all time favorite (wwf/e) CHARACTERS

1. bret hart........never seen a bret hart match i didnt like.
2. ministry undertaker..........he was evil, which is the way the undertaker should be.
3. heel HBK........probably the most entertaining character of the 90s.
4. heel rock........probably the most entertaining character of all time.
5. austin.........revolutionized wrestling. the most important wrestler of the 90s.
6. heel mankind.........some of the best promos since jake roberts.
7. heel jake roberts........when him and undertaker were together in the early 90s, they were why i watched wrestling.
8. kane unmasked........for the first time kane isnt looked at as more or less a second rate undertaker. at this point in time he is better than the undertaker in any catagory, and he has one of the best looks and best gimmicks in the business.
9. psycho victoria.........there were possibilities for real storylines in the womens division with this character. she made the womens division interesting and as champion she made the womens title seem more legit.
10. heel Y2J..........when he first came to wwf he was still the same heel character he was in wcw. and that was a good thing.

I would say that that is how many times each of them have held the WWE Title, but I don't think Stone Cold held it 6 times.
If it's the amount of times a wrestler has won the WWE Title, (the one on Smackdown now), then it's wrong. Brock Lesnar held the title 3 times, the first of which was the "undisputed title," which was then split when Brock was signed to Smackdown.

Big Show fits at #2.

You put Foley and Jericho before Rock

I disagree man

I agree that The Rock is possibly one of the best men on the mic ever, however, I'm talking about how good on the mic these guys are currently. Based on currently I can only go with The Rock's "Eugene Promo" and in my opinion that was a lack luster promo that was really heald up by Dinsmore rather then The Rock. This all being said even if I go with the overall body of work when it comes to promos I think Jericho, along with Foley, have been far more consistant in promo quality. Neither Foley or Jericho really every relied on cath phrases to get them through a promo, The Rock does have to rely on catch phrases... I'm not saying that The Rock isn't good at promo's, because if I said all time, there are only like 4 or 5 guys that can cut better promo then him, Jericho and Foley happen to be 2 of those 4 or 5.

However, this really is all based on opinion, if you like The Rock's promo's better that cool, I can definitly see where you comming from, maybe it's because I've always been a Cactus Jack and Lionheart mark that made me pick them, but that's how I feel...

As for John Cena, I know John Cena can pull off 10x better promos then Dupree & JBL, however, currently Cena's promos are sucky and lame, where as Dupree's and JBL are great promos. If Cena were to go back to how he was last year at this time he'd be #4 on the overall list, but right now he's a shadow of his former self on the stick

Ahhh...you haven't seen the Rock in his glory. Rocky now is a little better than Rocky before though. He's still one of the best on the mic. Possibly the only person who could out match him is Jericho.

As for my 10 ten...we all know who it is.

Top 10 reasons to watch wrestling, in no order.

1. The Drama (Let's face it, the drama of good VS evil can be sold in any form)
2. Catchy theme music (Yeah, I'm the kinda person that NEEDS to listen to the theme music over and over again)
3. People grow up with it (Wrestling has always been a staple in my house)
4. The toys (Stfu... yeah, I still play with wrestling toys)
5. The jokes (Albeit I love wrestling, the captions are priceless)
6. The Role Models (When Kurt was heel, I wanted to be just like him)
7. The social aspect (going to a friend's place for a party during a huge PPV is always fun)
8. The history (when I get bored I bone up on my wrestling history)
9. The video games (so waiting for Legends of Wrestling III to come out)
10. It's as fun as crack (yeah, It'll hook ya!)

Top 10 reasons, in no order, to not watch wrestling.

1. Backstage BS (when Raw turns into The Triple H show yet Sean O'Haire can't get any air time...)
2. Bad wrestlers (Need I say more than Bradshaw?)
3. Bad gimmicks (see above)
4. Bradshaw is getting pushed (this guy is a dumbass... I seriously dislike him)
5. Misuse of talent (Didn't give Kanyon a chance, pushed Bradshaw, pushed Hardcore Holly, pushed Bradshaw, little to know cruiser weight action, pushed Bradshaw)
6. Plot Holes (anyone still remember the "I still remember" note that Booker T recived?)
7. No Hardcore Title (the 24/7 rule was awesome. it's a title that could go from show to show with no huge plotline... It's open 24/7 to anyone on the WWE roster, so if the hardcore champ from Raw was at subway a SmackDown wrestler with a fast counting ref from SmackDown could take the title)
8. Bradshaw (I hope his gimmicks burns in hell right next to Ludwig Borga or whatever the hell his name is)
9. Backyard wrestling/JCW (On the bright side people who die in Backyard wrestling will help prove me right when I say "The smart will live")
10. Same show, new day (I love Raw, but this HBK/HHH thing has gone on for too long. Let Kanyon and Sean O'Haire beat them in a tag match)

Ahhh...you haven't seen the Rock in his glory. Rocky now is a little better than Rocky before though. He's still one of the best on the mic. Possibly the only person who could out match him is Jericho.

The Hardcore belt was a great belt, and yes, RVD should have been on my list. Putting Terri in that spot was just a crack at Maven and Jeff Hardy. Putting her above them was just a joke. Al Snow and Hardcore Holly should also be on that list... Maybe I should of done an honorable mention list like the dude who did the top 10 ugly wrestlers.

10. Hollywood Hulk Hogan
Definitly a quality heel, but only number 10? I would say he should at least be in the top 3, people hated this guy for a solid 3 years. Do you remember the amount of garbage people threw in the ring at this guy? It looked like Staten Island out there.

9. Owen Hart
He was a pretty good heel, but 9th all time? C'mon there is no way in hell he belongs on the list, he's not a better heel then Piper or Blassie who aren't on the list.

8. Shawn Michaels
No complaints with this position I'd probably rank him there myself, however I'd have diffrent people ahead of him.

7. Chris Jericho
Just about the same as Michaels.

6. Paul Heyman
Pretty good pic, I would have put Bishoff above him but I can see how you'd think Heyman is a better heel then Bishoff.

5. Bobby Heenan
***bows down to weasle chants***

4. Triple H
No real argument.

3. Ric Flair
I'd probably say number 1 or 2 over all but that's really just nit picking.

2. Vince McMahon
I really don't see how Vince isn't the biggest heel of all time, he went face to face with the biggest face of all time. Vince got "Asshole" chants that would actually drown out the mic noise, he was a rare heel talent.

1. The Rock
No way. The Rock used to get face pops while he was a heel. Sure he was quality on the mic but people didn't hate this guy, they didn't even love to hate him.

[B]1. The Rock
No way. The Rock used to get face pops while he was a heel. Sure he was quality on the mic but people didn't hate this guy, they didn't even love to hate him.

I was debating whether to put Rock or Vince # 1 but since I'm a hardcore Rock mark I put Rock # 1.

The reason that Rock was getting face pops was because he was doing such a great job as a heel. People love to hate him and they appreciate his work. He is so strong on the mic that he can talk down to an audience like no other heel can. Remember the Raw in 2003 in Toronto when he dissed the Maple Leafs and called Canadians "Mother Cunuckers"? The response was tremendous. I never heard so many "Asshole" chants in a promo.

If you can get a crowd to react and chant things like "Rocky Sucks", "Die Rocky Die", or "Asshole" during a match then you're doing a great job and Rock got the crowd going every single time whether it was negative or positive.

And I totally forgot about Roddy Piper :(
I'll put him in there instead of Owen
