Since today would've been his birthday today, I'd like to make an appreciation thread to one of the most legendary comedians and voice actors of all-time...MEL BLANC!!!

They were amazing together. I especially loved the one where they did the "Si...Sy...Sue" with Mel being the Mexican.

Here's a rare promotion video for Capitol Records in 1951, featuring Mel as a record store owner.

I can pull off a pretty good Yosemite Sam, and Taz grunts. I'm still working on Elmer Fudd. This guy was a genius voice actor.

The one thing I've always admired Mel for was on "Rabbit Fire," he can easily pull off a character imitating another character with ease, when Daffy imitated Bugs and Bugs imitated Daffy. No other voice actor or actress could pull that off flawlessly.

That was without question one of his best works, if I was a voice actor I could never pull something like that off. Mel Blanc was one of the best ever.

I can pull off a great Taz as well. I'm trying to work on my Mr. Spacely.

If it's not LaMarche, then the honor falls to his Pinky and the Brain co-star, Rob Paulsen.
