayed by Raven.

The Miz gets on the mic and delivers the final words of the night. "I am The Miz and I....AM....AWESOME!!!!"

VCW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP: LADDER MATCH: KAVAL v R-TRUTH
*Jeremy Borash is in the ring*
Borash: The following Ladder Match is the Final of the Championship Chase for the VCW International Championship. The winner of the match and first ever International Champion wil be the first man to climb the ladder and pull down the title belt.
*R-Truth heads to the ring with his ribs taped. As he makes his way to the ring we see clips of the Championship Chase. Suicide gets a roll up to eliminate Eric Young in the Sensational Sixway from Week 1. In Week 2's Frenzied Fiveway we see Kaval progress first by making Moore tap and Truth progress second with a pin over Moore*
*Kaval makes his way to the ring to another pop. We are shown clips of Week 3 where Kaval progresses from his singles match with Moore where as Truth loses to Henry before beating Moore in a "play-off". Finally, Week 4 shows Truth and Kaval simultaneously pinning Henry to progress to the final*
Cole: Four weeks of action has led us to this point. Six men started and we're down to the final two. Kaval or R-Truth will be crowned the first ever VCW International Champion tonight.
*Both men stand in the ring with the International Title hanging above them. They both look up at it and then back at each other. They slap hands in a show of respect and the bell rings.
Both men circle each other for a few moments until both of men drop to the outside to grab a ladder each. Both men slide their ladders into the ring and follow them in. Kaval bends to pick up his ladder but Truth grabs him and throws him to the outside. Truth sets up the ladder in the centre of the ring and begins to climb. Kaval is back in the ring quickly, he grabs Truth's ankle and yanks him off of the ladder. Truth lands on his feet and the two exchange right hands. Truth takes advantage momentarily, he bounces off the ropes and sprints towards Kaval, who moves out of the way. Truth runs face first into the ladder sending both the man and the ladder down to the canvas. Kaval circles his opponent as Truth begins to get back to his feet. At one knee Kaval hits a solid Roundhouse Kick to the ribs*
Cole: Those ribs have been injured at the hands of Mark Henry.
*Truth gets to his feet, Kaval picks him up and nails a Bodyslam across the laid out ladder, once again concentrating the attack on Truth's ribs. Kaval falls to the mat and locks in a Body Scissors*
Cole: Kaval won't win the belt down on the mat.
Heyman: He will if Truth's ribs are too injured for him to climb that ladder.
*Kaval keeps the move locked in as Truth writhes in pain. When Truth stops struggling Kaval lets go of the hold and grabs the ladder. He sets it up in the centre of the ring and begins to ascend it.
Kaval gets to the top and gets his hands on the belt as the crowd roar. Truth manages to get to his feet, he grabs Kaval's ankle and tries to pull his opponent down. Kaval manages to kick Truth away but he is quickly back at his opponent. Truth grabs Kaval's ankle again but this time twists it in an Ankle Lock. Kaval calls out in pain*
Heyman: Exceptional move from Truth here. A painful ankle is gonna make climbing that ladder all the more difficult.
*Kaval starts to come down from the summit of the ladder as Truth holds on to the ankle. Kaval jumps from the ladder and hits an Enzuguri. Kaval lands hard on the mat and Truth is sent into the corner dazed by the kick. Kaval slowly gets to his feet and heads up the ladder again, Truth heads up the other side. At the top the two men exchange right hands until Kaval kicks Truth in the ribs. The impact of the kick also hurts Kaval's ankle and he can't continue up the ladder. He grabs Truth and nails a Spinning Neckbreaker off the ladder, which leaves both men down on the canvas*
Cole: What an impact!
*The crowd start a dueling chant of "Let's go Kaval/Let's go Truth" as both men begin to stir. Kaval is up ahead of Truth who is using the ropes to pick himself up. Kaval begins to climb the ladder but 3 rungs up Truth hits the ropes and scores with the Lie Detector. The move sends Kaval off the ladder and under the bottom rope to the arena floor.
Truth repositions the ladder under the title and begins a slow climb to the top, his hurting ribs obviously hindering his progress. As he nears the top Kaval is on the apron. He uses the ropes to Springboard into a kick to Truth's ribs which stops the rapper in his tracks. Kaval climbs the ladder behind Truth, he climbs on to Truth's back and locks in a Dragon Sleeper. Truth does his best to hold onto the ladder but he begins to fade. Eventually, Truth can no longer hold on and he falls from the ladder landing on top of Kaval. The ladder topples over*
Heyman: Well that kinda backfired for Kaval.
*Once again both men are down. They slowly get to their knees and turn to face each other. They start throwing right hands at each other again with neither man taking full advantage until Kaval manages to spring to his feet and kick Truth in the side of the head. The sudden burst of energy takes its toll on Kaval though and he is back to a knee. Kaval crawls across to the ladder, now lacking energy Kaval struggles to pick the ladder up. Truth gets to his feet, he takes the opportunity to take advanatge by nailing the Scissor Kick to the back of Kaval's head, sending him face first into the edge of the ladder.
Truth is back to the canvas as Kaval holds his face. Truth gets back to his feet and sets the ladder up in the centre of the ring. Truth heads up the ladder but Kaval is back up. Kaval pulls Truth's legs through the rungs of the ladder. He kicks him in the back and Truth is left stuck in the ladder. Kaval heads up the other side, Kaval climbs up the other side of the ladder. As Kaval nears the top, Truth begins to pull himself up so that he is sat in the ladder. Kaval looks down at Truth, then up at the belt. Kaval springs over the top of the ladder and hits the Warrior's Way on Truth as he hangs from the ladder. Truth crashes through four rungs of the ladder and to the mat, Kaval heads back up the other side of the ladder, he grabs hold of the belt and manages to pull down the title. He holds the title aloft at the top of the ladder before climbing down.
The ref raises Kaval's hand as his music plays. He heads to the top rope to hold his newly won title aloft. After celebrating he helps Truth to his feet, the two shake hands and Kaval holds truth's hand up as the crowd cheer their appreciation of the pair. The two men head to the back together*
Cole: A great show of sportsmanship between the new International Champion Kaval and his opponent R-Truth.
Heyman: Don't bank on that sportsmanship lasting Cole. Whilst Kaval heads to the back holding the International Championship, the only thing Truth holds is his ribs.
Cole: We'll see. But what a way to kick off VCW Revelation! A fantastic match!
Heyman: I can't argue. I gotta hand it to you Cole, that was one hell of a match.
WINNER and FIRST EVER INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION: Kaval. [23mins 17secs]

Heyman: The World's Strongest Man hasn't forgotten that Shannon Moore stuck his nose in his business this past week on Wednesday Night Warfare.
*The World's Strongest Man drags Moore along the floor and out into the arena. He clubs him again and lifts him over his shoulder to walk down to the ring. Henry lifts Moore above his head in a Gorilla Press and throws him through the ropes and into the ring. Henry slides in after him, peels him off the mat and picks him up ready for the World's Strongest Slam. Before he hits the move he is interupted by...*

The Super Heavyweights look down at Moore with sadistic looks on their faces. Before they can attack, The Dude Busters hit the ring and start to beat on Khali and Henry. They attack with fast kicks and punches and hit tandem Superkicks on the big men sending them reeling*
Cole: Gentlemen! Gentlemen, please. You want on this show that bad? Then fine. The Great Khali and Mark Henry versus The Dude Busters.........and Shannon Moore in a 3-on-2 Handicap Match...RIGHT NOW!
3-ON-2 HANDICAP MATCH: THE DUDE BUSTERS & SHANNON MOORE v THE GREAT KHALI & MARK HENRY
*The match sees the smaller men trying to cut down the bigger guys with fast action early on. They tag out often and stay out of the clutches of the bigger men. On the 5 minute mark, The Dude Busters nail a Double Superkick on Henry that sends him to the mat. Moore tags in and hits an Elbow Drop from the top rope but only gets 2 before Henry pushes him off. The match continues with the smaller guys remaining elusive.
Eventually, Khali takes hold of Trent Baretta, he hits him with a huge chop sending him to the mat. Khali tags in Henry who scrapes Baretta off the mat and throws him to the corner where Caylen Croft tags in. Croft runs at Henry but is scooped up and hit with the World's Strongest Slam. Khali tags back in, he pulls Croft up and pushes him into the corner where Shannon Moore tags in. Moore comes at Khali with punches and kicks until Khali lifts him up with both hands and nails the Khali Bomb. He tags Henry back in who bounces off the ropes and hits a Big Splash. He covers and gets the 3 count*
Heyman: At a combined weight of over 800lbs, VCW better be on notice. Who will stop this new Colossal Connection?

Heyman: The ref had better check that it's actually Dustin this time and not Husky Harris trying to pull a fast one on Cody.
*Goldust enters the ring and removes his coat in a "sexy" way, much to the chagrin of Cody. He pulls the wig off and the two men come face to face. Goldust does his classic breathing in taunt and chomps at Cody. Cody goes apeshit, telling the ref to ring the bell.
The two men tie up, Cody quickly nails a knee to the midsection. He pounds on his brothers back a couple of times and hooks him up for a suplex, before he can hit the move Goldust strokes Cody's chest. Cody reels away from the lock, pissed off at his brother's actions. He yells out at the crowd.
Cody lifts this hands above his head for a "Test Of Strength", in classic heel fashion Cody goes to boot Goldust in the midsection but Goldust blocks the shot, grabbing the boot. With Cody hopping on one leg, Goldust "walks" two fingers up his brother's thigh, once again sending Cody into a rage as he pulls his leg away*
Cole: VINTAGE Goldust here with the mind games.
*Cody composes himself again, the two men go into a collar-and-elbow tie-up and Cody takes the advantage with a side headlock. Goldust struggles to free himself, he tries to push Cody off the ropes but Cody holds on tight. Goldust goes down on to one knee as the hold takes effect. Goldust then pinches Cody's ass. Cody breaks the hold and skips through the middle rope to the arena floor. He shouts at his brother to cut it out and complains to the ref. The ref begins to count as Cody paces outside, on the count of 6 Cody slides back in. He slaps his face a little to get his head straight*
Cole: Goldust is certainly winning the psychological game here.
Heyman: Of course he is! How would you like to be touched up by that freak. Then figure in the fact that under that make-up, it's his own brother!!
*Cody takes a different tactic and instead of trying to tie up with his brother he hits him with a quick boot to the knee which takes Goldust down to one knee. Cody hits the ropes and knees his brother in the side of the head. Goldust is out on his back. Cody goes to pin his brother but is reluctant to make the physical contact. He psyches himself up and covers but only gets a 1 count*
Cole: I think that hesitation might have cost Cody an early win.
*As Goldust gets back to his feet Cody locks in a Front Headlock, in order to stop any "funny business" from Goldust, Cody takes the move to the mat so that both are lying on their bellies. Cody tightens his grip as the ref asks Goldust if he wants to quit. Goldust says no and he tries to struggle free. He gets the crowd behind him and he takes to one knee, eventually Goldust powers up to his feet but still locked in the headlock.
Goldust punches Cody in the stomach a couple of times before he drops to his back and hits the classic Goldust uppercut which sends Cody against the ropes. Goldust sends Cody across the ring into the other ropes, as he rebounds Goldust jumps into the air hitting Cody with his ass. Cody hits the mat and rolls away to get some distance. Goldust looks across at Cody and does the breathe in taunt. Cody punches the mat and gets to his feet. The two men circle each other ready to lock up when Cody heads back to the outside much to the annoyance of the crowd and ref who tells Cody to get back inside before starting his count.
At 7, Goldust attempts to go out after Cody but the ref stops him before returning to his count. At 9, Cody slides back in but rolls straight back out to make the ref start his count again. Goldust again tries to follow his brother to the outside, as he steps on to the apron Cody pulls his leg from under him sending Goldust spine first onto the edge of the ring before crashing to the arena floor.
Cody picks his brother up and slams him back first into the apron and then into the guard rail before rolling Goldust back into the ring. Cody covers. The ref counts to two but Cody breaks his own cover*
Cole: What's he doing? He had the match won! Hasn't Goldust suffered enough punishment?
Heyman: For the misery that he put a young Cody Rhodes through? The torment he endured at the hands of his classmates? I don't think so Cole!
*Cody slaps his brother and screams in his face. He helps Goldust to his feet before hitting a snapmare, putting a knee in the back and locking in a Rear Chin Lock. Cody pulls back hard and Goldust is in a lot of pain. The ref asks Goldust if he wants to quit but he won't. After a couple of minutes in the lock, Cody relinquishes the hold and backs off from Goldust. He runs and boots his brother in the back and then follows up by jumping over his brother grabbing his head on the way and snapping his head forwards*
Cole: Cody now has something to focus his attack on.
Heyman: He smells blood and he won't let up.
*As Goldust gets to his feet, Cody hits a forearm to the back a couple of times. He hits a dropkick to the lower back that sends Goldust face first into the corner. Cody rams a shoulder into the lower back a couple of times. He then heads to the opposite corner, he looks out over the crowd as they boo him. He turns and runs towards his brother, he launches with a Shoulder Block to the back but Goldust slumps out of the way. Cody hits the ring post shoulder first*
Cole: This could be the opening that Goldust needs!
*Cody slowly pulls himself out of the corner nursing his shoulder. Goldust makes it to his feet. Goldust nails a Knife Edge Chop on Cody, keeping him in the corner. He hits a second and a third before nursing his injured back. Goldust mounts Cody in the corner, he does the breathe in taunt again and begins pounding Cody with right hands. He hits the tenth and steps down from the mounted position holding his back. He turns to face Cody again, he looks at his brother sympathetically*
Cole: Is Goldust having second thoughts about facing his brother?
*Goldust's face screws up and he slaps Cody hard across the face. Goldust hooks Cody's legs over the middle ropes as the crowd go wild. He heads to the other side of the ring, he taps the tip on his toe on the mat before sprinting acorss the ring. Before he hits the move the ref steps in to stop him, warning him that hitting Shattered Dreams will cause the DQ. The crowd boo.
Goldust steps to the outisde, he grabs a chair and heads back into the ring. The ref intercepts again, telling Goldust that using the chair will also cause the DQ. Goldust slams the chair down behind him. The ref picks up the chair and goes to the ropes to throw it out of the ring. With the ref distracted with that, Goldust goes for the Shattered Dreams again.
This time Cody manages to slip through the middle ropes and out to the apron. He walks down the ring steps to the arena floor whilst begging off from his brother. Goldust follows him out. Goldust heads down the steps as Cody gets to the bottom of them. Cody is begging off in the corner of the guard rail. As Goldust's feet hit the arena floor, Cody rushes him. He grabs his brother's head and slams him backwards with Goldust's back smacking across the four edges of the steel steps*
Cole: Jesus! Man, that has to hurt!
Heyman: Ya think?
*Cody rolls back in to the ring leaving Goldust thrashing in pain on the arena floor. The ref starts the count. At 6, Goldust is up to his knees, 8 he gets to his feet and 9.5 he manages to roll into the ring. Cody looks down at his brother who is obviously injured. He goads him, yelling at him to get up. Goldust uses the rope to do just that, as he staggers into the centre of the ring Cody grabs him from behind. He twists out and hits Goldust with Cross Rhodes. Cody makes the cover. 1 - 2 -3!*
Heyman: Cody wins! Cody wins! Sweet vindication! Cody finally banishes the demons of his childhood!
*Cody stands over his fallen brother as the boos rain down on him. The ref checks Goldust until Cody pulls him away and insists that the ref holds his hand aloft, which the ref reluctantly does. Cody applauds himself as Goldust uses the corner to pull himself to his feet. Cody grabs his brother and sets him up for Shattered Dreams as the crowd give him shit. Cody backs up acorss the ring. As he makes a beeline for his brother he is suddenly taken out by Husky Harris.
Harris hits some quick lefts and rights, sending Cody reeling against the ropes. Harris shoots Cody across the ring, he bows his head ready for a Back Body Drop but Cody reverses the momentum by kicking Husky in the jaw. As Husky pulls back holding his face, Cody boots him in the junk. Harris slumps to the floor. Cody rolls out of the ring and makes his way up the ramp looking back at the carnage he has left in the ring*

