So you've ranked them, but you haven't stated why you've rank them that way. Personally, I don't care much for this thread/the Kliq

Why isn't Justin Credible on the list? That totally fucks my rankings up!

1. Nash
2. HBK
3. HHH
4. Hall
5. Waltman
6. Credible

HBK is my favourite in ring performer, but Nash is Nash. So that will always make him number 1 to me. Doesn't make sense to you guys? I don't care :-\

RANKING THE KLIQ

1. HBK - easy choice for number 1. Easily one of the greatest performers in company/pro wrestling history.

2. HHH - Easy choice for number 2. While not everybody's favorite, his merits can not be denied. The Game has solidified himself as a hall of famer and has been a main event talent for the majority of his career.

3. Kevin Nash - Not quite as easy. While Scott Hall is the better in ring performer, Halls antics the latter half of his career made him slip. Nash, while not the best wrestler, can talk with the best of them and honestly was one of my favorite guys for well over a decade. His match with Taker at WM12 was one of the most anticipated matches in my life.

4. Scott Hall - One of my favorites in WWE and WCW for several years. Too bad he is such a pitiful human and not an advocate for the business like Nash is at this point in his career.

5. Waltman - Never loved him never hated him.

HBK
Hall
Waltman
Nash
HHH

The hardest decision was whether or not to put Waltman over Nash or not.....

Nash
Hall
Shawn
Trips
Waltman

These 5 are all gold in my opinion, but I had to do it that way. I can't say I dislike any of them in any way!

The Gold Standard

1. HBK - He is going to be #1 on everyone's list. As he should be. The only other person who could be #1 is HHH, but I think it was HBK who really got the best out of HHH because of the original D-X. When HHH career blew up after Wrestlemania 14 was because of a re-make of D-X.

2. Triple H - I always think he has gotten a bad rep because he is married to Stephanie McMahon. I do think he is one of the best and a great judge of talent based off of who can sell and what not. He is one of those guys who you don't realize how good he is until he is gone. Then when he comes back everyone loves him.

3. Kevin Nash - As a big man, there are few that are better than Nash. He could be #2 in this list depending on how you feel about HHH, but just as HHH, he was made a star because of his involvement with HBK. So it all depends on how much of a star you think he is compared to HHH. He seems to know what he is talking about, despite what happened in WCW and has seemed to get a new appreciation for what he does. I would love to read an auto-biography about him just to hear what he has to say about everything that happened with WWE/WCW during the attitude era.

4.Scott Hall - Here is the thing, I did not like him as Scott Hall. To me, he was at his best as Razor Ramon. His best matches, promos, and overall performance were top notch as Razor. There is not much to say about him anymore because of all the drugs and alcohol. It is actually very sad to see what he has become because when he was in WWE as Razor he was a top guy.

5. Sean Waltman - He was good as the 1-2-3 Kid, but had 0 charisma. He got the charisma when he came back after Wrestlemania 14 to join D-X, but he never made me care about his matches. It is not that he is bad, because he is not a terrible wrestler, but I think there is a reason why they call it X-Pac heat.

1. HBK: don't care for the guy, but he is one of the best, so respect.

2. HHH: Can't say anything bad about Hunter at this point. He can work, he can talk-uh. I hated the push, but he could perform.

3. Waltman: Controversial Choice? Not really, I saw some of his stuff as Lightning Kid, and if THAT Waltman was in the indies right now, the IWC would be collectively jerking off. Seriously, check out his stuff against Jerry Lynn from GWF, it's pure awesomeness.

4. Nash: Decent worker, excellent talker. I will admit to thinking Diesel was cool in Middle School (he was like my third or fourth fave. Bret was my favorite, then the Freebirds.)

5. Hall: He could do it all, but two things kept him from the next level: Cocaine and Alcohol. He is a lot like Jake "the Snake" in that regard. Him being a fuck-up on drugs is the main thing keeping him from higher.

6. Credible: He's known for two things. Being the guy with the yellow jockstrap on his head and being the OTHER guy in the Impact Players. He never really did anything for me. Meh.

