Who do you think returned or entered a new wrestling company in the best way?

From what I've seen, I'm thinking the Undertaker at Judgement Day 2000 I think it was. It was just great when DX were beating down the Rock, and the JD promo video starts playing. No one really takes notice until this 'Are you scared? He's here!' bit comes up, to which you see the Undertaker on his bike after being out for so long. He then just proceeds to destroy DX and gets the Rock DQ'd in the process and loses him the belt. The crowd were extremely receptive too.

Shame the biker gimmick wasn't so good.

I was thinking Jericho might pop up but I don't remember it all to well. Was he stood on top of the Lion's Den or something?

His debut was in 2000 during a Rock promo. They worked well off of each other.

I especially love the facial expressions..

The Rock-"You talk about your Y2J plan? Well, The Rock has a plan of his own..it's called the KY Jelley plan..."

I swear right there it looks like the Rock catches himself saying it and is like..wtf did I just say?

Hmmmm. I'll go with an "off-the-top-of-my-head" top 5.

1. Sting's "Crow" return
2. Hall & Nash's WCW debut
3. Y2J's WWF debut (I was there, when the clock came up during Rock's promo, everyone freaked out)
4. Taker's "Bad Ass" return @ JD2K
5. Eric Bischoff's WWE debut (just for shock value. he WAS the enemy)

Also, Bret Hart's return in Canada two weeks ago was KILLER.

Ric Flair after the invasion angle was pretty cool especially as it was in his home town.

Ric Flair's WCW return (Horseman reunion) might of topped that one. That was the night he made the emotional, tear filled speech and was cut off by Bischoff.

Miscelaneous ringside techie #12's return was UNBELIEVABLE.

Jericho's debut was the best entrance I have seen.

This isn't my favourite return but just to throw something different out there, the night that Cactus Jack returned to take on HHH in the street fight was pretty sweet.

You could also say the surprise Rumble entrants who didn't last- especially the Honky Tonk Man.

Kane's was pretty awesome. All i remember is two people were fighting and someone was going for the 3 count and then the fire just flew up and kane came down.

Chris Jericho has already been mentioned, so I will go with someone different.

I really liked Carlito's debut. The way he came in, and he immediately went after John Cena and the US Title. He came off as your regular self-righteous, cowardly heel at first, but he completely gooched Cena, spat apple in his face, then put on an exciting match with him later that night, where he once again out-did him. I always think of this match when I think of Carlito's shining moments, because although he comes of as a foreign idiot heel, stuff like this is really awesome 'cause it shows how smart and talented he really is.

If only they could have Carlito outsmart Flair, then he would be made, IMO.

Badd Blood 1997: HIAC Shawn Micheals v. Undertaker

Taker hit the tombstone, the lights went down and the all to famous (not back then) flames blew from the stage... Kane (brought in by Paul Bearer) comes to the ring draped in the red light, drops Taker with a tombstone and a battered HBK crawls over to make the pin.

Taker had actually just knocked the crap out of Shawn with a sick chair shot, not a tombstone.

i kinda liked the way Taz was brought in the WWE at (forget which year) Royal Rumble. Going against Angle's undefeated streak. his catch-phrase was "The Mood Is About To Change."

I liked that as well. And Angle's response (Ot wasn't a real loss, that was an illegal hold) was priceless.

I was at Rhino's ECW debut in Villa Park (outside of Chicago). Taz came out for the first half main event and cut a promo about how badass Chicago was and how much he loved the "don't take no shit mutherfuckers" in the city.

I do believe Cyrus came out and started a promo on Taz (from the entrance-way) and introduced Rhino. Taz told Cyrus to send that "punk ass pussy mutherfucker" into that ring so he can make him "tap the fuck out".

Rhino charged into the ring and went for the spear, but missed. He tried for another and Taz caught him for a belly-to-belly Tazplex. Rhino rushed him again, Taz threw him into a T-bone and then into the katahajime.

We all thought that Rhino was just some puffed up pussy that we'll never see again, and maybe he was just some indy guy they brought in just for that one show. Who knew?

How about Shelton Benjamin's Raw debut? First he gets the pep talk from Austin, then he goes out and puts on one of the best matches I've ever seen against HHH. Too bad trips never put him over cleanly. Although Shelton arrived with little fanfare or pops from the crowd that's probably my favorite debut.
