This is a report from the WWE house show in London Ontario. It appears Christian suffered a legit injury and we'll have more on this later.

From PWInsider

WWE United States Championship
Orlando Jordan vs. Booker T (with Sharmell)
Nice match back and forth, with Christian running from the crowd to beat up Booker T. Rey Rey makes the save and they challenge to a tag match. They accept after a while but walk away. Rey and Booker chase them and bring them back to the ring. Good match, but a freak accident occurred when Booker attempted the double Scissor Kick on OJ/Christian. Christian's head was instantly sandwiched between both of Booker's boots and immediately had a crimson mask. The ref threw the X sign up. Booker and Mysterio win, and Christian came in front of us to get OJ with Blood just oozing out of his face.

This does appear to be a legit injury but it is not expected that he'll miss much in-ring time.

Why do the unfortunate events happen to the great guys. I mean, exactly the same move was being done to OJ at the same time, and he comes out unscathed. Typical eh.

Ouch!

Well I hope he is OK, and if he isn't then....that sucks.

If he's too injured too wrestle, then atleast he always has 'the peep show' which will keep him on TV while injured.Hope he recovers soon though.

Seriously, he needs to start using Batista's "workout routine" so he can jump into the main event picture.

Like it'd even be reported if it happened to Bobcore.

Poor Christian, I hope he's alright. That sort of stuff doesn't deserve to happen to anyone.

If it happened to Bobcore...there'd be a police report in addition to this story.

I hope he's on Smackdown. I can't enjoy it as much, without The Peep Show.

After this WWE will ban the ax/scissor kick followed by all kicks including the SCM so that no one will be injured ever again. Booker T will also be pulled aside and instructed to slow down.

Vince: You cruiserweights are too fast.

Booker: Say what?

Vince: Put on a few pounds, big bird. Here, let Doctor Vince prescribe you something.
