Use him to get over young talent? Make him the champion and let him have an epic reign? Put him on commentary? I don't care...just get him back.

He and the GM didn't get a long. There is no way they could make him GM.

I was thinking this last night. I don't know that WWE needs Jericho at the moment, and when they do it will happen. He shouldn't rush back as we have CM Punk filling his void at the moment, I think he should make a return either in the middle or late part of 2011.

One last run as a top tier face definitely.

Probably not going to happen, but I would love for him to grow his hair back out and have one last run as a face Y2J.

We are but humble wrestling fans, we won't remember that.....

Hell, they could make him the RAW mystery GM and simply explain it away as him torturing himself to alleviate suspicion.

I mean, after delivering a hand on national TV, WWE can pretty much half-ass and retcon their history and past storylines on a whim.

Portraying Jericho as the devious, cunning mystery GM who was willing to be a martyr simply to control others and avoid suspicion himself is far from the worst idea they've had.

That being said, it really doesn't matter. Jericho is epic in whatever he does. He could be the hotdog vendor in the arenas and he'd steal the show.

I advocate reading the phonebook though. Excellent call.

I'd love to see him come back soon and face Orton at Mania.

Jericho can come back as anything. He's amazing at everything he does, and at 40 years of age was still putting on amazing matches week in and week out.

He seems to have a head for the business and understands the need to work with younger talents, judging by him putting over the likes of Evan Bourne and John Morrison. Just let him come back and continue doing what he does best.

And another title reign would not be a bad idea. ;)

Jericho could sit in a chair in the middle of the ring while eating a jar of peanut butter with a spoon and be amazing.

Oh yeah, like logic is gonna stop them.

Anyway, nail him to a cross and wait 3 days.

He's pretty much done it all. I wouldn't mind seeing him get a good run with the WWE Championship again, as he's a 3-time World Heavyweight Champion, but only really got one run with THE WWE title when he was the Undisputed Champion. But his bucket list is pretty full:

- WrestleMania main event: 2x
- WWE Title: 1x
- World Title: 3x
- Most Intercontinental Title reigns in history (9x)
- Grand Slam Champion (fourth ever)
- PWI Ranked #2 wrestler of the year in 2009
- PWI feud of the year vs. Shawn Michaels in 2008
- Wrestling Observer Wrestler of the Year (2x: 2008 and 2009)

I guess a Royal Rumble win would be a great addition to his list of accomplishments, followed by a third WrestleMania main event and WWE Title victory. I'd LOVE to see Jericho work an Iron Man Match against someone like CM Punk or even John Cena, as I think he could take Cena (or Orton or Miz for that matter) to a level of quality high enough for a 60 minute match.

I would like to see him back by the Rumble, but it almost seems cliche to have a return surprise entrant win the match anymore.

Either team up with Barret to take on Nexus or fued with him to put him over.

It's probably not going to happen, because it can't happen without him looking like 1983 Hulk Hogan

If Jericho comes back at the RR and then he and X are the last two, but both go over at the same time - what would happen (more to the point, has it happened before in WWE or can they just make shit up?).

But yeah - Jericho could be anything when he returns, but I'd like to see him as a face

I really don't think X is good enough to be one of the final two in the Rumble match.

When Jericho comes back I'd say he'll where he was before he left, stealing the show every night! Remember that awesome match he had with Evan Bourne?

Yeah, if they go the heel route with Jericho they have to have his return feud be with Orton...

If they bring him back as a face though, proper feuds with guys like Punk, Sheamus, Miz, and Alberto del Rio would do wonders for them.