SINGLES MATCH: ERIC YOUNG v SUICIDE
*The pair have an impressive back and forth match with fast action and chain wrestling. Around the 15 minute mark Young has Suicide postioned on the top rope ready for a Superplex. Suicide fights back, he flips over Young nailing a Neckbreaker. Suicide holds on to the head and rolls back over to a mounted position. He adjusts Young's arms and rolls over into a Gogaplata. Young thrashes around but is forced to tap out to give the win to Suicide.
The masked man celebrates his victory as Young rolls out of the ring and on to the ramp. After a few moments the music stops and the crowd settle down in anticipation of Suicide removing his mask. Suicide faces up the aisle, towards Young. He grabs hold of his mask and begins to pull it off. Young is shocked and the crowd on that side of the arena lets out a mighty roar, which spreads across the arena as Suicide turns around. Eventually he turns to face the announce table...*

*Bryan smiles and waves at Cole as the VCW Owner grabs a mic and heads into the ring*
Cole: What is this? What the hell are you doing here Bryan?
Danielson: It's pretty simple, Cole. Y'see what happened to me the last time we were in the same company wasn't...well, it wasn't fair. And I heard that VCW is all about being fair, so I signed myself up.
Cole: Wah, wah, wah. "It wasn't fair that I got Futured Endeavored". Well allow me to let you in on a little secret Bryan...Life isn't fair! I may not have signed you to VCW but it will give me immense pleasure to tell you...I've always wanted to say this...once again...Bryan Danielson...YOU'RE FIR--
*Danielson hits Cole with a quick European Uppercut which makes Cole drop his mic and sends him to his knees. Danielson looks a little suprised at his own actions. The crowd however are eating it up. They chant "KICK HIS HEAD IN!". Danielson looks around the arena, he shrugs his shoulders and boots Cole in the mouth with a Roundhouse Kick much to the delight of the fans in attendance. He holds his hand aloft before making his way to the back. Cole is helped out of the ring by EMTs who take him to the back*

Borash: The following contest is the Tables Match for the VCW Tag Team Championships. The winners will be the FIRST team to put an opponent through a table.

*The match is fought under "Torando Rules". Both teams switch control throughout the opening minutes of the match. The Usos send D-Von to the outside and double team Rey. Every time D-Von tires to get back in the action The Usos knock him back to the arena floor.
Despite dominating the match The Usos cannot get Rey through a table. At the 10 minute mark they have Rey set up for a Double Suplex but this gives D-Von the chance to get in. He flips the table out of the way. D-Von goes after both Usos with big right hands. He hits a Double Clothsline to take them both down. He shoots Jey into one corner and Jimmy into the one opposite. He runs in and splashes Jimmy. D-Von turns to face Jey, he runs across the ring but Jey pulls the ref infront of him. The ref is sandwiched between Jey and D-Von. The ref is down, Jimmy has slipped to the outside, Rey gets to his feet and sets the table up in the centre of the ring.
Jey staggers out of the corner and The Dudleys hit him with a 3D through a table. They celebrate but the ref hasn't seen the action. As D-Von tries to revive the ref, Jimmy pulls something from under the ring and slides back into the ring. He lays out Rey with a loaded right hand. Hearing the thud of his partner hiting the mat, D-Von turns around and receives the same treatment.
Jimmy helps his teammate out of the wreckage of the table. The pair then drag Rey into the wreckage, Jimmy hides the brass knucks in his tights whilst Jey revives the ref. They point out Rey in the wreckage and the ref calls for the bell*
Bischoff: The Usos just stole the match and the Tag Team Championships.
Heyman: Are you seriously gonna sit there and judge them for using underhand tactics? YOU?
*The Usos celebrate with the Tag Titles as the crowd boo*

*Hogan makes his entrance to enormous fanfare. He steps into the ring and does his trademark poses. He goes to do the shirt rip but Perfect attacks from behind with a heavy shot to the back of the neck. Hogan goes down to his knees as Perfect strangles him with his towel*
Bischoff: Hey!
Heyman: That's perfectly legal in this "match". Joe can use that towel in whichever way he likes and he doesn't have to wait for the bell.
*Perfect continues to choke Hogan for a few more moments before letting him go. Hogan slumps to the mat, Perfect rips Hogan's shirt off him and throws it to the arena floor. He spits on to the shirt from inside the ring. Perfect picks up his towel, mockingly mops his brow and hangs the towel around his neck before posing on the turnbuckle, much to the chagrin of the crowd. Perfect lays the towel on the ropes and goes back after Hogan. He locks in a Side Headlock and brings Hogan to his feet. He pushes Hogan face first into the turnbuckle and follows up with a clothesline to the back of Hogan's head.
As Hogan staggers backwards out of the corner, Joe hits a picture perfect dropkick to Hogan's neck sending him into the mat face first. Joe stands over Hogan with his hands on his hips, the crowd give him shit. Perfect places a knee into the back of Hogan's neck and pulls back on his head. He relinquishes the hold, leaps into the air and drops the knee across Hogan's neck before locking the hold on again*
Heyman: Hey, Easy E, looks like your boy Hogan isn't faring too well in there.
*Perfect pulls Hogan to his feet, he shoots him into the turnbuckles chest first, as Hogan rebounds Perfect hits the ropes and then another clothesline to Hogan's neck sending him to the canvas again. Perfect uses his feet to push Hogan out under the ropes to the arena floor. Perfect goes out after him. He grabs the cable to a camera and hooks it around Hogan's neck. He pulls back, choking the wrestling legend*
Heyman: There's nothing the ref can do to help out "The Immortal One".
*The crowd boo Perfect as he finally lets go of the cable. Perfect grabs a chair and slides it into the ring before grabbing Hogan and throwing him back into the ring. Perfect follows in and stalks his opponent. As Hogan gets up Perfect runs at him, he grabs him and nails the McGuillicutter (Running Single Arm Spinout Neckbreaker). Perfect makes the cover. The ref counts. 1.......2......Hogan powers out. He gets to a knee with the adrenaline pumping through him. Perfect tries to cut him off with a series of right hands, none of which have an effect*
Bischoff: He's Hulking Up!
Heyman: :roll: Oh, brother...
*Hogan is still on his knees, Perfect grbas the chair and draws it back, he swings to hit Hogan but the shot is blocked. Hogan pushes the chair back and comes to his feet. Hogan stands up and goes into full "Hulk" mode - head and fists shaking with intensity. He points at Perfect as the crowd shout "YOU!". Perfect hits Hogan in the chest with the edge of the steel chair which stops the "Hulk Up" in it's tracks. Perfect holds the edge of the chair against Hogan's throat and slams Hogan and the chair towards the mat, crushing Hogan's throat. Hogan is reeling and gasping for air. Perfect throws the chair down and hooks Hogan up in the PerfectPlex position. He spins out into a neckbreaker straight on to the chair. Perfect covers and the ref counts. 1.....2......3!!
Perfect celebrates as the ref tends to Hogan. Joe looks down over a fallen Hogan, he smirks and leaves the ring. Half way through the ropes Joe changes his mind and heads back into the ring. He once again looks down at Hogan and then out across the crowd who are booing him. Perfect suddenly stamps on Hogan's throat. He holds his hand aloft in victory as EMTs come to the ring to attend to Hogan. Bischoff heads into the ring to check on his friend as the EMTs load him onto a backboard*
Heyman: No mercy shown by Joe Perfect tonight. You have to think that this young man's next target will be the World Heavyweight Championship. And he has made an excellent case for himself tonight.
WINNER: Joe Perfect via Pinfall. [18min 42secs]
*The camera goes backstage again, this time we see Mr Anderson psyching himself up. The crowd errupt into cheers. Bischoff returns to the commentators table*

*The lights flicker before turning off completely and the Tron lights up...

Following the video the lights go out again. When they return STING is stood in the ring opposite HHH. His facepaint is white and red (instead of black). The Cerebral Assassin looks surprised at first, that surprise turns to rage and he swings with the sledgehammer. However, Sting pulls out a baseball bat from his trenchcoat and blocks the shot. He flicks the bat and sends the sledgehammer out of HHH's hand. Sting pulls out a mic*
Sting: Hunter, I've known you for a loooooooong time. Back when you were just a young man we met in a company now long dead. And it was there that I took you to one side and told you the tales of the good that this industry could do. The excitement, the drama, the acts of incredible athleticism all bringing pleasure to the fans watching in arenas across the world and tuning in at home.
But I also told you of the dark side to this business - the self-serving, money-grabbing leeches that plague this industry. And I warned you in the hope that this would not be a road that you chose to follow. But here we stand today. HHH, the biggest leech of them all. The biggest sinner of them all.
The WRATH that has seen you attack your tag team partner. But worse still, women and those that are here to attend to our health and safety.
But what fuels this rage? LUST for championship gold? GREED for money and riches beyond imagination? GLUTTONY for the spotlight? ENVY of those that have come before you and mean more to these people but also of those that have years ahead of them in this business? Perhaps all of above.
But what of the final 2 sins? HHH you have become lazy. Demanding title shots that you are yet to earn you perpatrate the sin of SLOTH.
And you justify all of your actions with the misguided notion that you are a proud man. PRIDE, the last sin but pride is so easily confused with EGO.
HHH, the young man, full of ambition, looking to make a name for himself in this business has become HHH the charlatan, hellbent on fulfilling a legacy that is simply unattainable.
SLOTH. LUST. GREED. PRIDE. GLUTTONY. ENVY. WRATH. Guilty of all charges. HHH, tonight is your time to repent.
*With that Sting drops the mic, he removes his coat and the match is set to go*
Heyman: Two of the biggest names of the last decade, who have been seperated by company boundaries are now both in VCW and ready to face off.
Bischoff: This is certainly a match that I've wanted to see.
[In order to trim down what is already a massive read I will just say that both competitors bring their A-Game to the fight. They wrestle almost on par with their individual peaks in a close encounter that sees HHH kick out after being hit with a Scorpion Death Drop and Sting resist going down to HHH's heavy artillary. The match goes 20+ minutes before we head into the home stretch]
*HHH hooks up for the Pedigree, Sting struggles and eventually frees his arms. He sweeps HHH's legs from under him, steps through and twists the legs before turning HHH on to his stomach*
Heyman: The Scorpion Deathlock in the centre of the ring!
*HHH struggles to free himself for a minute or so. He starts to pull himself across the ring towards the ropes, with an inch or so to go Sting pulls him back to the centre of the ring. HHH thrashes around, he pushes up on his hands to try to break the hold. Eventually, he slumps to the mat and succumbs to the submission move as he taps the mat*
Bischoff: He tapped! HHH tapped to the Scorpion Deathlock.
*Sting stands over HHH looking down at his fallen foe, he looks up and out over the crowd. The lights flicker again before shutting off. When they come back Sting is nowhere to be seen. HHH is still laid out on the mat*
Heyman: After weeks of tormenting, tonight Sting showed his face and he has left HHH broken in the ring.
*HHH is still gathering himself when two figures appear on the stage*
Bischoff: That's Kelly Kelly and Eve, the two women that HHH attacked just a few weeks ago.
*Kelly and Eve look towards the ring and smile at HHH. A figure n a wheel chair can be seen making their way to the stage between the two women*
Heyman: That's "The Real" Jay Lethal!!
*Lethal makes his way on to the stage in the chair with newly shortly cropped hair, sporting black attire and a long coat. He is also wearing a neckbrace*
Bishcoff: Lethal is on the shelf for 3 months thanks to the sledgehammer attack at the hands of HHH.
*Lethal locks eyes with HHH. He stands up out of the chair, he reaches up and pulls off the neck brace from around his neck. He stares at HHH and nods. HHH is still down in the centre of the ring and he looks fearful of the intent that Lethal has in his eyes*
Heyman: "The Real" Jay Lethal is here, he is healthy and he is gunning for HHH!
WINNER: Sting via Submission [23mins 13secs]
*Anderson and Orton are shown in a split screen making their way to the ring before a video package highlighting the events leading to the match is shown*

