Wasn't there a time when Steven Richards dressed in drag anyway? I think it was 1998 or 1999,maybe just once but I still remember it.

Richards dressed as Chyna once, but you might be thinking of Harvey "Harvina" Whippleman, who dressed in drag to win the WWF Womens Title around that time.

Yeah I remember him.There was one RAW is WAR when richards was in the crowd as a woman and when Jericho invited him in the ring,Richards nearly fell over cos of the heels.
