OK, I'm bored, so let's take it in turn to see how we'd all book RAW and/or SmackDown! this week heading into Survivor Series. It can be as serious, or as far out as you want.

RAW
Opening
Rhyno & Tajiri are first out and say that they are challenging Evolution’s power, right here, right now! Ric Flair’s music hits and Batista is in pursuit. Ric tells us that Triple H will return at Survivor Series, but he feels as if RAW is a bad place to be until we have control. Flair excepts Rhyno & Tajiri’s tag team challenge.

Rhyno & Tajiri vs. Ric Flair & Dave Batista
Eric Bischoff appears via titantron and says this will be an elimination tag match, in preparation for Survivor Series. The actual match goes back and forth, with Rhyno getting the hot tag and going ballistic. Batista regains control again, but out pops Maven who distracts Batista long enough for Rhyno to hit The Gore. 1-2-3, Batista is eliminated. Batista snaps, as Tajiri is now legal, and Batista’s rampage allows Flair to get a low blow, and an inside cradle, 1-2-3. It’s now down to Rhyno vs. Ric Flair. Rhyno has the match in the bag, but Batista’s rampage forces referee Mike Chiota to call the DQ, and thus Flair loses anyway.
Winners: Rhyno & Tajiri via DQ.

Flair throws a hissy fit at Batista for getting him DQ’d. Flair hops in Evolution’s limo and asks him to leave before Batista can get in.

Highlight Reel
Chris Jericho is out, and he calls his guest tonight, Eric Bischoff. Bischoff tells us he has a special match planned for Survivor Series. Vince McMahon comes out and says the match is on, but about the RAW main event’s stipulation, it’s off. McMahon announces that the winning team can suspend one wrestler on their respective brand for as long as Eric Bischoff is on vacation. Vince McMahon tells us that the 30 day fill-in GM for RAW will be none other than his son, Shane McMahon.

Before he leaves, Vince McMahon reminds Chris Jericho that if Triple H can’t defend the IC Title in 30 days, wink wink, then he loses the belt. This means that if he were to be suspended, wink wink, for thirty days, he would lose the championship, wink wink.

Simon Dean Interview
Simon Dean is in the ring with Maria Kanellis. Maria asks Simon how he can possibly say that everyone in this city is fat. Simon responds by saying that these people have no excuse for being overweight. Simon hesitates, but then he tells us in a cracked voice that at the age of 10, he was the fattest kid in his school, but his sheer will, and determination, allowed him to become the “Super Nova of Fitness” that he is. Simon then interrupts Maria’s next question and tells her that he can see why she didn’t win the RAW Diva Search. She’s as fat as *town* cheerleader, in Simon’s words. Maria takes offense, and begins to cry at the words of Simon. Hello Ladies…

Val Venis hits the ring and cheers up Maria by telling her that the cheerleaders in *town* aren’t fat, and they certainly have more energy than Christy Hemme. Venis then proceeds to rub in how sexy Maria is, and offers her a private rehearsal for his new movie “There’s something about Maria” (I'm not good with movie titles). Venis shoves his tongue down Maria’s throat, and then looks around the arena “Venis Envy, huh?” Simon tells Venis to stop it. Venis isn’t in the prime he was in 1998. He tells Val that he should have been released instead of Chuck Palumbo. Venis gets serious. Simon tells Venis that he’s got more fat on him than that man’s elbow, and that aint a compliment. Venis tells Simon that he was also extremely overweight as a kid, and it wasn’t his fault. But like Simon, years of determination and heart got rid of it. Except I didn’t get I though your “Semen System”, I got it through making a little movie called “Spawn on the Bed”. Simon attacks and we have ourselves a match when Jack Doan hits the ring.

Simon Dean vs. Val Venis
Maria stays at ringside as Val Venis’ valet. This match is surprisingly controlled by Venis, who climbs up top and goes for the Money Shot, but Simon Dean rolls out of the ring and walks back up the ramp to major boos. Venis officially wins via countout.
Winner: Val Venis via countout.

Batista Interview
Batista is with Todd Grisham, who asks Batista about the current state of Evolution. Batista says that if Triple H doesn’t want to do something worthwhile and show up on RAW, and if Ric Flair doesn’t want to be a good old man, then Batista’s going to have to take matters into his own hands, tonight, and at Survivor Series. Just then Maven, Rhyno, Tajiri, The Hurricane, Rosey & Chris Benoit jump on Batista. A black Ute drives into the backstage area and out pops Snitsky with an air rifle! He manages to get Rosey in the arm. Snitsky then smashes the rifle over Rosey’s head, and throws him (!) into a monitor, as we see electricity and glass smash everywhere. Snitsky and Batista then drive off in the Ute as Rhyno attacks with a lead pipe with the other faces in pursuit.