Borash: Ladies and gentlemen, this is tonight's Main Event! The match, scheduled for one fall, is for the VCW World Heavyweight Championship. Introducing the competitors, on my left from St Louis, Missouri, he stands at 6'4" and weighs in tonight at 245lbs...Randy Orton.
*A large portion of the crowd boo, Orton glares out at them*
Borash: And his opponent, hailing from Green Bay, Wisconsin, he stands at 6'2" tall and he weighs in at 243lbs...Mr Anderson.
*The crowd cheer as Anderson nods his approval. The ref brings the two men together in the centre of the ring, he warns them to keep it clean before holding up the title belt. The ref shows the title belt to Anderson and then to Orton. Suddenly, Orton grabs the belt, spins around and nails Anderson in the face with the gold. The ref admonishes Orton and backs him into the corner before checking on Anderson*
Heyman: Anderson is bleeding from the head and the bell hasn't even rung.
*The ref asks Anderson if he's OK to go, to which Anderson nods. The ref calls for the bell, almost immediately Orton is on top of Anderson nailing him with right hands. He grabs Anderson's head and pounds it into the mat. He covers and the ref counts for 2 before Anderson pops a shoulder. Orton holds on to Anderson, dragging him to the outside. Orton slams Anderson head first into the announce table and then into the top of the steel steps. He props him up against the guard rail and backs up. Orton runs at Anderson, who manages to duck and back bodydrop Orton into the crowd*
Bischoff: The ref is letting this one go.
Heyman: This is for the World Title, there's no way the ref will let this end on a DQ or a Count Out. The VCW fans won't be short-changed tonight!
*Anderson hops the guard rail himself and goes after Orton. The two brawl through the crowd and then back towards ringside. Anderson clotheslines Orton back over the guard rail to the ringside area. Anderson mounts the guard rail and waits for Orton to stand, as he does Anderson launches himself with a Double Axehandle to the top of Orton's head. Anderson picks Orton up and Irish Whips him towards the ring post, Orton reverses and Anderson's head cracks off the steel post*
Heyman: Looks like that small cut on Anderson's forehead might be getting a little wider as this match continues.
*Orton rolls back into the ring as Anderson lies on the outside. He slowly picks himself up and slides into the ring only to be met with Orton mounting him and nailing some more right hands. Anderson manages to push him off but Orton is straight back on the attack with a headlock. The ref checks on Anderson who is still bleeding from the head and fading fast. He raises Anderson's hand. It drops to the mat. The ref repeats the practice and the hand hits for a second time. At the third time of asking Anderson manages to keep his hand from hitting the mat. The crowd get behind Anderson as he starts to fight back to his feet. He backs Orton into the ropes and tries to send him across the ring, Orton sandbags the move and we return to the mat with Anderson still in the side headlock. Orton maintains the hold for a minute or so until Anderson can get back to his feet, he forces Orton against the ropes and this time manages to shoot him across the ring. Anderson shoots a clothesline at Orton but he ducks and hits the ropes on the other side. Rebounding off the ropes Orton tries a clothesline of his own but Anderson ducks this time. Both men hit the ropes on opposite sides and charge towards each other. They clash heads, both men drop to the mat. Orton drags himself across and puts an arm over Anderson for a 2 count.
The two men slowly get to their feet. Orton runs at Anderson again, this time Anderson moves out of the way and Orton crashes to the arena floor. Anderson rolls out after him. He clears the announce table of the clutter and drags Orton over to it. He puts Orton on the table and climbs up with him. Anderson helps Orton to his feet and hooks him up ready for the Mic Check. Orton fights out and reverses the move ready for the RKO.
Orton jumps up for the move but Anderson pushes him away, dumping him hard on the mats around ringside. Anderson climbs down and grabs Orton, he picks him up and rolls him into the ring. Following him in, Anderson covers and the ref counts 2 before Orton pops the shoulder.
Anderson picks Orton up and hits him with a European Uppercut which sends Orton into the corner. Anderson mounts his opponent ready to hit the right hands, however Orton slips down and out away from Anderson. Anderson launches himself and catches Orton with a clothesline. Anderson stays in control with a Reverse Chinlock. Anderson holds the lock for a minute or so, he lets go, hits the ropes and nails Orton with a boot to the face. He covers and gets another 2*
Heyman: These two men need to leave it all in the ring tonight.
Bischoff: That's what it takes to be a World Champion in this business.
*Following the two count, Anderson stalks Orton, as he gets to his knees Anderson hooks him up and hits a short DDT. Another cover brings another 2 count. Anderson stalks Orton again. As he gets to his feet Anderson clotheslines him over the top to the outside. Anderson goes out on to the apron, he waits for Orton to get to his feet and launches himself but Orton manages to reverse*
Heyman: RKO! RKO on the outside.
Bischoff: That single move has turned the tide of this match.
*Both men remain down for a while. Orton gets to his feet and drags Anderson to his. Orton places Anderson on the announce table before climbing up after him. Orton waits for Anderson to get up, he goes to RKO Anderson through the table but this time Anderson reverses sending Orton through the adjacent announce table*
Bischoff: Woah! That reversal could just have evened things up.
*Anderson collapses back on to the table. Eventually he rolls off and starts to crawl to the ring, as does Orton. Both men slide into the ring and use the ropes to pick themselves up. Orton hits Anderson with a right hand that sends him back through the ropes and on to the apron. Orton grabs Anderson and pulls him through the ropes ready for the Rope Assisted DDT.
Anderson struggles and pulls himself back out on to the apron. He punches Orton in the stomach and hooks him up for a Suplex. Anderson lifts orton up for a suplex to the outside but Orton manages to land himself on the apron. The two men begin to battle it out on the apron. Orton takes advantage and rests Anderson against the ring post. Orton backs along the apron and runs along it towards Anderson. Anderson manages to slip back inside the ring and Orton runs headfirst into the post. Orton is now also bleeding and appears to be out cold. Anderson gets back to his feet and pulls Orton across the top turnbuckle. Anderson heads to the middle rope and positions Orton across his shoulders ready for the Green Bay Plunge. During the motion Orton manages to reverse the move into an RKO*
Heyman: Orton used Anderson's own momentum against him to hit an RKO from the top!
*Both men are bleeding and down. Orton drags himself across and covers Anderson with an arm. The ref begins the count. One.....Two.......Thr--KICKOUT! The crowd goes wild*
Heyman: That's one hell of a gutcheck from Anderson.
Bischoff: What does Orton have to do to keep Anderson down though?
*Both men are crawling around the ring trying to get their breath back. Anderson is slumped in the corner against the bottom turnbuckle. Orton drags himself up, his eyes glaze over and he taps his boot on the mat*
Heyman: Orton is preparing for that Punt.
*Orton runs across the ring and swings at Anderson who is still in the corner. Anderson moves out of the way and takes the bottom turnbuckle cover with him. Orton boots the exposed steel, leaving his foot in agony. Anderson rolls Orton up in a School Boy. The ref begins the count. 1.....2.....KICKOUT from Orton.
Both men climb to their feet slowly. Orton swings with a right hand, Anderson ducks. As they turn to face each other Anderson grabs Orton ready for the Mic Check. Orton pulls away, holding on to Anderson's arm, he twists and goes for an RKO. Anderson pushes Orton into the top turnbuckle, Orton rebounds and Anderson finally nails the Mic Check.

Heyman: That sudden, Mr Anderson is the first VCW World Champion!!
*Anderson is handed the title belt, he slowly gets to his feet and he holds it aloft. He climbs the ropes and his mic drops from the ceiling. A breathless Anderson speaks...*
Anderson: The winner of the match by virtue of a pinfall victory and the FIRST EEEEEEEEEEEVER VCW WORLD Heavyweight Champion...Miiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssssteeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrr Andeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeersoooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnn....
*Orton is back up, he pulls Anderson off the middle rope. He attempts to hit the RKO but Anderson pushes him away. As Orton turns around Andeson catches him with a solid right hand right to the mouth. Anderson grabs his mic again*

For the TIW World Tag Team Championship
AJ Styles & Rob Van Dam v. Beer Money Inc.
AJ and Storm to start things off. Storm with a jab. Storm ducks two shots and locks in a headlock. AJ pushes him off, Storm ducks a clothesline and hits another jab. Head scissors by Storm. AJ springs back up and hits a clothesline. Slam and running headbutt. Pin but only two. Storm pokes the eyes and tags in Roode. Reverse atomic drop by Roode and Storm hit’s the russian leg sweep. Roode follows up with the running knee drop. RVD gets the tag now. Tie up, and RVD delivers two kicks to the legs then a dropkick sending Roode into the corner. Roode kicks RVD and hit’s the right. Kick to the head by RVD, Roode crumples and Van Dam goes for Rolling Thunder but is met by knees to the back. Roode pulls Van Dam to his feet by his hair and the two of them exchange blows. AJ wants the tag in by RVD refuses and claims he’s in control Roode runs right into another roundhouse kick. Roode falls into the rope then come right back out. Roode ducks a clothesline and hit’s a flying forearm. Another tie up and RVD pushes Roode into the corner.
Fists to the body by RVD. Roode with chops in return. German suplex by RVD practically kills Roode. Roode fights back. Roode goes for a sunset flip, but RVD just hits him with a leg drop. Tag to AJ as they hit a version of the Total Elimination with AJ dropkicking high and RVD sweeping low. Roode fights back and tags in Storm. Beer Money hits the double back suplex and RVD is not pleased looking for the tag despite just getting out. Double clothesline by AJ takes both guys out. AJ with a springboard backflip into a DDT, he climbs to the top as RVD is screaming for a tag. Storm crotches AJ and they fight on the top rope and AJ pushes him off the top. Clothesline by Storm as AJ jumps off for a double sledge. Tag to Roode and he starts choking AJ. Sleeper locked in by Roode. AJ fights back but runs into a back elbow. Cover but only two. Tag to Storm. Storm whips AJ off into the ropes and they both take each other down with clotheslines.
RVD and Roode get the tags. Clotheslines by RVD, and he hits Roode with a backdrop. Roode counters a backdrop but gets planted with a snap slam. Storm breaks up the pin. Double dropkick to Roode by AJ and RVD. AJ and RVD coming up. Storm hits AJ with an enzuigiri as RVD hits Roode with a flapjack. He sends Storm to the outside. RVD slams Roode down. RVD heads to the top for the Five Statr Frog Slpash but AJ gets kicked into the ropes sending RVD tumbling to the outside. AJ goes to the outside to check on RVD. Storm takes AJ out. RVD rolls back in the ring to grab Storm but Roode attacks him from behind. Spinebuster by Roode connects. Pin but only two. Tag to Storm now. Double suplex connects. You know what time it is. BEER! MONEY! Facebuster by Storm and he hits RVD with a running neck breaker. Tag to Roode now. RVD counters a backdrop. Body slam to Roode. RVD tags in AJ and tells him to prove something and AJ looks displeased.
AJ’s now taking it to both guys. Backdrop to Roode. Back elbow for Storm. Front slam to Roode. Pin but only two. AJ avoids Roode in the corner and then hits and running drop kick. Storm runs right into a Pele kick, and AJ hits Roode with a tilt-a-wirl slam. RVD fights Storm out of the ring. RVD lifts Roode for a flapjack by AJ springboards and hits a dropkick on Roode. RVD looks somewhat impressed. Storm goes to the top and takes out RVD and AJ with a crossbody. Dropkick in the corner by AJ to Storm, and he takes down Roode with a clothesline. RVD lifts Roode up on his shoulders. Roode slides out and shoves RVD into AJ, crotching AJ this time on the top. Backcracker to RVD by Storm. Hurricanrana off the top by Storm to AJ. Splash to AJ by Roode to follow. Beer Money lifts AJ onto the top. They want a double superplex, but RVD knocks Storm to the outside and lifts Roode onto his shoulders. Doomsday Device connects. 1...2...Th..NO! AJ goes for a slam on Roode, but Roode slides out. Storm goes to spit the beer into AJ’s face, but he ducks and he hits Roode by accident. Blind tag by RVD. AJ hits the Pele and goes for the spring board 450 and connects. The ref won’t count and AJ doesn’t know why until RVD soars over him and nails the Frog Splash for the three count.
Winner and NEW TIW World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles & Rob Van Dam
After the match Rob Van Dam takes both championship belts and holds them above his head and points to himself in the old “Rob Van Dam” gesture. AJ doesn’t seem all that concerned about Rob Van Dam hogging the spot light. The new tag team champions head up the ramp and then go into the back.

