You pick a team each week, if that team wins you survive if they lose you're out. You have to pick a new team each week and cant pick the same team twice.

A lot of my loser friends in my other league are all picking NE.
My first week pick is Denver. They are listed as the underdogs, but I think they are going to destroy the Dolphins. *shrug*
