Basically, Gawker's guys trying to frame this as them losing the lawsuit being the end of the 1st amendment, the murder of true journalism, and what has led to the "fake news" phenomenon and rise of Donald Trump and hate of the media.

Gawker can't play the babyface, brother. I understand the concern over silencing media, but leaking sextapes isn't journalism...unless it's Russian prostitutes pissing on the president of the United States.

The first half is the Hogan/Gawker suit, and the second half is going down the rabbit hole about billionaires controlling the media and buying up small media outlets to suppress the truth and kill the 1st amendment.