Jackson and Gaspard are shocked as David Otunga walks out of their corner and into the corner of Vladimir Kozlov and then steps on the ring apron and the bell rings.
Ezekiel Jackson & Shad Gaspard v. Vladimir Koslov & A Mystery Opponent
Jackson and Gaspard don’t know what to make of Otunga being the mystery opponent but it doesn’t matter since Koslov and Gaspard start things off. Headbutt attempt by Koslov, but Shad counters with a boot to the head. Bearhug by Kozlov as he gets to his feet, and Jackson didn’t realize Shad wanted the tag. Body lock slam followed by a few clothslines by Kozlov. Jackson runs in and gets hit with an big boot. Kozlov then hits another big clothsline. Kick to the gut by Shad, and then he kicks him in the head. Back elbow by Shad connects, and he tags Jackson in. Amazing Gorilla press by Jackson showing phenomenal strength, followed by a big elbow to the back.
Jackson hit’s a running double axe handle and then tags Shad back in. Shad goes for a pump kick, but Kozlov delievers a headbutt to the chest. Kozlov tags in Otunga who seems ready to go. Shad doesn’t know what to think as he and Otunga circle one another and Otunga immediately tags out. Kozlov gets in the ring and is angry with Otunga. Just as Kozlov turns his attention Shad Otunga shoves him from behind into a big boot. Otunga then directs traffic and tells them to go for the double team move. Jackson comes in the ring Shad whips Kozlov into the ropes he rebound back to Jackson who his a big uranage followed by a big elbow drop by Shad for the easy 1… 2… 3..
Winner: Ezekiel Jackson & Shad Gaspard
Jackson, Gaspard and Otunga are walking up the ramp as David Otunga tells them that he told them they’d win and now it’s nothing but wins from here on out.

Todd Grisham is backstage with AJ Styles who isn’t holding any championship belt and his tag team partner also isn’t there. AJ says that it was a long hard match against Beer Money Inc. and he said that RVD just had to talk with some one for a bit and then they’re going to go out on the town and celebrate their new tag team championship. Grisham congratulates AJ for his well earned victory and we go back into the arena.

And their opponents accompanied to the ring by Melina and Nattie Neidhart wrestling out of Miami, Florida and from Japan respectively weighing in at a total combined weight of 468 pounds, the team of Andro and Miki they are the Rainbow Coalition!
The Rainbow Coalition come out wearing some very homo erotic and small trunks that have feathers on them. The come prancing down the isle and Nattie Neidhart looks embarrassed to be seen with them.
Sheffield & Ted DiBiase Jr. (w. Michelle McCool) v. The Rainbow Coalition (w. Melina & Nattie Neidhart)
Andro starts off with some creepy bit where he touches himself all over (like Goldust but less cool if you can imagine that) so Ted slaps him across the face. Andro goes for the clothsline but Ted counters with a side Russian leg sweep and he looks impressed and so does Michelle McCool on the outside. Now Ted begins to gyrate mocking Andro but Andro just comes up and kisses him on the lips. Ted punches Andro and the two of them exchange rights and lefts Andro drops Ted several times but eventually Ted gets the double leg take down and Andro looks to be happy with this situation. Andro leans in for another kiss and Ted bails. Sheffield tags in and gets leg tripped around by Andro and nailed by a springboard elbow drop from Miki.
This barley effects Sheffield who quickly gets up and catches Miki and release german suplexs him into Andro. The Rainbow coalition roll to the floor Melina and Nattie tend to Andro and Miki when Sheffield being the powerful badass he is lays wasted to the boys and the girl run in fear. Sheffield rolls in Miki who is now the legal man. Sheffield and Ted pull out the double teaming to take apart Miki who can’t even cope and crumples to the ground. He tries to garner some offense with a springboard move but gets clothslined out of the air. Andro tries a double team but is swatted away. Powerslam on Miki but the cover is arrogant and Andro breaks it up. Andro seems hurt and spits blood at Sheffield. Sheffield gets angry and makes mistakes opening him up to double teams. Sheffield gets a tag and DiBiase cleans house.
Dreamstreet on Miki but he’s not the legal man. Ted nails Andro with a tilt-a-whirl slam. Miki is back on wobbly feet and totally screws up a dropkick on DiBiase and is easily side stepped. DiBiase Jr. begins to grind in a head lock on Andro trying to wear him down as Miki slowly recovers. Sheffield and Ted double team as the ref is distracted by McCool who is pulled from the apron by Nattie and as often said by Joey Styles CAT FIGHT! Sheffield and Ted destroy Andro by putting the boots to him. Miki eventually has enough and spring boards over the ref and comes to the rescue. His rescue consists off punching Sheffield once and then getting beiled to the outside into the brawling McCool and Nattie. Andro is alone and gets nailed by the Over the Shoulder Boulder Holder. Sheffield leaves the ring and allows DiBiase Jr. to get the three count.
Winner: Sheffield & Ted DiBiase Jr.
The trio of Ted DiBiase Jr., Sheffield and Melina all head up the ramp proud of their victory as Nattie looks at the Rainbow Coalition who are licking their wounds and then looks at the trio heading up the ramp. Her face says “I need someone better to help me fight this battle and I vow revenge.

Well there is never a dull moment when you deal with the Klique but I’ve gotten it all figured out so it’s time to enjoy this match, it should be a classic.

It certainly will be but by figuring things out do you mean that Hall and Waltman are in the arena?
The Undertaker comes out to the ring with no music, no fanfare, no nothing. He steps in the ring and asks for the mic.
Kevin Nash
What’s this all about?
The Undertaker talks to the crowd about how usually he comes out with all his showmanship for them. He says that all the lights, fire and smoke is all his bit of showmanship that he does for all the fans. He goes on to talk about how everyone thinks its done to intimidate his opponents, but its not. He says that when a wrestler sees their name on the marquee next to The Undertaker they’re already intimidated, he doesn’t need to do anything more. He says that usually he comes out to his music and pyro for the fans but tonight is for him. He says tonight is about him showing how even after you strip away the whole persona of “The Deadman” you still have the best damn wrestler on the planet. He says then that he hopes the fans find his kicking the ass of Samoa Joe entertaining enough without all the theatrics.
This is followed by the music of Samoa Joe’s music playing. He walks down to the ring with purpose and slides into the ring and stares at The Undertaker. He doesn’t seem the least bit intimidated and the bell rings to start the match.
Samoa Joe v. The Undertaker
This would be Undertaker’s first TIW match, ever. The crowd is insane for him. Joe kicks Taker in the thigh to start. He does it again and then slaps him, to really let him know what he's in for. Taker powers Joe to the corner and hits a strong punch to the face. They knuckle up and Joe hits a northern lights suplex. He hits a shoulder block and The Undertaker bails. Taker looks pissed off and upset with himself and he paces around ringside. Joe hits a baseball slide sending Taker in the guard rail and a suicide dive taking him out. Back in the ring he gets 2. He hits bodyslam and an elbow drop for 2. He puts on a chinlock and turns it into a dragon sleeper. Taker gets to his feet with the sleeper still locked in and begins to turn Joe over for the tombstone but Joe struggles out.
Joe chops him in the corner but it only fires Taker up. He hits punches and kicks the fastest and hardest Taker has ever delivered so Joe kicks his chest and hits an enziguiri. He tags him with Kawada kicks and knees to the face. He hits the Big Joe Combo and Taker bails again. Joe follows him out and hits the Ole kick. He goes for another but Taker fights him down and hits a running boot sending Joe into the crowd. He pulls him back and hits a DDT on the floor. Back in the ring Taker puts on a front facelock but Joe gets to the ropes. He puts the boots to Joe and then pulls him onto the ring apron and then delivers his old school leg drop on the apron. He goes back to the front facelock but Joe makes it to the ropes. Joe blocks a suplex and hits one of his own. They trade blows for a good long time and Taker comes out the victor of the exchange with a 2 count.
He puts on an abdominal stretch and you can see the horrible swelling on Joe's face. Taker hits another punch to the face for a 2. He puts on a chinlock and slaps Joe in the face. Joe blocks a discus clothsline and hits the STJoe. He hits a senton and chops and jabs in the corner. He hits a turnbuckle dropkick and washes Taker’s face. Taker bails once again and he is really frustrated now kicking at the guardrail and pounding on the apron. Joe forces him to come in the ring and refuses to follow Taker. Taker eventually makes it to the ring and is nailed with a drop kick and then whipped into the corner. Joe sets Taker on the top rope and hits the muscle buster for 2. The look on his face is priceless. He knees Taker’s shoulder and hits a big kick to the face.
He hits a powerbomb for 2 and puts on the STF. Taker fights it off with his hands and crawls towards the ropes so Joe puts on a crossface. Taker reaches with his other arm so Joe puts on an armbar. Taker gets to the ropes with his foot. Taker blocks a charge with a chop and hits a chokeslam. He punches Joe into the corner and then hits a running boot to the face into another chokeslam and Joe kicks out at two. Taker is so angry that he pulls Joe to his feet and throws him in the corner again. He hits a series of double sledges and Joe is bleeding pretty bad in the corner and Taker continues to attack the cut with authority. Joe is so battered that he is just covering up rather than fighting back it is a true sight to see Joe cowering. Joe finally fires back and begins to climb to the top rope and his nailed by Taker who then delivers a Last Ride to Joe 1… 2… foot on the rope!
Taker is furious and once again pulls to his feet again. Joe comes back with forearms but Taker puts on a sleeper hold. He a third chokeslam into the turnbuckle crashing the back of Joes head into the the top turnbuckle. Joe kicks out again and Taker just looks dumbfounded. He is no longer angry he is simply perplexed at how Joe can take all this. Joe comes back with slaps to which Taker responds with a boot to the face. He then makes the throat slit gesture and sets Joe up for the Tombstone but Joe slides off over the top of Taker’s shoulder and locks in the rear naked choke. Taker fights it with elbows but Joe sinks the choke deeper. Taker begins to get desperate and begins to flail we’ve never seen this kind of desperation from Taker before. Finally Taker gets a leg on the rope. Joe gets up and his face is a crimson mask. He yells at Taker to get to his feet. When Taker stands he is nailed with an STO but Taker quickly locks Joe into the Hell’s Gate submission. Joe is now desperate and gushing blood all lover the legs and chest of Taker. Joe then flips forward and bridges. Taker’s shoulders are on the mat 1… 2… 3!
Winner: Samoa Joe
The Undertaker is in the middle of the ring and is completely stunned. It is a look you’ve never really seen on his face its confusion but a scared kind of confusion as if he’s afraid he’s lost a step. On the same side of the spectrum Joe doesn’t look all that happy either as he heads up the ramp. He glares into the ring at The Undertaker shakes his head and then leaves.

Christian is in the back taping up his wrists and lacing up his boots. Todd Grisham comes in and asks Christian how he’s feeling. Christian responds by asking Todd what he thinks Christian is feeling. Todd is hesitant at first but after a bit of goading he say a few words like nervous, excited and intense. Christian say that Todd Grisham will never be able to understand what this moment is like for Christian. Christian says that unless there is a nerdy announcers championship Todd will never understand what it’s like to vie to be the best in the world. Christian says that that isn’t a knock against Todd Grisham because there are only a handful of people that could ever say that were the best at what they do. He goes on to say that the TIW World Championship is indisputable proof that he is the best in the world. Christian says “I’ve been a wrestler for a long long time and I know opportunities like this come few and far between, but when I was green I always said to my buddies I came up with that I just wanted a shot at the World Championship. I never said that I wanted to be the World Champion. I just said that I wanted the shot. And that shot is tonight. And the reason I never said I wanted to be World Champion is because being the best in the world isn’t about wanting something its about being something. Tonight in that ring I have the chance to prove that I am that something.”

