here's my piece of fantasy booking i was wondering peoples views?Dustin Runnels vs. Raven

Runnels beat Raven in an upset victory in the first round of the Heavyweight Title Tournament. Afterwards Raven’s Nest {Matt Cross, Gabriel, and Azrael} storm the ring and help Raven viciously beat down Runnels. Raven & The Nest focus in on Runnels right knee by smashing it against the ring post, and then throwing him into the ring steps knee first. As Raven & The Nest leave to the backstage area, Runnels has to be helped back to backstage area by a group of referees. The time has come for Runnels second round match, Runnels is clearly limping badly when he makes his way to the ring. Runnels put in a brave effort but finally succumbed due to his injured knee.

The next night at the television taping Raven & The Nest are in the ring. Raven gloats about how he & The Nest cost Runnels his second round match, and maybe even the Heavyweight Title. At this point Runnels makes his way down to the ring on crutches. Runnels says he can’t wrestle for three weeks due to injures sustained at the hands of Raven & The Nest last night. Raven then asks Runnels what the hell he’s doing in the ring if he’s not here to wrestle, Runnels replies RETRIBUTION! At this point he levels Matt Cross, Gabriel, Azrael with crutch shots to the head. Raven avoids a crutch shot to the head though by bailing out of the ring just in the nick of time.

At the next television taping The Lost Boyz (Azrael & Gabriel) are involved in a tag team match, with Guest Commentator Raven. When asked by the commentary team what he thought about the possibility that Runnels might seek more retribution tonight, Raven replied by telling them that’s why Matt Cross is stationed at the entrance theatre with a steal chair to stop Runnels getting anywhere near him. Lost Boyz lose the tag match and proceed to beat the living crap out of the winning team, meanwhile Runnels has come through the crowd and jumped Raven from behind at the commentary position. Runnels chokes Raven out with a camera cable and then throws him shoulder first into the advertising boards at ringside. Lost Boyz & Matt Cross haven’t realised what’s going on till it’s too late and Raven is laying in a heap on the floor, and Runnels has left through the crowd.

At the next television taping Runnels comes to the ring and cuts a promo about his sheer hate for Raven, he then challenges Raven to come out and face him man to man, without The Nest. To his credit Raven comes down to the ring without The Nest and both Runnels and Raven go face to face, eye to eye, nose to nose, each man’s sheer hatred for the other clearly visible and looking like a fight could happen at any moment. Runnels then challenges Raven to face him at the Supercard, Raven accepts. Raven then sticks his finger in Runnels face and tells him he’s goanna beat him 1-2-3, Runnels pushes Raven away, Raven replies by pushing Runnels. At this point both men begin to exchange right hands and a wild brawl ensues. Both men battle around ringside slamming each other into ring steps, advertising boards, and tables. As well as hitting each other with chairs, camera’s, the timekeepers bell, Runnels even took a beer can from someone at ringside and smashed it over Raven’s head, took a sip, and then passed it back to the stunned fan. A group of referees finally break the fight up at the second time of asking, the first time round both men had broke free and carried on brawling.

At the next television taping neither man is present but pretaped promos by each man are shown. Runnels says at the Supercard {in Jacksonville} he’s goanna tear raven limb from limb, and give him the beating of a lifetime. Raven says he’s faced bigger and badder opponents than Runnels in his lifetime and survived. And at the Supercard he promises to put Runnels light out.
The Supercard in the opening moments of the Raven vs. Runnels match, The Lost Boyz blatantly interfere in front of the referee resulting in The Nest getting sent to the backstage area. But before they leave as the Lost Boyz argue with the referee about the decision Matt Cross throws something to Raven, which Raven hides down his trunks. The match itself is the pier six brawl expected with both men battling around the ring and ringside, as well as Raven targeting Runnels injured knee. The finish sees Raven plant Runnels with a low blow behind the referee’s back; this allows him to produce what he had stashed down his trunks {as the referee checked Runnels was ok}. It must be ethol as he applies it to the sleeve of his shirt and then applies a sleeper hold to Runnels; making sure the ethol infected sleeve is covering Runnels mouth and nose. The referee lifts Runnels hand three times with it dropping all three times, so Raven wins the match by referee stoppage. Afterwards the referee awakens Runnels by throwing a bottle of water over him, as he wakes Runnels knows he’s been screwed over by Raven and is irate. As he leaves to the backstage area Runnels kicks an advertising board putting a huge whole in it.

