I'll probably get mocked for this but what the hell...

growing up in Iowa I heard alot of country music

even though it's not my favorite genre I still like some country music

what are some of your favorite country tunes?

yet he really don't get the recognition when it comes to awards

Yeah, I don't always like the songs he chooses to sing, but he has a great voice and when he hits a good song he proves he deserves to be at the top of the genre.