1. Hall: probably one of my top 3 favourites of all time
2. Nash: great big man, funny as hell
3. HHH: It's funny, I get sick of him when he's on a lot, but I mark out when he comes back.
4. HBK: I was never a huge HBK fan. Can't put my finger on it. Great wrestler and all, but going by personal preference, he's behind HHH, Hall and Nash.
5. X-Pac: X Factor is probably the greatest faction ever. Loved him as Syxx in WCW
6. Justin Credible: I don't know why people shit on him in ECW. I hated him, but it was a genuine hate because I LOVED Tommy Dreamer

Does Sunny count? She wasn't in the Kliq........BUT THE KLIQ WAS IN HER!!! HIYOOOOO!

HHH - *GASP, SHOCK, SURPRISE!*
He's the hardest worker and has spent more time being relevant to the product. Yeah, Shawn definitely has more talent and is the better performer, but for the reasons I mentioned I put Hunter first.

HBK
Nobody can outperform a physically sound Shawn Michaels. This has been proven in research facilities by men in lab coats with rectal thermometers in their pockets. The things that make him second on my rankings are either injuries or personal issues like drug use. Thankfully he managed to overcome these to give us many years more than we thought we'd have from him.

Nash
The smartest man in the history of the business in my idea. Nobody has ever done as much as he has while doing so little physical work. This is not a slam, it's fact. He's managed to keep himself relevant in TNA for years having had, what, a dozen matches? He understands that his best asset is the charisma that leaks from his pores, and that his ring work is secondary to that. Many people would still give up half a paycheck to see this man and that says much.

Hall
I'd put him above Nash if not for the drugs/alcohol. And I don't even mean that he's on them, it's what he's tried and failed to do professionally. If he'd stepped off the Plane Ride From Hell and faded into obscurity I think his image would be much better. Instead He's had numerous runs in TNA that ended in no-shows, and now his ex is Tweeting the Kliq for his whereabouts. His WWF days were awesome and his early WCW run was clearly legend for the impact it had on the business. I'd almost put Waltman ahead of him now, for the reasons I'm about to mention.

Waltman
Doing Chyna in the ass in a publicly available porno puts anyone at the bottom of this list. The only guys on this list he could ever have had a chance at outworking someone else on this list would be Scott Hall past his prime, and Nash in the sense that he's more physically capable of a wider range of moves. Yes I know HHH fucked Chyna too, but he wasn't ass enough to allow it to circulate to the public in low-quality video.

Justin Credible was never a part of the Kliq, he was a guy who got to hang around them because Hall and Waltman thought he was cool.

Here's my list

HHH - simply one of the greatest wrestlers of all time
Scott Hall - his time in the AWA as well as the Razor Ramon/NWO stuff is just all great
HBK - one of the all-time greats starting from his AWA days all the way til now
Justin Credible - loved him in ECW with Lance Storm as the Impact Players
Xpac - not a huge fan or anything but I loved his faction X-Factor
Kevin Nash - never really entertained me except for his NWO stuff

1. Shawn Michaels
2. Kevin Nash
3. Triple H
4. Scott Hall
5. Sean Waltman
6. Justin Credible

Credible was great in ECW but barely did anything both times he was in the WWE. Waltman didn't stay long enough in WCW but his WWE time was much better than Credible.

Hall could have been even greater in WCW but not having HBK or Triple H to help his drinking problem set him back a bit. Also Nash was a horrible friend in terms of helping Hall's drinking problem.

This thread is invalid due to 9 people missing from it,

Xero, ToVo, BDC, FourFifty, Destor, James Steele, Krimzon7, Mercury Bullet, Crossrine :y:

1) Shawn Michaels
The greatest performer to ever step between the ropes. Period. As of this moment in time, HBK stands alone in terms of his abilities as an in ring performer. In my heart of hearts I question if anyone will ever rise to his level of artistic brilliance. There is only one man worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as him and that is Flair...but that's another story for another time. And I realize all too well this small blurb is but a drop in the bucket of praises I've had for ol' HBK over the years, so I'm simply sum it up by saying that hands down, Shawn Michaels is truly in a class all his own.