The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 30 minute time limit. Coming to the ring at this time wrestling out of Hollywood, Florida and Ayr, Scotland respectively weighting a total combined weight of 471lbs the team of Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre.
Dolph and Drew come down to the ring and they are all smiles. The even make it a point to walk past the announce booth and mock Kevin Nash. Then the ring and ask for the mic.
Dolph is on the mic first and says that he and Drew have been preparing all week for this match. Dolph then ask how does one prepare to accept a forfit win. He says that you could do it the classy way, or you could do it the Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre way and say that they knew all along that Scott Hall and Drew McIntyre were too scared to get in the ring with real athletes. He then says that he and Drew are scarier to Scott Hall and Sean Waltman than a rehab facility.
Drew then gets on the mic and he says that the rumor is going around back but he says he doesn’t want to spoil the worst kept secret in the business and says instead he’d like for Kevin Nash to break the news to all the people.
Kevin Nash then gets on the mic and confirms that indeed Scott Hall and Sean Waltman have no showed “Back to Basics.” Dolph and Drew don’t look at all surprised. Kevin Nash then says “But, I have to talk to Mick Foley and I have found a suitable replacement for you two.”
Rob Van Dam’s music then being to play and out from the back come AJ Styles and Rob Van Dam with the tag straps on their arm. Rob Van Dam looks ultra confident where as AJ looks like he thinks fighting twice in one night is a very bad idea.
Dolph and Drew are livid. Dolph gets on the mic and says no way are they wrestling AJ Styles and Rob Van Dam tonight. Dolph takes the mic out of his partners hand and says “Unless the tag titles are on the line.
Kevin Nash says he thought this might come up so he already okayed it in advance with Commissioner Foley. Kevin say that thanks to Van Dam being a fighting champion he can once again cover for his friends shortcomings. He then also says “Us Michigan boys got to stick together” referencing the fact that he and Van Dam are from Michigan. Rob Van Dam then struts to the ring and AJ tries to stop him from heading to the ring and Van Dam just keeps smiling and saying don’t worry I can handle this. Van Dam rolls in the ring and the bell rings.
For the TIW World Tag Team Championship
AJ Styles & Rob Van Dam [c] v. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre
We get some nice mat wrestling early as RVD counters to a inside trip and goes to the side control headlock but Dolph counters to a leg scissors. But RVD kips up and out for a stand off. RVD looks very proud of himself and AJ still looks angry to be out here defending the title. They trade front facelocks until Dolph gets a rope break. Dolph lays him out with a dropkick and tags Drew in. They trade shots until RVD takes him down with a wheel kick and tags in AJ. They try a double team but Drew sniffs it out and takes a breather. Dolph jumps them from behind but runs into a double flapjack. They try a double hip toss but Drew pulls Dolph out. Dolph and Drew call time out to game plan. Slow going early as AJ and RVD are breathing hard already having already wrestled once tonight. Back in, Drew gets a shoulder block and looks happy as Dolph claps. AJ is up and hits a running hurcanrana, lays out Dolph on the apron, hits a running dropkick Drew and tags in RVD.
They hit the double hip toss and Drew begs off and tags in Dolph. More double team for Dolph with chops and a shoulder block and he takes another breather. Back in, RVD hits a vertical suplex on Dolph for 2 as Kevin Nash puts over RVD for working through a second match tonight. AJ in with some kicks and a flying forearm for 2. Another suplex and a springboard leg drop for RVD gets 2. Dolph finally frees himself and tags in Drew. Drew comes right into a back drop and a suplex from RVD for 2. They trades flurries until Drew gets a blind tag and Dolph comes in and destroys AJ with a Zig Zag but RVD breaks up with pinfall. Dolph with some more offense. Drew in and goes to the hangmen neck breaker. AJ squirms free but runs into a knee. AJ finally cuts off Drew with a DDT into the second turnbuckle and he falls to the outside. AJ slides back in and tags in RVD. RVD with palm strikes and chops for Drew and a spinwheel kick.
Then, he dumps Dolph. AJ hits an enzugiri on Dolph. RVD leaps to the top and comes off with a crossbody on Drew for 2. Now things are picking up. RVD sets up for the Five Star Frog Splash but Drew cuts him off. Dolph runs to the apron and just levels RVD with a dare devil drop kick but only gets 2. Release suplex gets 2. Drew grinding in a sleeper hold on RVD. RVD tries to fight out but the double team meets him and he is laid out with a double flying shoulder block. Dolph back in and lays out RVD a sit out face buster. RVD comes back with an elbow. Drew in but RVD drops the bridge on him and dumps him to the outside. RVD looks beaten up but doesn’t go for the tag despite AJ begging for it then Drew pulls AJ off the apron. AJ wants a piece of Drew but he runs back to his corner. Back in, a bicycle kick on RVD and his face has got to hurt. They only get 2. Off an attempted sunset flip, RVD rolls through with a drop kick to the face. RVD goes to his corner and looks to be climbing to the top when AJ tags RVD and heads into the ring.
AJ in with a springboard forearm smash and then follows by getting the mount and pummels his opponent. AJ and Dolph jockey for position until AJ hits a flipping neckbreaker off the second rope for 2. Drew elbows out of a DVD, decapitates AJ with a huge lariat, and knocks RVD off the apron Drew then hits the Future Shock DDT and some how AJ kicks out. Amazing heart by AJ. Drew looks pissed and tags in Dolph. Dolph locks in a sleeper but AJ quickly gets to the ropes. Dolph goes for the Zig Zag but can’t hold on and crashes to the mat as Dolph gets to his feet he is nailed by the Pele and only gets 2. We’ve entered super-finisher territory. AJ sets up for the Slyles Clash but gets booted in the face by Drew. Both me are out and it’s a fight to see who gets the tag first. The both get it at the same time. RVD with a missile dropkick and a bridged Northern Lights suplex for 2. Exploder suplex gets 2. Drew comes back with a big boot and tags in Dolph.
Dolph hits RVD with a leg drop bulldog followed by a leaping elbow drop that only gets 2. Out of the corner, RVD counters to a kick to the head. Dolph comes back with a yakuza kick and a gut buster. AJ in with a dropkick. Sideslam/top rope elbow drop combo on Dolph gets 2. Split legged moonsault but the pin is broken up by Drew. Drew back in. He hits RVD with lefts and right and the two of them brawl. Now they hit the set up RVD in a spike pile driver but RVD has none of it. AJ up and tries to fight off Dolph up top but Drew sledges him from behind. But RVD is there with a springboard dropkick on Dolph. Drew preps the Future Shock but RVD slides out and hits a superkick and tags in AJ. DVD gets 2 but Dolph breaks it up. AJ hits his own superkick and dumps Dolph. AJ & RVD try to set up Dolph for the finish but they can’t decide who should go for thie finisher and Drew tosses AJ into RVD who spills to the outside. Drew sets up a pile driver and Dolph his a slow drop kick to AJ’s head just before Drew spikes him. Dolph goes for the cover and gets the win and we have new tag team champions… again.

Samoa Joe is in Mick Foley’s office demanding a shot at the TIW World Heavyweight Championship. Foley grants him the title match and says that he will be the first contender for the championship after tonight’s Sheamus/Christian bout. This doesn’t work for Joe. Joe say that he wants a shot at the title tonight. He wants to be the first ever champion. Foley says that he can’t do that. He says such a thing cannot be done. Joe argues that he has beaten both men in the main event, if anything he should already be the champion. Foley apologizes but say nothing can be done the match is already set. Joe repeats “There’s nothing you can do? There’s nothing YOU can do.” He then storms out of the office.

Now introducing first wrestling out of Houston, Texas weighing in at 285lbs Hernandez!
Hernandez comes out sporting a shit that says “Via Con Dios Chavito” he gets in the ring and he looks ready to go.

Falls Count Anywhere Mexican Death Match
Chavo Guerrero v. Hernandez
Chavo comes out of the crowd in street cloths climbs to the top rop and hits a crossbody to kick off the match. Chavo starts out furiously and with fists from the mount position. Hernandez pussh him off but Chavo is tenacious and gose right back to the mount. Chavo gets cocky and begins the three amigos but on the third one Hernandez pushes Chavo off. Hernandez takes over by hitting a huge shoulder block and then gorilla press slams Chavo into the turnbuckle. He then throws Chavo to the outside and runs him into the ring post and Chavo is busted open early. We then get several minutes of Hernandez just demolishing a bloody Chavo Guerrero. Things take a sick turn when Hernandez uses a steel chain to beat Chavo. Hernandez doesn’t go for a pin so the 10 count can’t begin and Josh Matthews in livid in the booth that Hernandez just wants to punish Chavo and has no intention of winning the match. Hernandez sets Chavo into the corner and wraps the steel chain around his own shoulder.
Hernandez runs to go for a chain assisted shoulder tackle. Chavo gets out of the way and the sound of the chain and shoulder of Hernandez panging against the post is sick as Hernandez falls to the outside. Chavo hits a suicide dive and a sick missile dropkick to the knee, which allows him to hit a series of kicks to knock Hernandez down. Hernandez fires back with a big boot and a uranage but the work on the legs cause Hernandez not to follow up. They both make their way into the ring. Chavo tries to punish Hernandez with punches but is constantly shoved aside. Hernandez gets a hold of the chain and begins to choke Chavo but he counters with a kick to the balls. Chavo finally gets his hands on the chain and chokes Hernandez but Hernandez snapmares out of it and then beils Chavo with the chain. He still refuses to go for the cover and Chavo looks dead. Chavo some how manages to get his feet and when Hernandez comes charging in he gets the three count but the ref only counts to 2 before Hernandez pops back up to his feet.
Hernandez wraps the chain around his arm and hits a sick lariat but doesn’t go to for the pin. Hernandez goes to the outside and stacks two tables on top of each other. With Hernandez back in the ring Chavo kicks him in the groin, hits a running punt to the groin and then repeated stomps to the groin. Chavo wraps the chain around Hernandez’s leg. And whips him in the groin with the rest of the chain. He then stretches the chain out and ties it to the top rope on the opposite side of the ring. Chavo stomps to the groin once more for good measure and then climbs to the top rop points to the sky and hist the five star from splash and gets the three count. The ref begins to count down Hernandez 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… Hernandez begins to stir. 6… 7… Hernandez reaches for the bottom rope. 8… he begins to pull himself up 9… he’s almost to his feet but Chavo pulls the chain tripping Hernandez and the ref doesn’t see it 10!! Chavo wins!
Winner: Chavo Guerrero
Chavo is very happy with his victory and is jumping around the ring. As he’s doing this Hernandez unties the chin from the ring rope and then unties the chain from around is ankle. As Chavo is genuflecting to the crowd Hernandez knocks Chavo down with a double sledge . He then wraps the chain around Chavo’s neck and begins to choke Chavo until he finally passes out. Hernandez then drags the lifeless body of Chavo all the way up the ramp and to the stage by his neck. Once he gets him their he boarder tosses Chavo off the stage and into a few pyro boards that spark up at impact. Hernandez raises his hands to the crowd and they are two stunned by these actions to even react. Hernandez finally goes back stage as EMT’s come rushing out to check on Chavo.

We see Dolph and Drew celebrating in the back their victory, the champagne is flowing and the two young men are going crazy. Sheamus walks in the locker room. He tells them to save some champagne for him after he win the TIW World Championship. Dolph and Drew say they will and wish him luck as Sheamus leaves.

You don’t know which is worse? I don’t know how you could possibly find any justification for what Hernandez did to Chavo Guerrero. Chavo Guerrero is from a legenday family and is a veteran of fifteen years. He won the match and then Hernandez had to go and do that.

Chavo is placed from the backboard onto the stretcher and they begin to wheel him out of the arena.

Match #7
Without any music or anything Samoa Joe comes out to the ring and he looks pissed. He gets on the mic and say that he is the best wrestler in TIW and he has proven it since day one. He says that he wants to be the first TIW World Heavyweight Championship, and he deserves to be. He then says that Mick Foley has told him that there is nothing he can do to make Joe the first ever TIW World Heavyweight Championship. But he says there is something he can do.
Out of the back and down the ramp come a whole group of people. They are just a bunch of regular guys in black shirts.

What’s all this?
Joe then proceeds to say that if there is no main event there is no champion. He says that the he should be the champion and he should be the main event. He says that he will ensure that Christian and Sheamus are not the main event and that neither of them are the champion but taking down the ring.
The men surrounding the ring then begin breaking down the ring, and the crowd begins to boo. Just as the first couple of turnbuckles are being loosened and popping off Christian and Sheamus rush to the ring. They both blow past the fake ring crew that is breaking down the ring and they attack Joe, and Joe is more than happy to fight them back. As they’re fighting Mick Foley comes out and he’s waving to the back. Out of the back rushes almost twenty security guards ands they swarm the ring.
Four security guards pull apart the brawl between Sheamus and Christian and Samoa Joe. The four security guards then begin to hold Samoa Joe as the rest of the security stops the fake ring crew from further breaking down the ring. Joe is basically dragged kicking and screaming up the ramp and past Mick Foley as the fake ring crew is subdued peacefully. All of them are escorted up the ramp.
Foley walks down to the ring to assess the damage to the ring. He then gets on the mic and says that they are in the wrestling business and that there are certain safety precautions that they need to uphold. He says that without a functional ring he cannot compel either of them men in the main event to wrestle. He then goes on to say that the fans here came to see a World Championship match and he hopes to give that to them. He then asks both men if they would be willing to wrestler for the title despite the ring being in such poor shape. Christian agreed immediately. Sheamus agrees reluctantly. Foley then asks for the ref to come down there and for the real ring crew to come down to hopefully fix the ring by the end of this match.
As the ring crew is fixing the ring Tony Chimel gives both men an introduction that would make Michael Buffer proud. The match then begins.
For the TIW World Heavyweight Championship
Christian v. Sheamus
As the officials are trying to put the ring ropes back together the match starts. Christian is getting a tremendous ovation from the fans and Sheamus is getting booed unmercifully. They tie up and Chemus backs Christian into the limp corner and gives him clean break but the fans still boo. Sheamus can’t do anything right in the fans eyes. Waistlock switches to start and Christian clean breaks too as Sheamus gets to the limp ropes, which gets polite applause. Sheamuss refuses to break clean next and that gets booed too. Sheamus could donate his pay check to charity tonight and he’d get booed. Sheamus whips Christian into the ropes and the ropes don’t help and Christian just falls to the outside but he scrambles in quickly. Sheamus headlocks Christian over to dictate the pace. Sheamus pulls the hair to stop Christian getting out of the headlock.
Sheamus gets caught in a head scissors and Christian keeps pushing his head back in there working at Celtic Warrior’s neck. The ring crew now has one side of the for sides of the ring ropes somewhat taught. Sheamus gets out of the head scissor and goes for the a head lock of his own but Christian gets out of the way and nails an elbow to the back of Sheamus’ The jarring on that neck looks like it hurt bad. Christian now controls with the headlock almost as a retort to Sheamus’ use of it. Sheamus gets out of the ring but Christian headlocks him back in. The ring crew now have two of the four sides taught with ropes Sheamus tries a back suplex but Christian holds on. Sheamus keeps trying to break free so Christian bulldogs him for 2. Christian used the momentum of Sheamus trying to push him off to drive him down. Christian dropkicks him in the neck. Fisherman suplex gets 2. Backbreaker and Christian works at the neck again rather than rush into another pin attempt.
Sheamus considers the Pale Justice but Sheamus gets out and hits a neckbreaker. Christian tries to springboard dropkick but the ropes aren’t ready yet and he falls to the outside and Sheamus follows. Christian and Sheamus battle on the outside and Christian whips Sheamus into the guard rail. Sheamus comes right back out with a clothsline. They battle onto the apron where Sheamus hits a swinging neck breaker. Christian looks in a lot of pain. Seems the aim was to even the playing field by injuring Christian’s neck. Christian gets whipped into a few rails giving the ring crew a chance to fix the ring. Christian eventually reverses Sheamus into one and he hits upside down. The ref isn’t even counting them out since this is finally giving the ringcrew a shot to fix the ring. So much for that the two of them get back in the ring and almost knock over a few ring crew members in the process.
Back inside Sheamus goes for the Broge Kick but nails a poor ring crew member as Christian rolls him up for two. They get the “boo”, “yay” thing. Crowd just boos the hell out of Sheamus. They even get an FU Sheamus chant going. Sheamus with a back suplex for 2 and he’s screaming at the crowd. He’s really let the crowd get to him. Christian gets run into the corner and it mercifully stays intact the ring crew seem to almost have the ring fixed. The fans are so against Sheamus that the book a chinlock. Christian tries to fire up but Sheamus side slams him for 2. The buckle is now exposed and the ring crew seem pissed that Sheamus is messing with their work but despite the exposed turnbuckle the ring is now back together. Sheamus whips Christian (boo), feet up (yay), Sheamus into the buckle (yay). Both men down. Sheamus is up first but Christian lays in strikes to more big reactions. Dropkick from Christian scores. Sheamus into the buckle again and a backdrop leaves him selling his back.
Christian even goes HOGAN on Sheamus by doing the “YOU”. Tornado DDT off the freshly fixed ring…gets 2. Christian goes up for the High Crossbody for 2. Frog splash is met with knees and Sheamus hits a lariat for 2. Cheer for the kickout. They fight over a suplex and Sheamus wins with a dropkick to his face. Discus lariat is ducked and Christian comes up into a backslide for 2. Sheamus hauls him up for the DVD. That gets 2. Sheamus goes for the Broge kick but he crotches himself. Christian kicks the rope and that won’t help Sheamus’ social life. Christian sets up for a sunset flip powerbomb and gets the crowd chants. Sheamus punches him to stop it and goes up for the superplex but they continue to fight. Back body drop off the top Sheamus quickly gets down to the mat Broge Kick 1… 2… KICK OUT! Sheamus drags him to his feet to set up the finish.
Christian slugs at Sheamus. But Christian is weak and Sheamus crotches him on the top rope to set up Pale Justice. Christian fights with clubbing blows and hooks Sheamus arms he’s going for a Killswitch on the top rope!!! Sheamus punches up and nails the Pale Justice and lucky for Christian he rolls out of the ring after the impact. Sheamus is perfectly fine with winning by count out but Christian has other plans and gets in at 9. Sheamus goes for another Broge Kick but misses double leg take down and Christian locks in the Clover leaf. Sheamus wuickly gets his foot on the rope but Christian drags him back out so Sheamus rolls through for a two. Christian quickly goes to the top rope but Sheamus catches him and crotches the Instant Classic. Sheamus climbs the ropes and looks to be going for a reverse Pale Justice from the second rope. Christian clubs the back of Sheamus’ neck. Christian shows great balance by setting up the Kill Switch and the Kill Switch is engaged from the top rope all the way to the ring. No doubt about this one. 1… 2… 3!! We have a TIW World Heavyweight Champion and it’s Christian!
Winner and New TIW World Heavyweight Champion: Christian
After the match Christian is holding up the title belt as confettee falls from the rafters and that is the image we’re left with as the show goes off the air.

