I'm into sports and first person shooters. No gay RPG's or anything like that.

Got it cheap. I work midnights and needed something to do to kill time.

Yeah i'd say honestly, if there is a way to hack it, do it. Download some old school games. I only used my PSP as an emulator.

Call of Duty I guess.

The only good games for vita are games you probably aren't interested in.

Had a game boy advance. It was too small for my hands.

Bought Hot Shots Golf. Pretty fun game. Madden is pretty fun. Bought Silent Hill for $10 and it's not bad. Meh, as long as it gets me through midnights.

I have some techy friends. I'll check that out.

One thing to consider - dropping $50 on a PS+ membership, if it came with a reasonable memory card. Sony's really pushing their "instant game collection" dealie right now, the downside is you can only play the free monthly games as long as your subscription's active.

Yeah, for $50 a year, you currently get all this in the US/Canada. Not sure how it converts to Canadian $'s though.

Every month, they change some of the games, but you still keep the ones you downloaded as long as you're still subscribed.

Honestly, looking at that Vita list, you'll get the $50 worth easy. Even just seen that if you buy a year before March, you get 3 months free.

Make sure you don't leave it unattended. Teenage bums will steal that shit in a heartbeat and will sell it to buy drugs and poutine. Then you'll have to buy it back from the pawn shop again. It's a vicious cycle. Hope you handcuff them to their beds at night.

Having got a free year of this, I've gotta say it's a good deal.

Quite the opposite of Gertner, the number of Vita titles I can get off PS+ makes me want one. The downside for Gertie is that most of the titles don't appear to be up his alley, but that's kinda what happens when you buy something and then consider the titles on it.
