RoH Caged Scramble Match Rules

<font color=goldenrod>OK, so I just downloaded a highlight video of the Tag team Caged Scramble Match that occured in RoH a couple of months ago. The only problem is, it's hard to follow sometimes because I don't know what the exact rules are.

Does anyone know what the exact rules to the caged Scramble Match were?</font>

The tag scramble matches rules are just that there are four tag teams with two people in the ring. If somebody leaves the ring somebody else can enter. I don't know how that applies to a cage match.