SCW WRESTLEFEST
A spectacular pyrotechnic display sets the mood for what is sure to be a thrilling event. The capacity crowd is going crazy as Matt Striker and Taz welcome us to the first PPV extravaganza in SCW history!
We won’t be waiting long for action tonight, as Curt Hawkins makes his way to the ring first, accompanied by Vance Archer. Hawkins has been aiming to prove a point that he would have become a household name with or without Edge. Will he be successful? Edge is out next, so it’s time to find out.
Curt Hawkins w/ Vance Archer vs. Edge
Pretty heated 15 minute contest with an even amount of offense on both sides throughout the early going. Hawkins soon takes control and connects with a spinning scoop slam. Hawkins heads up to the top rope for the diving elbow. Edge rolls out of the way. Hawkins favors his elbow in extreme pain and gets up, only to eat a Spear! Edge goes for a pin, but Hawkins is close enough to the ropes where Archer was able to grab his foot and put it on the bottom rope, forcing the ref to break the count.
Edge is angered by this and he goes outside to chew out Archer, before Spearing him again. Edge heads back into the ring to work over the downed Hawkins, but Hawkins rolls up Edge out of nowhere! He hooks the tights and gets the quick 3. The student has beaten the teacher! Archer provided enough of a distraction for Hawkins to recover and then take the opportunity to play possum. Hawkins and Archer get the hell out of dodge as Edge can’t believe he’d just been had.

Jack Swagger is backstage with some choice words before his main event match against Kurt Angle.
Swagger: “I don’t care if you were a multi-time WWE champion. I don’t care if you were a multi-time TNA champion. Hell, I don’t even care that you were an Olympic champion. Kazarian vs. Douglas Williams
This is technically a filler match, but that doesn’t make it any less good as both guys put on a tremendous athletic contest. Kazarian has yet to get on the win column in SCW but has come ridiculously close time and time again. After a 12 minute back-and-forth match, Williams rams Kazarian into the corner and then attempts the Chaos Theory. However, Kazarian amazingly rolled out of it. Williams is stunned and gets up, walking right into Kazarian’s grasp. Kazarian hits a standing version of the Flux Capacitor for his first ever SCW win. Tonight was finally his night, and he’s put the rest of the SCW roster on notice with his stellar outing tonight.

A wall of flames engulfs the stage as Kane is out next. He looks scary as ever stepping over the ropes and into the ring, igniting the turnbuckles. A pissed off looking Abyss is out next, and this one is on!
Kane vs. Abyss
Ever since Abyss first burst onto the scene, nearly everybody has considered this to be a dream match. Both men slug the shit out of each other throughout most of the match, exchanging hoss moves and overall working similar styles. Each man grabs the other’s throat in chokeslam formation. Kane gets out of it by kicking Abyss in the gut and lifting him up for the Tombstone Piledriver. Abyss then plants his feet on the mat and reverses it, getting KANE in Tombstone position. Abyss hits Kane with his own finishing move for the huge victory.
Abyss leaves the ringside area. Kane slowly sits up in the center of the ring and starts yelling and screaming. He appears to be having a psychotic breakdown. He shoves the referee and punches out a few security guys trying to help out. Dr. Stevie runs out and tries to tell Kane that it’ll all be okay, but Kane vents his frustration by Tombstoning Stevie to the mat. This will surely not be the last time Kane and Abyss lock horns!

Kurt Angle is backstage. He is feverishly working out and preparing for his match.
Angle: “As you can see, I’m busy. But I’m going to keep it short and sweet. Sure Swagger, I DID have some demons in the past. But even without them I’m still 10 times the athlete you will ever be. You can run your mouth all you want Jack, but that doesn’t change the fact that tonight you WILL tap out.”

Ladders are set up at ringside. The SCW Tag Team Title Ladder Match is up next! The Hardys are out first to a huge ovation. Matt walks to the ring briskly as Jeff actually takes time to high five the fans at ringside. Matt grabs a mic.
Matt: “Tonight is the moment of truth. After a month, I have done everything I can to prepare for every match, and it’s shown. Unlike some people, I will not let my team down.”
Jeff looks baffled at Matt’s apparent accusations of Jeff not being prepared.
Matt: “Unfortunately, I was unable to do scouting this week because somehow my methods were compromised. But that’s just fine, because Matt Hardy will surely be leading his team to victory!”
Matt and Jeff exchange words once again as The Young Bucks enter next, carrying what appears to be a smashed video camera (guess we know how Matt’s scouting methods were compromised then). They rush to the ring and it’s on!
SCW Tag Team Title Ladder Match: The Hardys vs. The Young Bucks
Longtime fans probably could compare this match to No Mercy 1999. Many would say that that was the night that The Hardys got their big break. Well then let the record show that WrestleFest 2010 is when The Young Bucks got THEIR big break. Not since The Hardys have we seen such death-defying maneuvers off the ladders. For 20 minutes, both teams gave it everything they had. Bodies were flying everywhere inside the ring as well as out of it.
With the ladder set up in the middle of the ring, Jeff tried to climb the ladder with Matt providing a boost. Just as Jeff grabbed hold of the belts, The Young Bucks came in and took out Matt with another ladder, and then pulled the ladder out from underneath Jeff. Jeff found himself in the same position he had been in several times before – hanging high above the ring. The Bucks hit him in the gut with the ladder, and Jeff went crashing all the way down to the mat. With Matt getting up, the Bucks had to hurry. Jeremy then held the ladder under the belts vertically as Max lept onto the ladder. Max showed freakish athleticism by latching onto the perfectly vertical ladder and climbing it all the way to the top. He managed to latch onto the belts and unhook them before falling to the mat. The Young Bucks have done it!
Jeremy picks up his battered brother and sits him down at ringside. It takes a few minutes for him to come to, but when he does they celebrate and take the titles into the crowd. The fans show their appreciation for The Bucks, slapping them on the back as they work their way up to the concourse.
Back in the ring, Matt looks shocked as Jeff slowly gets back up to his feet. Suddenly, Jeff is attacked from behind by Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer! Matt just watches, as Edge runs out. Clearly Edge is trying to make the save, still pissed about his cheap loss earlier. Edge hops into the ring only to receive a ladder to the gut by Matt Hardy! Hawkins and Archer start beating down Edge as well before Matt shockingly starts punching and stomping his downed brother. Jeff and Edge’s bodies are left laying in the ring as the 3 attackers exchange glances and all nod before leaving together. What was the meaning of that?
William Regal makes his way out to the ring next for another bonus match to keep the crowd warmed up for the main event. Out next comes his opponent, Heath Slater. Slater is carrying a microphone with him.
Slater: “Some might say that what just happened to Jeff and Edge was a ‘travesty’. Well the only true travesty in SCW has been that The One Man Rock Band has been unable to find himself a backup. Well, that’s finally all changed. I did some soul searching and looked at myself in the mirror. Who could I get to cover a tough Irishman like myself? And then it finally hit me. Ladies and gentlemen – my new backup, FINLAY!”
Finlay comes out with a huge grin, shillelagh in hand. Slater is smiling from ear-to-ear. Finlay enters the ring, Slater goes to give him a high-five, only to receive a shillelagh shot to the skull. So much for that partnership. Finlay takes the mic and stands over the unconscious Slater.
Finlay: “Yeah, hate to break it to ya…but I really had no interest in being your backup. Instead, I was just looking for a way into SCW. I just so happen to have some unfinished business with your planned opponent. So if ya don’t mind, I’m taking over. Because my name is Finlay, and I love to fight!”
William Regal vs. Finlay
It’s Regal vs. Finlay, need I really say more? They pretty much slug the shit out of each other for 10 or so minutes, trading shots and moves that seem to get progressively more and more stiff as the match goes on. Ending sequence comes as Regal (completely red-chested by this point) crawls to the corner, sneakily whipping out the brass knuckles from his tights. He puts them on and then gets up, takes a wild swing at Finlay but Finlay ducks. He hoists Regal up and then nails him with the Celtic Cross. Finlay gets the pin and the victory in his impressive SCW debut.

A video package is aired for the main event. However, midway through it cuts out as the letters sXe begin fading in and out of the screen. The words “THE WAVE IS COMING” ring throughout the screen before it abruptly fades to black. Controversy’s a-brewin’ here.!

Ric Flair makes his way out to the ring with the SCW Title and he takes a seat at ringside. Swagger and Angle both make their way out as well. The time has arrived for the main event, and the crowd is red hot.
SCW Title: Jack Swagger vs. Kurt Angle
What is a classic wrestling match? However you define it, it was probably represented in this one. Perhaps the two best athletes in SCW fought tooth-and-nail for nearly 30 minutes in hopes of becoming the first-ever SCW champion. The crowd was very much into it and they seemed to think the match was over after every 2 count out or submission hold. Angle Slam from the top rope as the lightbulbs flash in the audience, surely it’s over now – but NO! Swagger kicks out at the absolute last millisecond.
Both men stagger to their feet and get into a staredown. Both guys can barely stand up after the grueling match they’d gone through. Crowd suddenly bursts into boos as CM Punk emerges on the rampway, sporting a new black and red t-shirt with ‘Straight Edge Till Death’ written on it in huge type. Moreover, he also is wearing a new version of the mask he had worn when he first started in SCW. The black mask has sXe in red along the forehead.
Angle and Swagger look on confused, not sure why Punk is there. Punk gets an evil smirk and then raises his arms in the air in an X formation – and on cue about 15 or so guys flood the ring from all sides. Each man is wearing attire identical to that of CM Punk. Angle, Swagger, and even the referee are beaten mercilessly. As that beatdown occurs, Punk slowly walks down to the ring and goes to grab the SCW Title away from a shocked Ric Flair. Flair refuses to hand over the title, as Punk yells that he tried to warn Flair about this.
Flair decks Punk and the two start to brawl, but it doesn’t take long for a few masked minions to interject and begin assaulting Flair as well. Former wrestlers Matt Striker and Taz try to interject and help the boss but they also fall victim to the numbers game. Punk instructs his men to tear the place apart. Think sorta like the Nexus angle, but on an even bigger scale as not only are staff and security being attacked, but so are some “fans” who were pulled out of the crowd and beaten down for yelling obscenities at Punk. Angle, Swagger, and Flair all wind up bloodied during the fracas.
Punk takes the SCW Title and begins walking up the ramp as his minions are spread throughout the area, some still wrecking ringside and some even working their way up to the ramp to destroy parts of the stage, the video boards, etc. Punk straps the SCW Title around his waist and then hijacks the camera from the camera man in front of him, knocking him out. We see essentially a first person view from Punk’s perspective as he walks backstage. Even more masked men had snuck in backstage as the assault was going on in the ring. Wreckage is strewn everywhere as equipment, furniture, and bodies of wrestlers and backstage workers are all laid out in a heap throughout the corridors.
Punk points the camera directly to his face and says “I told you all this was coming. Welcome to the era of straight edge.” before throwing the camera down. From the now-sideways camera we can see Punk (still with the SCW Title strapped to his waist) get into the backseat of a car as it drives off. The era of straight edge has indeed arrived, and bah gawd SCW may never be the same again!

