Nothing is a match for the unexplainable success of horridness that is Katy Perry...other than GaGa so Kesha gets the nod here.

I probably would have gone with Ke$ha, but every time she sings "Blo-o-o-ow," A part of my soul dies.

I have herd them both now.

I like both of them. Not annoying at all IMO. :)

Neither is really all that bad, tbh. Not exactly going to make my top ten any time soon, but they're not really "crappy." At worst, they're forgettable, not terrible. I've heard worse in general, and worse from both performers as well.
