I might catch the first episode and go from there. Apparantly AJ styles is there now too.

......If he went to TNA I still wouldn't watch it.

He'd be way better in TNA. ROH is very not good on TV.

If he were to pop up in ROH, the promo he cuts would be worth the price of admission on its own.

No. I watch enough wrestling already.

Wow, ROH is going to pass up TNA as the go-to place for non-WWE talent soon.

I'd imagine he'd get in a feud with dixie, then start a knock off SES stable.

Didn't vote because there's no multiple choice or an all of the above option...:shifty:

He'll never go back to ROH.

IIRC it's because of the way they treated his buddy Colt Cabana.

This will blow ever. I bet you by the time summerslam comes around punk will have agreed a new deal. WWE aren't stupid and wouldn't want a big star like Punk with a huge fan base to go to another promotion.

But the issue now is the roster is packed with main eventers there just isn't room at the top for all of them. Punk feels he got a bum deal from WWE......maybe so but wasn't he champ for some ridiculous length of time? It's not like he never got the limelight.

Maybe Punk can join that fed that has the really awesome matches on trampolines. What's the name of that special match they have again? I forgot.

You mean like Kurt Angle? Or Jeff Hardy? Or Booker T? And half the roster in the 90's to WCW.

ROH is a bigger mess than TNA right now. They are run like a small town indy fed.

It's still run better than ROH. Have you seen the camera work in ROH. My God. The issues they've had with their IPPV's was a joke.

Angle and Hardy left due to their "personal problems"
Booker T. isn't really that big of a star
WWE/Vince was in a completely different situation when they chose not to match/exceed WCW contracts in the mid 90s.

I gotta admit, it looks like ROH is doing better in every other aspect other than production quality. TNA is drawing 300 at most right now on their house shows. ROH just drew 1,000 in Pittsburgh, not really known for their huge crowds. And they drew about 1,000 in Nashville before that. And 2,000 in the Hammerstein for Final Battle.

Booker T never jumped ship from WWE to WCW. He was at WCW until the end and then went to WWE when they bought out WCW. Hardy was fired from WWE if I recall? I don't know the exact the circumstances about why Angle left but he wasn't exactly the main attraction when he left.

CM Punk on the other hand is a big star and in terms of popularity at the moment was only second to Mr Cena.

He's locked in till July and then probably still has a 90 day clause after that, Jarrett should be up and running by then.

I still think this is all a storm in a teacup and that he will be back in a WWE ring by the time the year is out which is ages yet given we are not into February.

No I would not. There is no one wrestler who could move to RoH and make me want to watch it. Would Youtube some of his promotes and matches though.

That's the big issue though. ROH looks atrocious on television. I understand that they are running things cheap, but my God.

OK, so I'm watching AJ Styles v. Roderick Strong from ROH, and it's kinda nice. I think I would watch Punk here. Also, AJ Styles is a beast.