Hell, even Paul London got drafted at the start despite not being a WWE or TNA guy.
So yeah, it was fun overall but if enough interest is generated for a Season 2, the kinks really need to be worked out. I'd suggest opening up the rosters a bit more (WWE, TNA, ROH while also having enough selectable announcers/non-wrestling personalities so people don't get shut out of having a commentator/authority figure/etc. But that's it.)</font>

The Miz: All of my dreams have finally…come…true. The Miz, the Awesome one, headlines…Madison Square Gardens. And it could not have happened to a more deserving person than myself [the arena echoes with boos] Oh, you people might think you know the names of wrestlers who deserve this honor more than myself but, behind your delusions there is that deep sinking realization that I am everything I said I was and more.
Rhino fought through the roster to get here…[cheers] but, name one legitimate contender for my title that he knocked out. You can’t. While he was busy leveling the mid-card talent I was busy defending my title against the only former DWW World Champion in the company Rey Mysterio [cheers] and wiping that smug look off his stupid little immigrant face [massive boos.]
While Rhino was smashing people’s skulls with furniture, I was ending the career of Jeff Fucking Jarrett. And when he was preparing for the biggest match, before tonight, I was mopping the floor with John Morrison, who I might add is going to be fighting for the second most prestigious titles in the company tonight.
So yes, Rhino passed the “test”, he “earned” a shot at my title. He did it by mastering mediocrity while I destroyed my competition. He even, some would say, did it with ease. I could have walked down to that ring at any time during Rhino’s “Anything Goes” matches and changed the course of history. I could have derailed his title chase any time I wanted to but, I didn’t. Maybe, before walking out tonight, Rhino should ask himself one single question. Why?
[The Miz drops the mic and exits to a raucous round of boos.]
JJ: Definitely something Rhino should consider going into his match tonight.
Joel Gertner: We have Bourne and Homicide facing off next, should be a hell of a match.

Evan Bourne VS. Homicide
Homicide comes to the ring first and attacks Bourne as he enters the ring. The two have an incredibly fast-paced back-and-forth match up with nearly a dozen near falls. MVP comes out during the last half and tries to make trouble but gets blind-sided by Rey Mysterio who puts MVP out with a steel chair. Homicide is caught with a school boy during the distraction and Bourne walks out the winner. Rey Mysterio puts MVP onto a table, climbs the top turnbuckle and nails a frog splash through it to end the struggle. Mysterio turns to face Homicide and the chase to the back begins.

VCW booker here. Totally agree on all points.
I "broke the rules" by using Heyman and Danielson because the rule was flouted before the game even began when DWW picked up Joel Gertner as commentator. Then when they picked up London from thin air I thought "what the hell, if that's being allowed then I'm not gonna handicap myself by NOT using guys that weren't listed".
My defence for Danielson was "prove he wasn't under the Suicide mask all along". But I felt I didn't/don't need a defence/reason/excuse after the rule was originally broken before we kicked off. And hell, I didn't use either to publicise the PPV. And I could have used Rock/Austin/Goldberg/etc if I really wanted to prove a point.
Anyways, glad it's finally done and dusted. Looking forward to FINALLY sharing my thoughts on the other shows when voting is done.

Very kind of you. I was a bit annoyed that the rosters were revealed to the public as I wanted that to be a surprise. I guess people quickly forgot that he had been drafted though. And of course, as time went on and he wasn't used I guess people completely forgot about him.

DWW SummerBANG!
Evan Bourne d. Amazing Red DWW opens with a first round match of its #1 contender tournament.
DID I (not me personally, but "the viewer") GET MY VALUE: 9/10. A great opener that serves well to get the crowd, and the viewing audience at home into the show.
Homicide d. Rey Mysterio in the second first round match. A quicker match, and once again Rey, who should by all accounts be the most over face in DWW, finds himself losing. Which is all fine and dandy I guess, since Homicide is being built up after his attitude change of late.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 7/10
Rob Terry d. MVP in another quick match. MVP is another guy who had a recent attitude change, but it doesn't seem to have helped him as much.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 4/10
Magnus d. Raven in the final first round match-up after Raven is distracted by the rest of the British Tigers. Raven was a surprise entrant into the tourney, and thus hadn't really been built up at all, and was thought by most to be just an announcer now.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 3/10
Shark Boy d. JTG/Primo/Jesse Neal and since JTG took the pin, he must now LEAVE DWW for good. Pee break match right here. None of these guys have I been made to care about, so even though it is high stakes, I'm definitely out peeing and getting myself a snack (not at the same time)
DID I GET MY VALUE: 1/10
Rob Terry d. Magnus in the start of the second round. Seemed like another waste of time, right after the pee break. It got them "Heat", but they already had it, so I don't really want to be seeing this on PPV.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 1/10
Evan Bourne d. Homicide in what should have been the finals of the tournament, but wasn't. Really really should have been the finals. Especially with the build-up of Homicide and the bad blood between the two and what Homicide has done to Bourne's "good friend" Rey Mysterio. Would have avoided that waste of the last match if this was the finals too. Anyways, Bourne wins after Homicide is distracted by MVP and Rey going at it at ringside. Post-match, Bourne is attacked by Magnus as Rob Terry watches.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 6/10. Like I said, this match was a natural for the finals. Would have been higher value if it was, and even higher if it was a clean finish.
And now... it is time... for our MAIN EVENTS:
MCMG d. Bogus Journeys/Most Charismatic Team in the Universe in a ladder match for the titles. There were a series of vignettes through the night as well featuring the teams, that were great and could have been used off PPV to get the teams over. Especially MorriKofi. But, still, hyped for this match by the time it finally comes on.
The finish sees Tajiri and Masato Tanaka appear and take out the BJs and the MCTitU. MCMG shake the hands of these evil Japanese men and BAM win the match.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 10/10 by all accounts a great match.
DO I WANT TO WATCH NEXT WEEK: 10/10, this end creates a whole lot of questions that one wants answered. Was the MCMG's face turn all false trickery for this moment? What exactly is the deal with Tajiri and Tanaka?
Evan Bourne d. Rob Terry in the finals. Truly... I have had enough of the British Tigers. Since day one, they have been all over the show... but yet they never ever ever win the day. At this point they are just more nuisances that I have to sit through. Homicide really should have been in this match and not Terry.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 5/10
DO I WANT TO WATCH NEXT WEEK: 8/10. At the end of the day, Evan Bourne overcame a lot to become top contender. Pretty much they Rey "ultimate underdog" thing, but without a mask. He has also had his issues with The Miz over past weeks, so material is already there.
The Miz d. Rhino in a 2/3 falls match. Rhino takes the first fall via ARMBAR when Miz immediately taps. Miz takes the second via Skull Crushing Finale. Then during the third fall... those freaking British Tigers are on my TV AGAIN. Interfering on behalf of The Miz. Raven comes out and helps Rhino clear house.... but... SWERVE! Raven hits Rhino with the chair as he is going for the GORE and Miz picks up the final fall!
DID I GET MY VALUE: 7/10. The least you can do for the masses is let Rhino get one decisive fall. A 2/3 falls match is built for that. Miz doesn't need the heat of taking a fall on purpose, but Rhino getting the first fall in a decisive way? Would have done wonders. British Tigers, again, I could go without seeing again for awhile. Raven turning is a bit of a swerve, I guess, but again, Raven wasn't built up at all going into the PPV, much less in connection to Rhino... he's been an announcer. Plus, he is definitely over the hill, and so I'm not sure of putting him into the top card scene.
DO I WANT TO WATCH NEXT WEEK: 7/10. I guess I want to see the explanation, but again Miz comes off as just completely unstoppable. If the Man-Beast Rhino had such trouble with him, how the hell is Evan Bourne supposed to do against him?
VCW Revelations
Kaval b. R-Truth in a ladder match to capture the International Championship.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 10/10. A great opener that gets everybody pumped.
The Great Khali & Mark Henry d. The Dudebusters and Shannon Moore in an impromptu match. Ok, whatever.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 4/10
Cody Rhodes d. Goldust in a competitive match. Husky saves Goldust from getting his dreams shattered post-match, but is taken out himself. Cody gets away once again... but will Husky or Goldust give him his comeuppance eventually?!
DID I GET MY VALUE: 9/10
Suicide d. Eric Young and is then revealed to be none other that Daniel Bryan, who then proceeds to kick Cole's head in. So I guess the reasoning of him being Suicide is that Michael Cole wouldn't have hired him any other way? Or something...
DID I GET MY VALUE: 7/10
The Usos d. Team 3D in a tables match for the Tag Team Titles. They win when they pull a switcheroo with the ref down and place Bubba in the wreckage of the table that they put one o the Usos through. So Usos finally win against the Dudleys, but cheat to win. It is a good thing Michael Cole just had his head kicked in, or else he would have no doubt have stripped the Usos of the titles and we would again be without champions.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 5/10. Completely indifferent about this feud.
And now... it is time... for our MAIN EVENTS:
Joe Perfect d. Hulk Hogan and pretty much destroys his throat, and his ability to say "brother". If Joe wasn't over before, he sure as hell is now.

Sting d. HHH when it is revealed that he was the mystery man. I agree, this would have been a lot better had the rosters been secret. I knew Sting was on the VCW roster and had him pegged as the mystery man since week 1. Would have legit marked out if I didn't know. Anyways, post match Jay Lethal shows up... and he is healthy! More bad news for Haitch!

Mr Anderson d. Randy Orton to become the first heavyweight champion. I like how the booker has decided to cater to me and have both men enter to mixed reactions (of a mostly positive or negative nature). Everyone should cater to Lock Jaw. TPWW would be a much better place. But I digress....

AJ Styles & RVD d. Beer Money to become the Tag Team Champions. RVD steals the win from AJ.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 9/10. A bit surprised to see AJ/RVD win here. I guess the inevitable split comes later.
Ezekiel Jackson & Shad d. Vladimir Kozlov & David Otunga, who revealed himself to be Kozlov's partner. A good heat building segment for the trio, and perhaps a new beginning of winning ways?

Sheffield & Ted DiBiase (w/ Michelle McCool) d. The Rainbow Connection (w/Melina & Natalya) as expected. Camera zooms in on Nattie who has a "this ain't ova" look on her face.

Samoa Joe d. Undertaker with a narrow victory. Pre-match Taker came out with none of his theatrics and delivered a speech saying how he didn't need them. My opinions on taking away his theatrics are well known by now. Still not a fan.

Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler d. AJ Styles & RVD for the tag team championships. I guess this is why the other match opened the card. This came about after Scott Hall and Sean Waltman no-show the PPV. I know that I have said that I didn't care to see them at all, but the bottom line is you booked and promoted something and did not deliver. So while I may have got better value in a better match, those who actually wanted to see Hall and Waltman feel ripped off and cheated.
DID I GET MY VALUE: 5/10. Would be higher if it was just MY value.
DO I WANT TO WATCH NEXT WEEK: 8/10. Interested in the AJ/RVD breakdown at least.
Chavo Guerrero d. Hernandez in a Falls Count Anywhere Mexican Death Match. Chavo is then DESTROYED by an enraged Hernandez after the match. End result? A good match with Chavo gaining some credibility and Hernandez coming out with even more heat then before. This ain't ova.

Won't count this one as a main event, because the other companies only had three.
Christian d. Sheamus to win the Heavyweight Title in an epic battle that lasted more than 30 minutes. Pre-match Samoa Joe came out and had a crew start to dismantle the ring, because if he couldn't be champ, then no one could. Really feel that this is a terrible move. Joe was the hottest face act in Armchair Warfare, and you just turned him heel. Anyways, he is eventually chased off and Christian and Sheamus have their match.

Kurt Angle vs. Jack Swagger is a no-contest when CM Punk and a wave o' straight edgers swarm the arena. Everything in sight is destroyed and Punk makes off with the world title. An interesting angle to say the least, but I can't help but feel slightly cheated by not having a winner in the main event.

Also, here's my brief reviews:
DWW-Did a very well done show. The ending was disappointing, as I was pulling for the other to win the title match but hey I liked the twist.
VCW-Just as I expected: They pulled off a excellent "PPV" and I totally called who was under the Suicide mask.
TIW-Well, unexpected but I thought it was good for what it was.
SCW-Wow, Punk is a f'ing mastermind genius!!!
Yep. Your name was first in this imaginary hat. That's 2 (plus AbT if his life calm's down in time) and I believe that the booker who took over TIW wants a shot to start from scratch. I think DttS wants to judge and I will too if nobody has an issue with it.
I'm gonna find the original thread and see who showed interest back then and PM them to see if they want in as a booker/judge.

Those were the finalised lists previous to Season 1. Having removed the bookers from S1, that's 14 potential bookers. Plus any of the guys that signed up solely as judges that might want a crack (as Lock Jaw does). Plus AbT (maybe).

