I know I may get bashed for this, but the one wrestling angle (No Pun Intended) that really gets me intrigued is the JJ and Kurt Angle feud. With the addition of Karen Jarrett this week, and "her side of the story" coming next week, I can honestly say this is the best storyline on any of the wrestling programs. I don't know if it is the realism, and the naturally uncomfortable feeling you get, or I get anyway, but it makes it that much more interesting.

Please feel free to comment on the angle, but please, make sure you have watched it before you pass judgment. I know TNA has fucked up lots, but I think they have done this angle perfectly. So for that, I give them credit. I am sure they will have another 5 shitty angles to make up for this one. :shifty:

I started watching TNA, but right as Jeff Jarrett was making his way to the ring, my DVR told me I had to watch either Jersey Shore or Private Practice. What happened at the end?

Jarrett called out Karen, Kurt came instead, took out team Jarrett, was circling Jarrett like he was going to attack him. Karen came out from the back yelling, talked down to Kurt, told him she is going to tell "Her side" of the story next week.

That the one thing i was waiting to see, & i agree, its very interesting, knowing all that has happen between all of them, sparks alot of interest, i for one was very attentive to how they were reacting, its unreal when you think all the things that they have gone through, what must kurt be thinking?, seeing jarret take his ex women away instead of him, jeff looked nervous but karen mmmmm shes smoking hot & acted very real, cant wait for next week.

I wish Angle would shoot on Jarrett and break his fucking neck.

Follow that up with a Karen wardrobe malfunction, and we have a winner.

IMO I believe this is one of the worst wrestling angles out there... The whole JJ MMA thing disgusted me and when they brought in Angle and beat him down it was like WTF? What was the point Russo? Big return for Angle and have him get his ass kicked. Then JJ retires undefeated in his MMA career..... and they use the real life situation of Jeff Jarrett not having enough respect to Angle to not fuck his girl, then has the balls to MARRY HER!!! If I were Angle I would bounce out of TNA and go back to WWE where my tallents could actually be use to their potential. I mean what has Angle really done in TNA? He had that thing where he was "rising through the ranks" to get the TNA title and then they skip some guys and.... well to be honest im not even sure how it ended because it was so horrible that I stopped watching TNA for a while. And now that I have been watching again, i am reminded why I deouunced my TNA markism and went back to WWE.

I have to agree with you. It's my favorite thing in TNA. Plus, for me personally I am getting excited that we may see the MEM again. I know I am probably the only one, but MEM owns anything going on in TNA now. Well, I enjoy the Knockouts division/Fortune/Jeff Hardy/Dixie Carter-I respect her for being a female in charge of a major company. I know its not WWE level but I respect her for helping it to grow a little bit over the years.

Angle cleaning house was pretty sweet.

Her side of the story? She begs him to leave the WWE or she'll divorce him. He leaves WWE for TNA to save the marriage and she divorces him anyways. Then she hooks up and starts dating Double J and then marries him.

Did I miss anything?

This feud is going to be like Chyna/Steph/Triple H: Two men fighting about one woman.

I know its wrestling and it happens all the time, but I was still disappointed when Angle came back a week after losing his 'retirement' match.

1 Week = 2 Months in TNA time. So according to them, he was right on time.

I think the real life situation they are using is what makes this storyline so interesting. You know Kurt can't be happy with his ex-wife being together with another man, and having it all airing out on television, even if he did agree for the angle to go ahead. When Karen was screaming at him last night on Impact, you could see the anger in Kurt's eyes, as well as Jarrett's uncomfortable feelings towards the whole thing. I just wonder where they are going to go with this, it's obvious Jarrett and Angle will be facing off against each other, but in what capacity? What type of match, and how long will they carry on with this feud?

Hope this just isn't a rehashing of Edge/Lita/Fatt Hardy.

Stop talking about this its gona mack XL angry :p Yes, I really like the JJ vs Angle feud. I found Team Jarrett hilarious, and it's always entertaining to watch Angle destroy 6 guys at once

I'm of two minds about this. On one hand, I enjoyed the video where Jeff Jarrett was beating up kids. But on the other hand, does pro-wrestling really need to be doing an MMA angle? I do like that this might shake-up Jarrett's moveset, and the guy is a good enough worker to pull off being able to bust out some submissions -- but yeah.

As far as Kurt Angle goes -- he looks like a fucking bad-ass. He's never seemed like such a bad-ass as he does in TNA, and I really hope they don't waste his precious few years left by bogging him down with shit.

Karen Jarrett being involved in the storyline between the two, actually makes sense. From many standpoints. First of all, she only really has a job because of Kurt. Secondly, she did leave Kurt for Jeff. If those two guys are feuding, then it makes sense that she is there. I just hope they don't give her too much involvement in the storyline. It's meant to be between Angle and Jarrett.

They'll have jumped the shark on this story if they get around to showing Kurt's and Jeff's kids playing together.