Next Television Taping Raven is being interviewed at the interview set by Announcer Joey Styles. Raven talks about how he made his promise of putting Runnels lights out come true. At this point Dustin Runnels storms the interview set from through the crowd, and chases Raven off. Runnels then grabs the microphone at the interview set and aggressively reiterates his promise to tear raven limb from limb, and give him the beating of a lifetime.

Next Television Taping after various backstage and ringside fights {one involved Runnels and Raven} as well as several workers challenging the World Champion to title matches. The Company Matchmaker gathers all the workers around the ring whilst he talks. He announces at the next Supercard there will be a 40 man Bunkhouse Riot to determine the No1 Contender to the World Heavyweight Title. At this point pushing and shoving between the faces and heels results in the television taping ending with a huge 40 man brawl. Security & Referees try to split the brawl up but with little chance of success as the show comes too a close.

Next Television Taping as the show opens the commentators inform everyone the police had to be called last week to split the 40-man brawl. As they’re both entered in the Bunkhouse riot and will not be competing directly against each other on the Supercard, a huge match is signed for the television taping Raven vs. Dustin Runnels one on one. The match its self is slow building up due to Raven’s stalling tactics. When it gets going though the wild brawling begins. Runnels begins to gain momentum and it looks like he’s going to hit the Bionic Elbow to gain the 1-2-3. Raven though leaves the ring and cowardly walks away from the ring and to the back. Resulting in Dustin Runnels winning by Countout Decision. As Raven walks away from the match Runnels can be clearly heard calling Raven a gutless son of a bitch.
Next Television Taping we are informed that a Raven and Runnels rematch has been re-signed for tonight. Clips are shown of Raven and Runnels reaction to the match being signed. Raven is clearly pissed off but suddenly upon seeing The Nest enter the room a huge smile comes across his face. Runnels just looks into the camera and smiles in anticipation of getting his hands on Raven again. Raven vs. Dustin Runnels: Raven uses every dirty trick in the book including The Nest interfering, exposing the turnbuckle, and using the ropes. Clearly frustrated that he can’t gain a 1-2-3 on Runnels, Raven goes to the outside and grabs a chair. Raven then levels Runnels with a skull denting chairshot, resulting in him losing by DQ {Something that clearly doesn’t bother him} Afterwards Raven & The Nest put the boots in on Runnels and leave to the back happy with their nights work.
Supercard, Bunkhouse Riot both Raven and Runnels brawl for short periods during the Bunkhouse Riot but the brawls fizzle out after the other competitors become involved. Runnels gains a tiny portion of revenge after choking Raven out with a leather strap across the throat, and then throwing him over the top rope. Runnels is eliminated moments later after The Nest {Matt Cross, Azrael, Gabriel} triple team him and throw him over the top rope. Raven is still on the outside and laughing at Runnels elimination. Runnels then slaps Raven knocking the grin off his face, Raven replies by swinging a right at Runnels. Both men then begin to brawl wildly and the brawl ends up into the crowd. Both men level each other with everything that isn’t nailed down, and slam each other viciously into chairs, the floor, and girders. Eventually this wild brawl is ended when ringside security split them up, as the crowd goes nuts after getting so close to the action.

Next Television Taping Runnels comes out and demands a rematch with raven saying he wants to ends this feud. Raven then comes out with The Nest and says if Runnels wants to face him he’s goanna have to beat each member of The Nest in singles competition starting NOW! To prove he’s worthy of a match. The first match of this gauntlet challenge sees Dustin Runnels vs. Azrael: The match features lots of back and forth action. It looks like Azrael is goanna win and end Runnels hopes of facing Raven at the first hurdle. Runnels is down centre of the ring, and Azrael has climbed to the top rope signalling he’s goanna hit his Flying Elbow Drop, he takes to much time showboating though and just before he makes contact Runnels roles out of the way. Runnels then hits the Bionic Elbow for the 1-2-3! Afterwards though Gabriel runs in and The Lost Boyz hit the Excommunicator on Runnels leaving him lying in the centre of the ring. Whilst this is going on Raven is stood laughing at the entrance theatre.