I'm holding off until we get the results for S1. I don't want people getting into Season 2 before we even see the first attempt through.
Talk to Jabba and see if he is willing to downgrade from C-Fed for a while.
I've already asked Jabba. He said he doesn't feel it's worth the effort with so few people viewing/doesn't like the downtime between shows.
The downtime can be fixed with newer rules, learnt off this season.

Indeed. Depends how harse you want them. My suggestion would be point deductions for missed dealines and a two strike rule which would see your show cancelled if you dramatically miss deadlines.
On top of that, I'd enforce the roster picks more strictly. And the person who gets last pick in the rosters gets the first pick of the Free Agents and then the show ranked last gets the first picks on a weekly basis.
I'd probably be inclined to bring ROH into this season too.
Aside from that I don't think there's much that needs looking at. AbT did a good job of setting it all up tbf.

I don't really know any of the ROH guys but I figured if the bookers wanted to take the "risk" of using them it was up to them. I figured it puts a few new faces in there rather than having to book the same set of people that we booked in Season 1.
I guess, we could have them avaialble. You don't have to draft any of them.

Perhaps only ROH/Free Agents who have had substantial exposure in the mainstream should be available. So guys like Austin Aries (Had exposure in TNA) and Shelton Benjamin would be eligible, but someone like Delirious would not be.
No way should all the random indie guys get to go in though. Creates a dynamic split between those who know these random indie guys, and those who don't.

Like out of that list, I think The Briscoes should be left out. Colt Cabana is on the fence, since technically he was in the WWE, but I wouldn't call what he got "exposure".

While another booker may be:
"Ha-cha! The Briscoes! I have so many ideas how to use them to keep things fresh!"
So that is why I say, just keep everything on a level playing field, stick with the mainstream.

I was coming to see that. I do appreciate that you thought I had the best show. But I suppose I have to share my victory as Flash Funk wrote 2 of the 5 shows. He was also responsible for some of the feuds that occured.
Perhaps next season you'll be the booker and I'll have you win by 0.02 in my reviews.

In Games I've run in the past, we've included a certain amount of indy guys, because it encourages bookers to look even more past current gimmick and storylines and make something completly new for these guys. Generally works really well, and depending on how well booked they are, they can be top guys in promotions.
Likewise, we occasionally open up development territories. With the key caveat, that if you are calling someone up to the main roster, you need to have a decent angle/debut for them, and a long term plan for their use. You mustn't be calling them up for the sake of bolstering your roster. Again this works well, because, if you look at dev. territories, and see a guy that fits a gimmick well, if well booked, it's pretty interesting.
Looking forward to seeing if there is a second season, and, I'd deffo love to be a booker this time around, seeing as my stand by spot was jumped :( BUt C'est la vie.. Love these games, and season one has been fantastic. Well done to all the bookers.

I definitely understand people's dislike of Rob Terry and Magnus but, I believe if booked correctly in very short matches Rob Terry could actually come off well. He was the "Giant", albeit a losing one, of DWW and Magnus was the partner who could actually wrestle in a pinch. Terry was relegated to chokeslams, big-boots and powerbombs. I was trying to book Rob as a "Psycho Sid" from his ECW days. I know the guy is limited and this was my reasoning.
The logic of having him in the finals between the MCMG match and the 2/3 Falls match was that I needed something that wasn't a gimmick match but wasn't going to drain the fans after a truly exciting match. I was going for DDP VS. The Giant (duh, diamond cutter for the win) and wanted to keep it short.
The 2/3 Falls match was not meant to end the feud but, really to truly begin it. Raven had made the save on Rhino the previous week and so I wanted to throw another sub-plot in there before the finish that would come two months later at the second PPV after next. The idea was for Rhino to continue his path of rage and destroy Raven at the next PPV in a Hell in a Cell match.
Bourne would be cheated out of a victory at the next PPV by Terry Funk (heel turn) setting up for a three-way for the World Title at PPV #3. Bourne VS. Rhino VS. The Miz(c) in Stairway to Hell Match (barbwire hanging above the ring) with Terry Funk backing The Miz. Rhino would become the 3rd man to wear the belt in DWW history. He would then successfully defend the belt at PPV #4 from The Miz but lose the belt at PPV #5 before feuding with Terry Funk culminating at PPV #6 with a Last Man Standing match (Rhino coming out on top). The Miz would lose the belt to John Morrison at PPV #6. I'd then give Morrison a 6 month title reign with 4/6 PPV matches against baby-faces Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, Paul London and Rhino, the heels being Raven and finally The Miz again to capture the title back.
MCMGs were going to continue feuding with The Bogus Journeys (Londrick) in a Best of 5 series culminating at PPV #2, their entire face-turn was just a tactic to get the two teams to completely lose their shit when the hired-guns Tanaka/Tajiri (who recently tagged with eachother in Japan) came in. The MCMGs would continue their title reign, being victorious over the BJs at PPV #2.
Morrison and Kofi would feud with Tanaka and Tajiri before defeating the Japanese invaders at PPV #2. They would then face MCMG at PPV #3 in a winning effort. PPV #4 would see them lose the titles back to MCMG and the disbanding of the team. They would then have two heel vs. heel feuds against the British Tigers and then Tanaka/Tajiri before losing to the face-turning BJs in a losing effort at PPV #7.
MVP and Homicide would continue feuding with Mysterio featuring Shark Boy, but not in tag matches. This would go on in various forms until PPV #5 where Mysterio came out in a Black Mask and turned on Shark Boy and then started feuding with Bourne.
MVP and Homicide would then feud with the BJs til PPV #6. BJs coming out on top and moving on to a feud with the MCMGs again.
Jesse Neal, Primo would become the minions of Raven and stop competing in regular matches for a few months, instead coming out with Raven and doing beat-downs. Eventually, I would hope to build them up as hated heels that by the time PPV #7 comes around they'd be big enough to face Bourne and Amazing Red (by then a tag team).

As for the roster pool, I do think it needs to be expanded so as to provide enough flexibility for the draft/potential free agent ideas. However, I wouldn't expand it TOO much.
So I'd say one of these (NOT both):
Idea 1: The entire WWE, TNA, and ROH rosters as of the day of the draft are eligible.
Idea 2: The entire WWE and TNA rosters as of the day of the draft are eligible, as are anybody who was future endeavor'd by either company during 2010. This will allow some extra flexibility and guys could utilize Batista, Haas, Benjamin, Carlito, Hurricane, Knox, and whoever the fuck else.
Either way, the wrestler pool as of draft day is final. No adding guys who weren't in the game at the start.</font>

I would agree with option two. Though would also expand to development territories, if you wanted, purely to allow people to build up brand new stars. Though, that's negotiable.

I'd like to be a judge but I would prefer another crack at booking since I never really got a chance to book my own show I had to take over halfway through. However, I am aware that such a move may be unfair to those who have yet to book at all.
So I'll be of service in whatever capacity I'm welcome to.
Very classy of you TSO. As it stands there isn't too much interest in booking (but I haven't sought out interest beyond this thread yet) so you may get a slot by default.
I'd like to give preference to those that have supported the game through S1 if possible. There were a lot of people that showed interest but then drifted away after they weren't picked to participate directly. Judges that failed to turn in rankings might also fall victim to unpreferential treatment. But that's all pretty moot until we see how much interest there is.
I am looking to have S1 finished off by the end of the week. So we need those rankings in from the judges. :y:
Vito, my thoughts were along the lines of option 2. TNA & WWE rosters plus the handful of talents that people may want to use (Batista, Haas, Daniels, etc).

Option two is probably best then. Gives the most scope for having good wide rosters and using people that may not be a part of TNA/WWE but, should be!

Definitely regret not being able to post in these threads, but I was much busier than I thought I'd be when this started. Loved being a judge, though and reading all of these shows.
Bookers should be commended for jobs very well done :y:
Just thought, what do we do with the guys from NXT that are now no longer "on the roster"? I'd like to include them again personally but would they get picked up?
One thing I won't be doing is making the drafted rosters public.
Aside from the Mystery Man reveal that was "ruined" I think the first shows will read better if you don't know who's about to appear. I think my opening segment to Show 1 would have had more impact if you read it and didn't know Hogan was in there (OK, you didn't know that he was) and then HHH came out, then Orton, then Anderson. I think that could have evoked a "Holy shit, VCW has some top guys on their roster" response and given that opening more "oompf".

Preliminary sign-ups are in this thread but I will start an 'Official Season 2 Sign Up' thread once we are done here.
The poll closes Friday I think. I'll send another PM to the S1 judges tonight to see if we can get those last 5 rankings in. Then I'll post the results here and we can focus on Season 2.

Figured I'd talk you through the genesis of VCW...
This was the first 20 guys I tried to draft: Triple H, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, Mr. Anderson, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Christian, Jack Swagger, Kaval, Ted Dibiase, Michael McGillicutty, Husky Harris, Robert Roode, John Morrison, AJ Styles , Jay Lethal, D’Angelo Dinero, Kane, Sting, Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin, Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam, Matt Morgan, Eric Young, Mick Foley.
I like wrestling when the lines between fiction and reality are blurred (think Matt Hardy/Edge) and that's the feel I was looking to go for. When drafting my roster I tried to pick up people who had ready made angles to work: HHH/Orton/Anderson, Cody/Goldust, Angle/Swagger, etc.
I was looking to book it as a continuation of WWE but that idea was nixed.
My original title picture would have been Chritian going over Jericho. Whilst there would be a 3 way fued with HHH, Orton and Anderson, who - on his return to "WWE" would target HHH and Orton for costing him his job. I'd have also continued the Taker/Kane storyline with Kane being targeted my the "Mind Games" (lights going out) only to reveal Sting at the PPV (who would have exposed Kane as the culprit for the attack on Taker).
But I didn't get Chrisitan, Jericho or Kane. Leaving the title to Anderson v Orton and Sting at a lose end. That was until Lock Jaw suggested that Sting could face off against a WWE stalwart - and HHH v Sting was born from that concept.
In terms of ideas that title fued was the one I put least thought into. Whilst I had other fueds planned week-to-week, my World Title fued was booked on the fly. Somehow it came off pretty well.
Once again the Championship Chase was an idea that I hung people on to. I had a section of my draft board just dedicated to good inring workers (Morrison, Styles, Hardy, RVD, Lethal, etc) it didn't really matter who I got as long as they were decent. As it happens, I got Kaval, R-Truth, Young, Suicide and I then picked up Moore and Henry from the Free Agents to complete the 6 (Matt Morgan was my first choice to be the big man amongst the little guys). Kaval got the nod for the win. I would have booked Kaval v Punk if I had got him.
The storyline for the Tag Titles was something I had planned from the beginning but the teams I got were pretty lackluster. Dunno how it would have come off with say MCMG in place of The Usos and whichever guys weren't in the Championship Chase.
I originally had an idea for McGillicutty with Ted DiBiasem, Robert Roode and Husky Harris based around names. Ted would say that McG/Harris couldn't use their fathers' names cos he didn't deserve to, where as Roode had to steal his (from Rick Rude). Roode would align with DiBiase (Money Inc. 2.0) and the 2 pairs would face off.
I much prefer McG becoming Joe Perfect and targetting the broken Hogan and going over in such conclusive fashion.
Cody v Goldust went down as planned.
So, VCW #1 would have seen:
World Title - Christian v Jericho
Triple Threat - HHH v Orton v Anderson
Submission Match - Swagger v Angle
Kaval v Punk
Tag Titles - MCMG v Pope/Truth
Tag Match - McGillicutty/Harris v DiBiase/Roode
Morrison v Styles
IN Title - RVD v Hardy
I was also gonna have a women's fued, but outside of having them get naked/do a full on sex scene (cheap tactics basically) I couldn't think of a stroyline for them. I traded Mayrse and Kelly Kelly (who I brought back as a backstage interviewer).
Most of what I have ended it up with just seemed to fall into place. I wanted a figure head that hadn't already been in the role, that ruled out Foley, Flair, etc. I ended up opting for Michael Cole. That gave me a name and some strong strands (The "fairness" line playing into The Usos/Dudleys fued and the Cole turn when Danielson was revealed). Then I picked up Hogan as a commentator and the idea of the McGillicutty/Perfect fued came to me.
All in all, I think I did pretty well out of a "weak" roster.

Sounds like season 2 could be fantastic!
I'm looking forward to getting involved hopefully! Been planning some storylines/angles/talent all ready, in the hope that I get to book this time around.
You might be pleasantly surprised :D Especially with the great variety of potential bookers, the scope for some great stories/different perspectives is huge!
I'd like to see someone book an interesting women's fued as it wasn't done in S1 and I couldn't come up with anything.

I think next round can do without this whole Star Power thing. Not really feeling it as it is. It makes a pretty negligible difference. Plus not to mention the bookers can easily just book themselves in to get the extra points from their stars winning, even if that is not what they intended. Like I said, though, the points are negligible so doesn't really matter.
Yeah, I wasn't sure how AbT was gonna run the points for SPR but that's what I came up with. I wouldn't do "Win Bonuses" on S2 for that very reason - it might restrict what the booker wants to do cos they choose to favour getting the points.

I don't think there should be win bonuses, or other bonuses for using certain people. The competition is about effective booking, regardless of who is involved. The inclusion of bonuses makes bookers consider booking winners/loser they might have used better.
Ah, but the Star Power Rankings themselves are all about "effective booking". And let's face it, if you have a guy that's in the Top 5, you're not likely to hold him off the PPV are you?
The "Win Bonus" was something I added after I knew the PPVs had been written and so wouldn't effect the results. And I've already said I'm gonna drop the "Win Bonus" aspect. Might keep the Star Power Rankings though but make them a weekly bonus thing rather than just at the PPV.
