Batista and Cena fucked up the rumble this year grand style - them going out together was a complete fluke. If it happens, I guess Vince would relay a plan to the referees, who would then relay it to the wrestlers.

Just ask Paul London. He screwed up a battle royal for the cruiserweight title this year - apparently he just climbed back in the ring and continued the match. However, this was an untelevised house show so I'm unsure how it would be explained if live.
