Dusty was on the Best Damn Sports Show Period and challenged Hogan to a match at the next TNA PPV. Rhodes "Hogan can't hold my jock", funny thing is Hogan was in the crowd. No response from Hogan and I guess Dusty is desperate for buyrates.

 Basically, Dusty wanted to say, "CAN YOU PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE JOIN TNA FOR ONE NIGHT WE'RE DESPERATE!"

Could there be a greater act of desperation?

If they were actually wrestling, yes.

Hogan vs Rhodes in a steel cage. Now there's a clash of the high fliers

Well, Hogan was ment to appear on TNA ages ago, maybe Dusty forgot he pulled out/injured himself and still had to forfill his contract :-\

I love Dusty, who doesn't respect him as a wrestler, but for the love of god if he doesn't get the fuck off all television perminatly I swear I will take all two ounces of talent his son has, jam them up his noise, duck tape his motuh closed and use his limp body as a cushion to catch all of the talented wrestlers who Vince is throwing out on their ass...

(Odd way of saying, I can't wait til Dusty is out of TNA)

People who have seen him wrestle in TNA?

Seriously, no disrespect to his legacy (He does that himself), but he's as sad as Falir.

Rhodes "Hogan can't hold my jock"

He doesn't have to, that's what Jarrett is there for.

Funnier thing is, Dusty can't hold Hogan's checkbook.

On a related note, Rhodes is a big pile of shit in the ring. Always has been, always will be. The only time he used anything that could remotely be described as psychology is when he worked out spots for himself. Dusty's lucky that he got the fortune enough to be handed the book, otherwise he'd have been forgotten about long long ago.

Someone who wanted a title shot?
