Does anyone have any idea who plays this guy? Do you think he'll play a big part of the WWE? Is he a wrestler?

I was just curious about how he's been looked upon by TPWW. Comments about the "character" are welcome.

I have only seen a pic of him from SD! pushing Angle in a wheelchair.

He looks a lot like Horshu from WCW/UPW,but I'm not 100% sure on it.
