TPWW Survivor Season XXI - We Also Eliminate Viewers

[Ultra Mantis]

Rules:

Everybody selects somebody from the WWE roster, no duplicates allowed. If the contest hasn't yet started, you can change your selection once by making a new post saying you're changing your selection (don't just edit your original post).
Your wrestler is eliminated if he or she submits or is pinned during a televised match on Raw, SmackDown, Main Event, Superstars, or a Pay-Per-View event. Disqualifications, count outs, or being eliminated from a battle royal/Rumble does not cause elimination. In multi-man matches (tag, triple threat, etc.), only the person who is pinned or submits is out. NXT does not count and NXT exclusive wrestlers are ineligible picks. Main roster WWE Network Specials DO count.
Your wrestler will also be eliminated if he or she goes three weeks without having a televised match in a WWE ring for any reason whatsoever (injury, future endeavors, etc.). There is a constant countdown going on from your wrestler's last match, so even if bad luck happens - you can still potentially win as long as everyone else loses in that span. If you suffer a ban for the length of the game you will be disqualified. If you are inactive for 2 days upon winning you will not get first pick and instead get 2 picks.
A wrestler must be an active participant in a match for it to reset the three-week timer. Lumberjacks, special referees, managers, "enforcers," guest commentators, etc. do NOT count.
If you win you get your choice of either first pick next season or two picks for the next season. If you take the option of two picks, you must wait until at least three other people have selected in order to prevent you from becoming The Skippord.


Sign-ups are allowed until the start of the Sunday, December 13 PPV pre-show, and the game (and start of the countdown) will begin on that edition of WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs at the start of the pre-show, in the beginning of this night, right then, on Sunday, December 13, on this day, eliminations will be eliminated, on the Pre-Show, on the WWE Network, in the genesis of McGillicutty.

Winning wrestlers must sit out 3 seasons before returning. Baron Corbin is out for winning season 18. Sasha Banks is out for winning Season 19. Braun Strowman is out for winning Season 20.

I will be participating in the game, but in the interest of fairness, I won't make my pick until at least ten wrestlers have been chosen.

For winning season XX, Savio has pre-selected Roman Reigns.

We lose six competitors at the cornucopia, with Becky Lunch (STD) taking the place that was designed for Jack Swagger. Don't worry though, Swagger became the first NPC eliminated so technically he still came last and I have all the credibility in the world.

Other eliminations of note were the former World Midcard Champion Sheamus (Heisenberg) who was offered up like a pagan sacrifice to Make Roman (Savio) Look Strong. The Ryback (teamXtremist) has the honour of being eliminated twice, as he receives the "Did not tap" treatment on a PPV I didn't watch and is subsequently re-instated, only to then actually tap on an episode of Smackdown. Genius.

This weeks Star Survivor is Dolph Ziggler (Lavel) who wrestled two singles matches, failed to get a single win yet remains in the competition. Will he follow in the footsteps of D-Von Dudley and keep that momentum going right down to the final two? I doubt it.

The festive period brings us few gifts, offering up The Dudley Boyz (Volare & Mercenary), The Uso on the left (Shisen Kopf), Ziggler (Lavel) and The Miz (Simple Fan) in week two of the competition. Unfortunately the WWE booking committee also decided the holidays would be a good time to let some worthless job fuck pin Fandango. Worst booking decision of 2015.

Week three leaves us feeling bare and empty, as a solitary Stardust (Droford) taps out to That Jack Swagger. At least it wasn't to Titus O'Neil this time. Take solace in the small things. A live event scheduling snafu also allows D-Young (Poit) to actually work a taped match, while much to the surprise of Sixx, Tamina gets some action at the last possible moment and doesn't even do the job. That wraps up the initial three week period without a single three weeking, miraculous.

With Charlotte (DAMN iNATOR) losing on Raw, this also makes Tamina the last Diva standing, against all odds. For that reason our Survivor of the Month is Tamina. Well done, I guess. Only four NPCs remain, including Savio's lost choice Erick Rowan, so it would seem our Survivors have chosen wisely for the most part...

After Raw we are down to our final nine, and shockingly not a single Wyatt has been pinned since the game began. Meanwhile under the radar, Titus (Fenix122) has made it this far by only beating Stardust and Jimmy Uso (Gertner) must have some dirt on his brother because he never eats that pin. After only a single match since the game began D-Young (Poit) has to wrestle on tonight's tapings or he will join Bad King Barrett (KaosDarksol) and John Cena (mike adamle) in the 3 week club.

Survivor of the Year is Roman Reigns (Savio) because gotta make Roman look strong. Interesting to note is that the last two Survivor Merit Award winners were promptly jinxed and jobbed out almost immediately. Will Roman succumb to the voodoo and take a loss? Either way this is now the most compelling storyline in the WWE. It would be smart money to bet on Roman getting eliminated from the rumble by Papa Shango.

Survivor of the week is once again The Big Show because we need him to look good for when Cesaro comes back and avenges that squash match from several months ago, which was the catalyst for their epic ongoing feud.

The final three are unmoving and uninspired, as Big Show, Roman and Bray are locked in a struggle of wrestling as little as possible while still remaining in the game. So who is looking likely to come out on top?

Roman Reigns (Savio) has been fed a steady diet of more over performers to make him look strong, but is currently sidelined after deciding to get a nose job during the road to Wrestlemania. Presumably his nose will now be the focal point of his Mania main event win. With legendary nose wearer HHH as his opponent how could it not be? But with Roman seemingly out of action until Road Block, that means he must return to his winning ways on the Raw following the Network Special (which totally counts btw) or face a three week elimination. Is Roman strong enough to carry on? Probably.

Bray Wyatt (DaveWadding) meanwhile is in the same boat when it comes to inactivity, however Bray is without a Wrestlemania opponent and will likely just spout cryptic metaphors about nobody in particular until then. Its rumoured he will be facing BRRRRRRRRROCK LESNAR at Road Block, and if that is indeed the case then Baby Bray is already with the buzzards.

The unlikeliest and most groansome name still in the contest is Big Show (Maluco), and despite his claims of "never winning" and "just making all the young guys look good", the undefeated Cesaro-squasher finds himself in a very favourable position. Rumours of an injury would mean he's a sure fire bet to be three week'd, but with a whole week on his rivals, all he has to do is hope nobody else wrestles and he becomes the big bloated winner of the whole game. And if he's not injured, is he really ever going to lose? Of course not, gotta keep him strong for that eventual big money Cesaro rematch. Big Show - he's just here to put everyone else over, guys.
