It's been on the front page of Games for Windows live for a while, so I dont think it's a mistake. Doubt it will be up much longer though.

It's not a mistake. Even though I probably have it burnt somewhere, and will never play it, I bought it using 10 MSP.

How do you get back to that, I already closed it. How fucking dumb is Microsoft when designing these websites. "Click Downloads at the top navigation bar to see your previous downloads." Yeah I would have done that if it was there.
