It come from the term Jobber which means:

Jobber - (noun) A wrestler whose only purpose is to lose to other wrestlers, thus putting them over and making them look good. The Rock's word 'Jabroni' comes from this term.

Jabronie wasn't invented by The Rock...a Jobber is someone who loses alot, a term that comes back from the old Carnie days when the terms "Shooter" and what not actually had meanings too...everyone knew Jobber was someone who was going to get his butt kicked, alot of times when a fan from the crowd would challenge a Shooter they would just call the guy from thye crowd a jobber as it was more or less known this drunken idiot was about to get his ass kicked. Jabronie is actually a term that insiders in the business called someone who was hired on as a jobber...

Now you know more...so that's like 3/4 the battle right???

in that case, if he knew even more, he would have won the battle

are you implying that if you keep learning, you'll win the battle, THE ONE

The Rock's (terrible) autobiography suggests that he adopted the phrase from his father, who used it to describe 'jobbers'. Unclear where the word was coined, but that should answer some of the question
