- In what should hardly come as a surprise, the working plan is for Hulk Hogan vs. Steve Austin at WrestleMania 22. While, based on the two wrestlers involved, one would be ill-advised to call it confirmed, WWE is definitely interested in running that match.

Jesus. :nono:

I'd like to see Austin wrestle again.

But that would be Hogan's 416549165165465165498746521q last match.

In the shape these two are in, can you imagine what a snorefest it would be?

Yea, youd have a punch, a kick, a big boot, a stunner, another punch, another kick. Good news is, sources are telling me that after Wrestlemania 22, they plan to have Hogan Vs. The entire world at Wrestlemania 23 in a gauntlet match, so prepare to job fellas.

man... Austin went out with a bang at WM XIX. He doesn't need to ruin it by competing again

:nono: it better not happen

WWE logic of pushing new talent:

Get wrestlers past their best to headline wrestlemania.

Great thinking!

I want Hogan to retire to Cena maybe at WM 22. Or maybe Austin could retire to Cena that would be better.

How about a Fatal 4-way: Angle v. Micheals v. Hogan v. HART? Oh...and as for Hogan retiring, need i remind everyone that:

Austin v Hogan is one of those obligatory Bill Apter-esque dream matches that pretty much HAS to happen. not in a good way, but in the same way that you knew they'd make a zillion sequels of Pirates of The Caribbean after it made all that money. Once Hogan came back just a few months after Austin started working for the WWe again, this was inevitable.

Oh, that's fantastic. 2 nearly crippled wrestlers clearly out of their prime having a 15 minute slug-a-thon.

Shut up about it being a snore fest. This would be the two biggest stars in wrestling history going up against each other - a fucking dream come true for any long time wrestling fan.

Rock/Hogan was no technical warfare, nor was it even a soundly booked match - it was just a match. What made it so special was the atmosphere in Toronto that night - the fact that the people realized they were watching history unfold. Austin/Hogan would be the same, if not bigger. If this rumor has any truth to it, then fucking fuck yeah mother fucker.

To be fair, Rocky didn't have a fused neck and could still go. Austin is fucked up and hasn't wrestled a match in what will be 3 years if this happens. Plus Hogan 4 years older than he was in the match against Rocky... Although Hogan was just as bad a wrestler at 30 as he is now at 52 or 53 whatever he is

I want Orton to kill the legend of Hogan at WM. But my guess is that he takes care of Taker at 22 and Hogan at 23
