Three moments I remember that I loved... His feud with Randy Savage and their great brawl at one of the PPV's, brutal fight and well done. His teasing with the NWO, and finally the match with Goldberg, which was Goldberg's best match IMO.

When he lost the title and then won it back in one night in an episode on Nitro. If I recall, he lost it to Sting, but then regained it in a 'four corners match' against Sting, Nash and Goldberg, when Randy Savage helped him. There's my DLVH post for ya.

God this match was so incredibly lackluster. But back in the day, the 12-year old mark that I was, thought this was the most awesome turn of events ever!

- Getting chokeslammed through the Nitro stage by The Giant after falling into a trap set for him by the injured Bret Hart.

- Aforementioned feud against Benoit and Raven, culminating in their amazing triple threat Raven's Rules match at Uncensored 1998.

- Feud with Macho Man in 97 and their awesome Last Man Standing match.

- Had some great matches against Jeff Jarrett during 2000 over the WCW World Title.

- The Jersey Triad.

- Feud with Diamond Dallas Kanyon and the abrupt Diamond Cutters that Kanyon kept doing to random people backstage.

For someone starting out late in life, DDP was awesome.

He started from the very bottom of the ladder, only to move up.

He had a great work ethic and was willing to learn and improve.

as much flak as people gave WCW back in the days, i always get chills at how loud their pops were when the wcw stars debuted in the WWE, i love it.