La Resistance Interview
A girlish and twirling her hair Maria (after the Venis incident), is backstage with La Resistance and isn’t really speaking proper sentences. Rob Conway tells her to get out of la-la land, and into La Resistance land. They talk about how they are legendary. They dedicate their tag team title win to Rene Dupree. And claim that between the three of them they have won four tag team championships, the La Resistance name has known three championships, as has Sylvain, and this is Rob Conway & Sylvain Grenier’s second reign with the title. Sylvain adds that they are the single best tag team of all time. They walk off for their title defense, as Maria finally gets out the words “How does it feel to be Word Tag Te…only to realize they’ve gone

La Resistance vs. William Regal & Eugene Dinsmore
La Resistance are out, followed by William Regal. No Eugene. Regal has his left fist raised, but Eugene isn’t there to back him up. On the titantron we see a bloodied Eugene in the back with “You Think You Know Me” written with blood on the wall. Eric Bischoff is even out of his office at the sight of this. He even seems disgusted by this. Bischoff tells Coach to get Edge to his office, NOW!

An enraged William Regal battles La Resistance alone, and managers to do quite well. But when the numbers start playing up, William Regal uses the brass knuckles on Sylvain Grenier. The referee didn’t see it! Regal pins! 1-2-3! New champs!
Winners: William Regal & Eugene Dinsmore via pinfall.

William Regal heads backstage with his championships as La Resistance have a tag team blowout in the ring. Shoving ensures, and we get to fists! Yay! William Regal keeps on walking though and heads into Bischoff’s office. Regal begs Bischoff not to take the titles away from Eugene & himself, not this time. Bischoff tells Regal that the inmates are running the asylum, and since Regal got away with winning, he’s going to get away with the championship. Bischoff tells Regal that Eugene is not OK. He’s hurt. Badly. He may not pull through. Regal swears death on Edge. Bischoff says he never wished this much damage to Eugene while crying, and for my best interest, for your best interest. Edge heads into the office, and Regal goes psychotic. He smashes Edge’s head against the wall. Coachman manages to get Regal out of the room with help of security pre-summoned by Eric Bischoff. Edge asks Bischoff what this is about, and Bischoff loses his head, and screams at Edge. He fires him on the spot. Edge screams back at Bischoff, and is escorted out by another set of security officers. Vince McMahon appears backstage and tells Bischoff this is what you get when you let the inmates run the asylum. Bischoff kicks his TV and says he just wanted Eugene gone so he wouldn’t get hurt.

We see Christian, Shelton Benjamin, Lita, Rhyno, Tajiri, etc. (everyone except The Hurricane & Rosey who are in the trainer’s room). Christian turns to Shelton and says as much as a dislike you, let’s agreed not to do this to each other at Survivor Series. Trish Stratus approaches, and Christian then smiles at Trish and says “I guess Lita tied Eugene’s boots tonight”. The two laugh and walk off.

Jonathan Coachman Announcement
Out comes The Coach and says that if they could please cut the booing, he’s out here for more important reasons than usual. Coach says that Edge, A-Train, Test, Gail Kim & Nidia were released from their contracts this past week. He also tells us that it’s not looking good for Eugene Dinsmore. Jonathan Coachman says that he may have despised Eugene, but what happened to him tonight was horrific beyond belief. Out comes Muhammad Hassan. Hassan gets in the ring and says it is now time to worship Allah. Coach says that is ridiculous and Hassan tells Coach the bloodshed like this is to be expected with the tyrant George W. Bush restored to power. Coachman smashes Muhammad in the face! Khasrow jumps on Coachman. Out comes Bischoff, pissed off as anything. He tells Muhammad that if that kind of bloodshed is to be expected. One week from tonight on RAW, you’re going to get your official welcome to RAW. It will be Muhammad Hassan & Khasrow Daivari vs. William Regal in a First Blood Steel Cage Match. Muhammad asks Bischoff what happened to the inmates running the asylum. Bischoff tells Muhammad that one week from tonight that Steel Cage will be the asylum, and William Regal will be running it.

Eric is about to leave but comes back, and says tells us the First Blood Cage Match is on, but tonight Muhammad & Daivari will get their welcome, because since Edge is now fired, Benoit doesn’t have an opponent tonight. Nor does Maven. So tonight, main event, Muhammad Hassan & Khasrow Daivari vs. Chris Benoit & Maven. Khasrow says he isn’t even under wrestling contract, but Bischoff tells him to shut up. Oh, and that match, is on now!

Muhammad Hassan & Khasrow Daivari vs. Chris Benoit & Maven
Back and forth match with Muhammad & Khasrow looking impressive. Benoit & Maven control the match, though and Muhammad hot tags Khasrow, who surprised everyone with high flying stuff, but Benoit goes rabid due to his rage about what happened to Eugene. He manages to force Khasrow down into isolation. Khasrow tags in Muhammad eventually and Muhammad fires up. Hassan hits his finishing move on Benoit, but Maven breaks it up. Edge (!) come through the ring as Khasrow makes a distraction and Spears Benoit Hassan then nails Maven with a weapon. Hassan pins Benoit, 1-2-3.
