I'll say fact.

I'll say he uses something that's not detectable by the screening process. Not to mention he gets notice of around when the MLB tests will be.

I say he did, but doesn't anymore.

I think he does, and now that the truth is out needs to be banned from baseball and neither him or his records allowed in the hall of fame (the banned Pete Rose for lesser reasons).

I think it does but I don't know how much effect it really has his game. Some people says it helps a lot, but a lot of people feel it doesn't really add much. I don't know what to think, I used to think he wasn't on roids because even though he did get bigger, he got bigger over time. People do "Then & Now" pictures but you gotta remember his rookie year was back in the 80's, its 2004 now. Things can change, its not like he exploded over night.

I def think Sammy Sosa is on the juice though, I am about 99% positive on that 1. Bonds is a little more iffy, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was.

most likely, somewhere between Fact and Fiction.

Steroids don't help bat speed.

I think any player on steroids should be banned from Baseball with all acomplishments and themselves never allowed in the record books or Hall of fame.

Take this article for what it is. The Chronicle is a slanted newspaper that has been against Bonds his entire career, mostly because he doesn't speak to them on a regular basis.

The evidence is starting to stack up though, so it may not just be heresay...

I think he has, but it doesnt matter, he is still the greatest homerun hitter who ever lived. He never strikes out, and he hits it out by so much, I think steroids had little do do with that. ****** yankee fans will think differently when he crushes all of Ruth's records, but the bottom line is he is G.O.A.T

Fact

He's still a phenomenal hitter, because - as someone mentioned - steroids wouldn't improve his hand-eye coordination. However, the extra bulk gives him more power which drives balls that would have been bloop singles or doubles off the wall (or routine fly-outs) in the '90s into the Cove. Even if he wasn't on them, he would still be a fantastic player, but he wouldn't have 700 home runs.

Random hypothetical question. What would your reaction be if you found out Michael Jordan was taking an untraceable steroid during his three-peats? Would anybody care because its basketball? Or would it still be a major offense?

Nice way to show your distaste for the Yanks in a totally unrelated thread to the Yankees.

How is Bonds the greatest homerun hitter who ever lived? The greatest homerun hitter is the guy with the most homeruns. Bonds is a better hitter in general then Aaaron, but not the greatest homerun hitter. That hasn't been written yet.

Has anyone brought up the fact that Bond's trainer said on tape that he took untraceable steroids in 2003?

May not mean alot, but I don't see many people change that much in baseball over time

Yeah that's like 20 years, not exactly overnight.

And LC, how can you possibly consider Bonds a better overall hitter than Aaron?

I like the support for your argument Yash :y:

Aaron's stats are better than Bonds in just about every category.

true, but that isn't the point the point is that he is bulking up and getting mega home runs. when he is bulking up he gets the power to get more home runs. you don't see bonds going out and getting a lot of doubles and shit it's either home run fly out or WALK.