2) Kevin Nash
One of the most under rated workers of all time. Everyone know he's charismatic as hell, but he truly knew how to work between the bells as well. Despite his limited move set, he could carry on matches for 20+ minutes and do it entertainingly. Plus, you add in the fact that at any age he remains one of the most in tune mic workers we've ever had, and you begin to see just how much of a total package he was. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, with Kevin Nash you got your money's worth before the bell even rang - the fact that he was solid after that was just cream on top.

3) Triple H
Is there anything this man can't do? Seriously! He's convincing portrayed a snobbish elite rich guy, who's got a soft spot for sophomoric humor, and yet is one of the deadliest wrestlers in history who will damn near kill you without blinking, yet is just a loveable badass...the character HHH alone is perhaps the most in depth character development ever - add to it Triple H's incredible in ring talents and you have the makings of one of the best of all time.

4) Sean Waltman
If Nash in under rated, Waltman is THE most under appreciated ever. How anyone ever had "X-Pac Heat" and wanted him to go away is beyond me. He's an insanely talented small guy, who's beyond a shadow of a doubt one of the most passionate in ring performers ever. I mean seriously, point to one match he had were he was lifeless. He always wrestled with his heart on his sleeve so to speak. Incredible talent, incredible passion, incredible wrestler.

5) Scott Hall
One of the saddest things about Scott Hall to me was always just how great he was. He was so good he could walk through a superb match without any effort. When you reach that level of greatness where it's so second nature, performing drunk, on drugs, half asleep...and yet mopping the floor with pretty much any other talents...but because that level of performance was so natural to him, I think we all took it for granted. He was remarkable, but he simply didn't care. In many ways he's the antithesis of most wrestlers who stick around too long - he lost his passion long before he ever lost a step.

6) Justin Credible
Fun guy, liked him a lot in ECW - but he was a big fish in a small pond. Having said that, he's a rock solid talent and would be a welcome addition to any roster. And for what it's worth, I never observed him being a "weak link" in any match he ever had, and he hung with some legends over the years...

I'm going to say there's a three way tie for first, all based on what happed on May19th at MSG.

HBK- Top guy in the company at that time. He was able to spit in Vince's face and get away with it.

Nash- His ties to the Kliq went beyond the company he worked for.

Triple H- He took the heat for that event. Vince couldn't touch Nash, and he wouldn't touch Shawn. He beared the cross for all three men. Triple H swam down a river of shit and came out clean.

4th- Hall. See Nash's reason, but Hall made much less of an impact than Nash. Yea, half of the outsiders, but Nash has enough of "it" that he could have started The Outsiders with CAWdy and it would have worked.

Lastly- Xpac/Credible. Why is X-Pac tied for last place? The term "X-Pac Heat." No one got it like him. Credible... aside from the X-Factor, he didn't really team up with The Kliq, or face them.

Guess I'm going to be the only one to say it and not act like I already knew, but...Justin Credible was in The Kliq? I need proof of this otherwise I must believe that on person stated this bold faced lie, and everybody else went along with it in fear of being that person that didn't know.

He was in the Kliq but more as a friend of one of the members and not as a main member. He might have been a friend of either Hall or X-Pac at the time but not "strong" enough to get preferred treatment while in the WWF/WWE.

K 4 MOTHERFUCKING L

YOU WANT MY LIST? HERE IS HOW I RANK THE CLICK

1. HHH/HBK/HALL/NASH/WALTMAN/CREDIBLE

2. Everyone else.

I would much rather rank the kliq against all other stables in Wrestling history. Yeah I'm sure it's a thread somewhere, yeah I'm sure I can find it, but no...

i'm gonna talk about it here.

The Kliq was so goddamn influential it kept a dead ass WWE alive until SCSA and the Rock breathed attitude into it (along with HHH).

The Kliq ressucutated (however the fuck it's spelled) WCW with their brillant delivery of the NWO angle. The only other stable that can hold a candle to the Kliq is the 4 horsemen.

and we were fucking lucky to be able to experience both during you alls measly lifetime.
