The name may not be amazing and if you write down the premise of the show in the most basic way it just sounds like another crime show. But hot damn I love this show.
It is one of my favorite shows these days. I think it's the only show I get overly excited for and don't want to wait another week when I finish an episode.
The premise is an alcoholic cop got canned. Some time later we join him as a PI with another guy, he still has cop connections here and there though. They take different cases, but really it's about the characters.
Again, on paper it doesn't stand out. And you may have heard good things, and you may be somewhat interested but keeping putting it off. But I urge you to check out this show. It is not THE best show ever, but it's a really good show with a really good start. Just don't hear many people talking bout it sadly.
