It's a weird thing, to be honest. He spoke pretty fluently on Jericho's podcast a while ago. Pretty thick accent and was a little pensive before speaking, but perfectly understandable and coherent.

I think it's just a matter of memorizing lines--and trying to talk with his mouthguard in for a long while--not working well for a non-native speaker.

It's easy to forget about Carmella. Even with her Moolah ring gear.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but... I kinda want Carmella to end up with the title after 'Mania.

Charlotte and Asuka beat the absolute hell out of eachother and fight to a virtual standstill. After a brutal, bloody, hard fought match, Asuka dethrones the queen, but both parties are spent. Carmella comes in, finishes laying out Asuka (with the case, or a chair, or something) and takes advantage for a really cheap win. If Asuka isn't knocked out, though, she proceeds to beat the piss out of Carmella after the fact.

Does a few things:

It ends the streak, since WWE half remembers it anyway, and it won't keep her bound by it since they don't have to backtrack and dance around on booking and commentary. Because it ended in such murky circumstance, it won't be a colossal letdown like some random win by one of the Riott Squad/Absolutiong/Iconic Duo or something. Also, her cockyness gives way to anger, and she goes full Taz apeshit on bitches until she can get her hands back on Carmella for the proper funeral.

Charlotte still gets her rematch for the title, but she also wants to prove for pride she can actually win over Asuka. Even better if it becomes an angle where she becomes obsessed with getting the win over Asuka, since she can and has beat everyone else on the roster, but just can't quite finish the job with Kana. Takes her out of the title picture for a minute, and let's face it, an Asuka/Charlotte series wouldn't neccessarily need to have the belt on the line to draw attention.

Carmella, even though she weasled her way in AND just got her ass handed to her, is still the champ, and she keeps finding ways to duck defences, especially from both Asuka AND Charlotte. Even better if she keeps giving title matches to local nobody jobbers. Also, she has a source for heat in repeatedly bragging about ending the streak and becoming the champ in the same night like *she* did all the work. Everyone wants to beat her ass for being the total undeserving champion.

But that's just me. Likely won't happen anyhow.
