After Cody's reveal of the 'old' Intercontinental title belt (I'm pretty sure it had the 'scratch' logo on it) I got to thinking. Lets say hypothetically you won a competition and you could choose one (only one) full scale replica title belt to own. What would you choose and why?

Definitely the classic IC, black strap though.

Also, I read the title of the thread and thought it was going to propose an actual Hypothetical Title, which is never actually defended in actual matches, but is awarded and changes hands via round table discussions as to who would win hypothetical matches.

Isn't this what booking a match basically is?

As for the topic, it's a tough one really.

My top titles are as follows:

Smoking Skull
WCW World Heavyweight (not the WWE WHC)
Attitude
WWE Undisputed
WWF Winged Eagle

Out of those, I've always thought the WCW WHC was the best belt. It's good looking and at the same time looks like a belt that would be given in a legit competition.

Second choice would be the Undisputed. That was, in my opinion, the best looking WWE title ever. Streamlined yet old school.

White IC classic, WCW WOrld Heavyweight Championship, or Winged Eagle.

Toss up between Attitude Era WWE title and WHC.

It would basically be booking without the hassle of having matches. And someone would actually wear a belt around. Except it would just be a leather strap with the outline of a medallion traced on it.

Someone like Kayfabe Commentaries should do a series like that. You get like 12 wrestlers together and have two to four at a time talk out a match and how it goes as if it's completely ad-libbed. And you keep doing it with different guys as if it's a card. Just imagine how much no-selling Nash would be doing.

The WWF tag team belts in the late 80s and early decade after the 80s was super rad.

The big gold belt. It's been my favourite ever since it's debut in WCW.

i already have this one! i have the old school one from WCW..i think i got it in 99....but to answer the question i think i am torn between the old school wcw US heavyweight title, and the attitude era heavyweight strap. the winged eagle is closing in on the top spot tho.

The Winged Eagle belt. That's the ultimate belt to me.

One of these two would be for me. Coz they were both awesome in design and the top title of the Monday Night War; the era in where I was in love with pro wrestling.

the WWF one loses only because it has the company logo on.
