Just curious about what your favourite promo's/backstage scenes are. Me personally:

1. Chris Jericho's debut
2. Steve Austin - Beer truck
3. Kurt Angle - Milk Truck
4. Kurt Angle, Vince McMahon, Steve Austin singing
5. Kurt Angle, Rock VS Dudleys during the Invasion angle in the locker room (when they are singing)

just missing out, The Rock before Armageddon 2000

AUstin and Bret Hart after the streetfight on Raw. The ambulance scene, remember that.

Hall showing up on Nitro for the first time.

Rock the night after he won his first WWE title.

Austin beer truck spraying

Angle milk truck spraying

Austin right after he won the King of the Ring

While many people might say that Rock is the best promo man, Austin is the best too me.

Remember JR interviewing Austin in the hotel after Owen injured him.

Remember the famous Pillman/Austin gun segment.

Not my favourites but Cena's promos on Brock during their feud particularly this one:

People think I'm crazy
That's what everybody's telling me
Cause me beating you
Is like you winning a spelling B
Thats okay, tonight I silence them all
You're a neanderthall
So I'll use words that's small
Big Brock Lesnar, Here Comes The Pain
God build me strong, forget to give me brain
You hop around all day
Like there's potatoes in your crack
Thats a nice tattoo
Of your mother on your back
I'm untouchable
You can't beat my ability
I'm like a basic math problem, Brock
You just can't finish me

On raw when Bret Hart went heel and did America sucks angle. The best Anti-American angle ever. That was such a shock I still haven't recovered from it.

The Mr. Perfect vignettes were gold.

Most of Roddy Piper's promos.

The most recent one I can think of that was great was Ric Flair taking on HHH on Raw. Throughout the show we saw some Flair promos then he burst into HHH's locker room and cut one of the best, emotion filled promos. Flair may be senile but he knows how to work that mic.

I loved during the Invasion where Austin had the whole Alliance in the ring and he was ripping on them individually. It was the first time he started saying "What?". Way before it got super annoying. I remember laughing so damn hard at that.

"Tazz? Who did you lose to?....What?....Who did you lose to?"

Oh man, that was priceless.

I'd say the beer truck was the best segment... Loved it... Truthfully, I cant think of any promos right now... Maybe later...

kurt angle's milk truck

Austin and the rock singing a duet before survivor series 2001.. i loved that
"the rock will never ever forget!"

a lot of the goldust/booker t ones

Rock/Hogan when they agreed on the match at wrestlemania X8, that was gold

Austin beating up booker T in the grocery store

all off the top of my head

Austin beating up booker T in the grocery store
That was gold... Anything those two did then was gold... I found the tape of the grocery store and the church recently... It was so fucking funny

My favorite set of promos ever are Christian trying to lose weight so he could fight for the crusierweight title at the end of the night. Mick Foley, Edge and Christian seemed to always have great promos back then.

The Rock and Austin singing country music.

Kurt Angle and Austin's stuff.

Orton's promo on Flair. It would've meant more had Flair actually turned.

Cactus Jack's "Cane Dewey" promo from ECW is probably one of the best promos I've ever seen.

Mick Foley's speech before No Way Out vs. Triple H in the Cell was great too; I remember a really good metaphor between Foley and some boxer who sat out his last round, and Foley not wanting to be someone who sits out the last round of his career.

Benoit and Guerrero backstage during Wrestle Mania XX was priceless.

Guerrero: "Now come on esse, it's not like anyone really BELIEVES in you..."

Benoit: "Believes in me?! Believes in ME?! I BELIEVE IN ME! I BELIEVE IN ME!"

Probably Heyman's worked shoot on Vince.
Jake's promo on the Million Doller Man was gold.
Some of Mick's ECW ones were greatness, how he'd just ramble about.
Mick's promo's on Orton.
Mr. Perfect vignettes.
Raven. Period.
Douglas in ECW.
Heyman's "Though I walk through the valley" build up for Brock.

Basically, if your name is Raven, Paul Heyman, Mick Foley, Jake Roberts, or Shane Douglas when you got on the mic, you had my attention.

In no order:
Angles Milk Truck
Austins Beer Truck
Headcheese (the looks on Blackmans face were priceless)
Anything the Rock does - one of my favorites was with him and Chris Jericho doing a tag team insult thing
The Edge and Christian 10 second poses got to be funny after a while
Edge when he came out to the ring and had Kurt Angles "You Suck" t-shirt out for the first time.

I Believe it was Smackdown!...or RAW when the Rock cut a promo on Brock Lesnar before their match at Summerslam 2002...

The Rock said something about Heyman cheering on Brock like a fat walrus or something..."BROCK, BROCK, BROCK!" Some funny ass shyt

Jake Roberts at Wrestlemania 6.

Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 4 is probably the funniest and most surreal promo I've ever heard.

oh, i forgot one:

Jericho and steph:
Jericho: "So how old are you gonna be, 32?"
Steph: I'm turning 24"
Jericho: "Oh right. Well, we should have a party, i mean, I'll bringthe cake, I'll bring the streamers, and I'll bring the balloo....hmm, *looking at her chest*, nah, I think you have the balloons covered"

As an aside, does any1 know what the promo with Rock, Jericho, Rhyno, Steph and Booker meant when Rock said:

"Booker, do you know what 2 plus 2 is. Thomas Jefferson sucka!"

Did it just mean that booker wouldnt have a clue, or does it actaully mean something
