I know about Gorgeous George and "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers who were the original cocky narcissitic heels. Who was the first professional wrestlers to have that massive physique? I'm not talking about 600+ lb spectacles, the guys who had tons of muscle and weren't just fat. The earliest I can think of would be "Superstar" Billy Graham or Jesse "The Body" Ventura.

Goes back earlier than that, know Stu Hart was bigger built that Bruno in his prime, more than likely goes alot further back than that.

Cue seth82/dlvh84....

Georg Hackenschmidt maybe, wasn't Billy Graham big but was cut up more than Bruno and Stu Hart at times and predates both of them

Yeah this is one for DLVH or Seth. Pretty sure you could go back to the very origins of professional wrestling and find a bodybuilder or two.

Mike Koncur. He was one of the very first bodybuilders to get into pro wrestling. He wrestled regularly in Manitoba throughout the 1950s and 1960s.

Bruno might be one of the strongest ever. God look at him.
