Wonder if the Hall being sponsored by Mattel means stuff might be toned down more than usual for speeches.

Underrated worker and a very well deserved induction. Would go as far to call the Bossman character (particularly it's earliest incarnation fairly iconic. Or at least a significant ingredient in wrestling lore.

Pretty sure that I loved face Bossman more than I loved anyone this side of Bret Hart.

It goes unsaid that a man that large shouldn't move the way he does.

He dropped a fuck ton of weight too. He was morbidly obese through the first couple years of his run in WWF (I'm assuming he looked the same as Big Bubba Rogers) and as we got into the 90s, he looked pretty good.

WWE magazine spoiled the final two inductees: Stan Hansen and Miss Jackie

WWE Magazine still exists?

Dirtsheets managed to get all except Regis Philbin correct for this year's class.

There was a Rumble where he did an inside crecent kick to Ric Flair's head My jaw dropped.

Akeem needs to go in too. Twin Towers were awesome.

Akeem/One Gang is probably the best choice. Feuded with each other in the UWF for the Heavyweight Championship, then tagged and later feuded in the WWF

Should be introduced by the Doctor of Style, SLICK!

or

THE MOUNTIE!

....It's Ted DiBiase. He tried to buy him once...once.

Think that was 92. Also beleive it was the Bossman that Flair eliminated to leave himself alone in the ring, leading Heenan to yell "FLAIR'S THE CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!" when like half of the entrants were still left to come out.

I was hoping for Cornette, knowing damned well it wouldn't happen.

Slick didn't get along with Ray.

I don't, but maybe they do.

Bad News Gertner

I think certain people do and don't. In the end, the all mighty dollar matters most. If there's money to be made, they'll go after Cornette.

If they want to do it right, they will get him. It would be quite the "speech" knowing him.

Lol fuck, I remember when Russo/Venom would write his gossip/rumor column in the WWF magazine and being pissed when none of his rumors were true.

Sorta like Russo today
