Jeff Jarrett's MMA Fighter angle has grown on me over the past few months. I wasnt to big on him "teaching" people how to fight but I am interested to see if anything comes from the open challange he is doing right now. I also like how he first began just comming out with Gunner and Murphy, then he started using Angle's lift, then he added his students with the train, and how he has a doctor and referee check him and apply the grease. Anybody else enjoy this storyline hes doing? (obviously building back to a match with Kurt Angle)

It's pretty interesting since we know there will be a Kurt Angle match involved at the conclusion of the Angle.

As Russo is booking, I'm guessing there will be a "Karen Angle On A Pole Match" in the near future.....

it'd be hillarious if they sign Brock Lesnar and Lesnar comes out instead of Angle.

I quite like the gimmick, wish in his exhibition that he would pick a randomer from the audience who he's unaware that this randomer has a MMA background. that would be interesting (like Daniel Puder shooting on Angle).

Firstly,

I've never liked Jeff Jarrett.

However, this is hands down, the best thing he's ever done, it's fucking hilarious.

It's funny but I just can't really get into it for some reason mabe it's just that I hate Jarrett all that much:-\

is there really going to be a match with angle?

i was under the impression that angle wanted to never work with jarrett.

first I thought this was really fucking bad, but when I really thought about it, it's funny as shit. He should poke fun at Team Greg Jackson by having a guy illegally grease him

immitation is the most sincere form of flattery..except in this case..are you really going to go this route? really? anyways the one episode of impact i have watched the last 3 months i turned when i saw this angle. give me a break, the beautiful arianny would destroy that prick, and that being said, i would let her try her hand on me too. as far as that fish lipped biddy karen, she will be riding on my pole, only in my dreams tho

It is very entertaining, gets better every show. Currently going through a few weeks worth of Impact, just seen the second Double J Double M A challenge, the whole 'Team Jarrett' schtick and the OTT group celebrations after 'winning' are funny as shit.

I'm surprised Jeff's MMA gimmick is doing well. I hope they do a MMA-style match between Jarrett and Angle.

I haven't been this entertained by Jeff Jarrett since he called Buff Bagwell a slapnut in 1999 to usher in the official beginning of the end of WCW.

Impeccable

I'm not ashamed to admit, but I am a Jeff Jarrett mark.

I've always thought Jeff Jarrett to be a great "old school" heel. I think this angle is relevant to today, is entertaining and puts him in the spotlight in TNA...it's great! It feels like one of those "accidents" that creative stumble upon and then the ball starts rolling and the angle gains momentum. Unfortunately, we all know where this one is heading (squash by Kurt Angle), but I'd love to see this angle stretched out a bit, and away from Immortal and Fourtune.

Took me a while to get into the Double J Double M A thing, at first i though they shouldnt even try to be M M A as look what it threatens to do to WWE, who are far more over than TNA, But that said, i am quite into the whole thing right now, looking forward to see what happens down the line, id love a shoot MMA match with Angle, but would either guy want that? All the real history between Angle and Jarrett, let them loose for real and go at it, i see that as ratings

I still can't believe that Kurt Angle left the WWE to work things out with his family then instead of taking the needed time off went to TNA (while wrestling occasionally in Japan) where widower Jeff Jarrett seduced his wife.
