Brian Hoyer, Brian Hoyer.

Is a scrub and a loser at life. He is the ultimate game manager.

Brian Hoyer cost the Browns the game. The defense played terrific for once this year and you couldn't even put up a touchdown?

The Browns offense was pathetic because Brian Hoyer couldn't throw farther than anybody.

The Jaguars defense is garbage they weren't good it's just Hoyer is Weeden.

They should have just put Manziel in the game. He could have done been than Hoyer.

Brian Hoyer vs Jaguars: 16/41 215 yds 1 INT with a QBR of 7.8

Also Ben Tate needs to go. Have West and Crowell run.

The defense wouldn't give up so many yards if they weren't on the field the whole game.

So Hoyer this is you're last chance to prove yourself against the Raiders. You better have a 21/29 378 yds with 4 Touchdowns and 0 INT.

If that's not what happens then I'll be forced to put in Manziel for the remainder of the season.

Manziel isn't going to be in there unless Hoyer gets hurt. They are 3-3 and one bad game ain't going to mean shit.

One bad game? You can't lose to the Jaguars there's no excuse. Our defense was banged up and we still hung in there. But not even putting up a TD against the worst team in NFL? Unacceptable.

7 TDs and 2 Ints. He hasn't done anything to lose games.

16/41 215 yds and an INT? Didn't do anything to win.

Whatever. He's already got them to 1 win away to matching their wins from last season.

The good news for browns fans is they can be the mid season NFL champions of Ohio after this week.

Sounds like Clerk is just mad he was an early adopter of a Manziel jersey he hasn't gotten to wear yet. That, or he had money riding on this "easy win". That's the beauty of the NFL, anybody can beat anybody on any given Sunday.

Where was all this vitriol when Hoyer played great in that dissection of Pittsburgh last week? Or the couple games they lost by a field goal or less?

Cleveland doesn't need to make the QB carousel mistake they consistently made over the last decade by bringing in "the next big thing", then pulling him after a bad game, then creating their own turmoil by having their starter lose confidence in himself and from his teammates. They were sitting on a gold mine they had buried in 3rd string, and he helped the Browns get, what, 3 of those 4 wins last year before he got that season ending injury?

The organization is usually its own worst enemy. They want to jump from 4-12 to 12-4 in one season with one hand while constantly pushing the reset button with coaches and QBs with the other. Manziel is not the savior, especially when the entire offense shits the bed like that game. Bad games happen. Browns arent as bad as their record right now. They have hope of heading in the right direction. Just relax the Jhonny Football controversy. Let him grow on the sideline and step up in the future when needed instead of throwing him in the fire RIGHT NAO and then when he doesn't instantly propel them to a Super Bowl win, throw him away in favor of whoever the new NCAA hotness is.

This is not true Thomas. I never have purchased a Manziel jersey or plan to. And I have never betted on sporting events.

Hoyer didn't play great, It was blinded by how good our running was. (Btw fuck ben Tate have Crowell and West in the backfield)

"Let him grow on the sideline" ? This makes no sense. You can't learn on the sideline you learn by playing not sitting on the bench.

He's going to grow in his towel warming techniques. He has to know the right temp for Hoyer. Also knowing Brian's favorite gatorade flavor wouldn't hurt either.
