Best- I know I'll be alone here, but I'm going to say Goldust. Anyone can put on a pair of trunks like Hulk Hogan or Steve Austin, a singlet like Bret Hart or Jack Swagger, or wrestle with a mask like Sin Cara or Kane. Goldust's attire wasn't just his look, it was a reflection of him.

I remember seeing The Super Giant Ninja on WCW Saturday Night and feeling like he had something to do with the whole Blood Runs Cold storyline. He kinda looks like Scorpion, would have fit perfectly as a tag team with Glacier (who looked a lot like Sub Zero) With that said, I think Mortis, Glacier and "armored" Wrath had some awesome costumes. As for bad costume I would say Bastion Booger. I know I'm gonna have to do some Jobbing when I get to the indy circuit to get noticed, but I don't know if I could have a 400lb guy partially wraped in duct tape tea bag me to possibily get a contract
