--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- According to the El Norte newspaper, TNA star Hector Garza is expected to be deported from Houston, Texas and transported back to Mexico very soon. Garza is currently waiting to be informed that he will be sent back and is free from jail under supervision at this time. There isn't a set time period for when he will be returned to Mexico.

Garza is still attempting to settle his legal issues following an arrest of possession of a controlled substance (anabolic steroids Primobolan and Deca-Durabolin) that took place on January 3rd. If he is unable to appeal the deportation ruling in the next 30 days, he will be barred from entering the United States legally for the next decade. Given his recent push in TNA that was halted due to this issue, it couldn't have come at a more worse time for Garza.

Well that's what you get from using steroids... though it's unfortunate for him if those are illegal in the USA but legal in Canada or Mexico for instance and he didn't know it...

This is such a stupid law. He was given steroids by a licensed doctor, not his fault at all. I'm sure the doctor knew he was a wrestler in the states, and being a doctor, he would have known the medicines were illegal, but chose to gave him the 'scrip anyways. The doctor is the one at fault, not Garza.

It's like that gay theft by recieving law, you buy something stolen, and even if you DIDN'T know it was stolen, you can be charged with theft. The purchaser gets shit, the thief doesn't. BS.

Either way, Hope all goes well for Garza and that his appeal is granted.