Next Television Taping Dustin Runnels vs. Gabriel: Another back and forth match sees Runnels scoring the 1-2-3 after countering Gabriel’s top rope Hurricana attempt and hitting a huge power bomb. Afterwards though Azrael runs in and the Lost Boyz go to hit The Excommunicator but Runnels powers out and hits Bionic Elbow’s on both men. Followed by aggressively tossing both men over the top rope to the floor, head first. As this was going on Raven was at the entrance theatre laughing on {As The Lost Boyz did a number on Runnels}, but upon Runnels doing a number on the Lost Boyz, Raven became very pissed off.

Next Television Taping a backstage vignette of Raven trying to fire Matt Cross up saying he’s his last hope after the Lost Boyz let him down is shown. An interview with Runnels is shown in which he promises to beat Matt Cross and gain his rematch with Raven. Dustin Runnels vs. Matt Cross: both men are already in the ring and Raven has joined the commentary team when the Company Matchmaker comes out and says Raven had no right making these sets of matches {Runnels gauntlet} because he doesn’t make the matches the matchmaker does, therefore if Runnels beats Raven tonight at the Supercard he can face Raven in any match of his choosing, as punishment to Raven. As the matchmaker informs everyone of this a huge sick smile comes across Runnels face, as Raven freaks out at the commentary table. The clearly pumped up Runnels makes short work of Matt Cross and gets the 1-2-3 following a Shattered Dreams and Bionic Elbow. Runnels then grabs the microphone and says something along the lines of ‘’Raven me and you are going to collide at the Supercard in Panama City, in a match that’s going to be me and you one-on-one without the interference of The Nest to finally see who the better man is {at this point Raven says sarcastically to the commentary team I wouldn’t bet on it, The Nest have my back} because where goanna collide in a Barbed Wire Fence Match. As Runnels leaves to the backstage area with a huge grin on his face, Raven is just stunned into silence at the commentary position.

Next Television Taping Runnels is being interviewed in the ring by announcer Joey Styles. When asked why he chose a Barbed Wire Fence Match Runnels replies by saying Raven & himself can kick the living crap out of each other without the interference of The Nest and finally see who the better man is. At this point the lights go out and fighting can be heard. When the lights reappear on Raven & The Nest are in the ring viciously stomping a mudhole in Runnels. Joey Styles quickly jumps out of the ring. The Nest then hogtie Runnels to the ring ropes with Barbed Wire the pain clearly etched on the face of Runnels. As Raven cuts a promo saying he doesn’t care about the match being a Barbed Wire Fence Match because Runnels will not be able to escape as Raven’s dark, and sadistic side comes out and he unleashes a beating on Runnels so bad it leaves him lying head first in the ring in a puddle of his own blood. After Raven & The Nest leave the referees delicately free Runnels and help him to the back.

Supercard Dustin Runnels vs. Raven, Barbed Wire Fence Match: before the match the referee for foreign objects searches neither man because this is a No Dsq Match therefore foreign objects are legal. Runnels comes to the ring with bandages wrapped around his arms as a result of the attack last week. In the earlier going Runnels has the advantage on Raven as he taunts The Nest on the outside daring them to punch him when they can’t. Matt Cross even climbs to the top of the 9ft Fence {to get into the ring and help Raven} but upon seeing and touching the barbed wire with his hand he decides against it and scrambles back down, very quickly. At the midway point raven has the advantage and produces a pair of wire clippers from his trunks. With Runnels down Raven stood on the top rope cuts some Barbed Wire away from the top of the fence and throws it into the ring. Raven {who is already bleeding at this point from Runnels early attacks} hits a barrage of Barbed Wire based offence on Runnels including Barbed Wire punches, grinding barbed wire across Runnels face and dropping him head first into the barbed wire, resulting in Runnels becoming a bloody mess in the ring. Towards the end of the match both men have recovered and are brawling wildly when out of nowhere Runnels ducks a right hand and hits the Bionic Elbow he covers Raven 1-2, but just before the three count he shows his sadistic side by pulling Raven up and signalling towards the Barbed Wire. Runnels goes and gets the Barbed Wire and stretches it across the face and mouth of Raven, a close up camera shot even shows the Barbed Wire Barbs are cutting the inside of Raven’s mouth. Raven tries to fight the pain but after 30 seconds of what must be pure agony, with blood pouring out of his mouth he finally taps out. After the match both men are exhausted bloody messes and have to be helped to the back by referees and fellow wrestlers who had gathered at ringside to witness the end of this epic battle.
