Was it Cena? Reigns?

Reigns, Lesnar, and Kalisto.

Hahah, Kalisto? How in the hell did this happen?

Hahah, Kalisto? How in the hell did this happen?

Because the WWE got too cute for themselves (again) and thought that Kalisto technically defeating Braun in a Dumpster Match would actually help him out, even if Braun destroyed him immediately after.

Braun Strowman also lost as part of Team Raw to Team SmackDown at Survivor Series '16. So that was AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt and Shane McMahon. He also lost a 10-Minute Challenge, or something, to Sami Zayn at Roadblock: END OF THE LINE! He also lost the Royal Rumble and the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. So add Sami Zayn and Mojo Rawley to the list.

What's a 10 minute challenge?

Sami lasted 10 minutes so he won

Sami lasted 10 minutes so he won

Yeah, basically Sami had to last ten minutes with Braun to win the match. Sami lasted 10 minutes, so he won the match.

Huh. Weird stipulation.

Shane McMahon was technically the legal man when Braun Strowman got eliminated at Survivor Series, but credit of the elimination was largely given to James Ellsworth. Baron Corbin eliminated Strowman from the Royal Rumble with assist from Zayn.

Huh. Weird stipulation.

I think it's a pretty classic one. Braun was dominating Sami Zayn every week and Mick wanted to "protect" Sami, but Sami wanted to prove he could last with the big man.

I actually decided to go back and watch the Survivor Series Elimination Match from 2016. I completely forgot that Chris Jericho used the same counter to get out of the Calf-Crusher that Brock Lesnar used.

Might be a classic one, I just didn't know it.

Fair enough. Haha, Ambrose hit the ring and attacked AJ Styles during the Survivor Series match (they were part of the same team). Crowd chants "Stupid idiot."

So Ambrose turned heel or was he confused?

The idea was that he was trying to get revenge on AJ Styles because they were feuding. He attacked AJ earlier, because he is "Unstable," but AJ fired back and that led to Ambrose being eliminated. I think he was supposed to look "cool" coming back for revenge, but it totally made AJ the babyface.

I'm watching the main event from SS 17. Been a while since I watched wrestling, only got back to it 2 days ago. But then I was mostly showing my friend botches and shit.

I might go and watch Styles vs. Brock again. Far better than the main event.

Hm, I was wondering why people cream themselves about Braun so much, but I get it now.

Watched a few matches of him and I'm sold.

Eh, he's not for me. But to each their own.

True that. So who do you like?

Mr. Nerfect

In WWE at the moment? AJ Styles is probably my favorite. Samoa Joe is up there. Brock Lesnar is tremendous. Luke Harper is glorious. Cesaro is great in the ring. Sami Zayn is great overall, although I think he should be a babyface. Shinsuke Nakamura is great, but I don't really like how he's plugged into the WWE environment (although I shouldn't be surprised), and my respect for Cena and Orton has been growing. I've been enjoying how over Rusev and Aiden English are. Good for them.

Oh, and the SmackDown tag scene is pretty hot right now.

Samoa Joe? Ewwww.

Joe's one of the few guys that has strung it all together, as far as I'm concerned. He's got an authentic charisma.

Kalisto got over with me after the dumpster match. I tolerate his LUCHA chants way more than I did pre-Dumpsterlisto

Fair enough. I, myself, can't stand the guy.

Joe, that is.

I think Kalisto is pretty amazing in the ring, but he just doesn't connect for whatever reason. Really hard to "care" about him. I think I'd like to see him work with The Miz or be in a tag team with someone else who is really good in a completely different way.

That's fair enough. He's one of the only guys on the roster I can stand, haha.
