Eventually no doubt. As for this year... If Bret Hart decides to accept the invitation - I personally don't like the idea of both Hart & Guerrero being inducted at the same time. But maybe that's just me.

I wouldn't be surprised. And I would fully support putting him in next year. He is one of the best ever, so he deserves it.

Sooner or later, though, he will definitely go in.

I say he was bound for it anyways... I dislike the idea of Bret and Eddie going in the same year, so I'd like to see Bert Hart wait a little longer.
It's sorta like how THE draw to the Hall of Fame last year was Hogan. Yeah, other people who earned it (and Jimmy Hart) were put in there, but only one HUGE person... So I'm all for Eddie.

No doubt there's definatly a space waiting for Eddie in the HOF.

It might be too soon though. None the less i would be more than happy to see him in there.

It's just ashame that he wont be their to accept it when the time comes :(.

I think that Eddie will be inducted to the HOF. I even think he was always going to be inducted even before his tragic death.

Yeah, he might even be inducted at the next HOF.

But he deserves a place in the HOF, and I'm not just saying that because he has passed away, but when he was alive and well I still thought that.

Well, the best thing is to have Chavo induct him. But I would say wait a year or two. If he got inducted right away it would seem really forced.

I'd say this year just put him in one of those tribute videos that the Oscars do to honour all who passed away the past year.

Eventually, he should go in though.

What I'd like to see though is Eddie being the featured 24/7 superstar next month. Even though he isn't in the Hall of Fame.

I actually thought of them inducting him next year, as well, and I can't see why not. The guy is a former Royal Rumble Winner, Grand Slam Champion (sorta), WWE Champion, the most profitable WWE Tag Team Champion (SmackDown! title) since the belt's spawning in 2002. He main evented at WrestleMania, has been in every one of the top American companies of the 1990's, competed all over the world, wrestled for a LONG time. What's waiting a few years going to accomplish? Put Eddie Guerrero in there while his name is still fresh, and his greatest accomplishments still hot.

He never won the Rumble.

Of course.

Eddie was one of a kind, he could get the crowd to boo the hell out of him as a heel. And cheer him on louder than ever as a babyface.

Eddie was also a very special babyface, he was a babyface who cheated to win. Eddie was just so damn likeable.

Eddie gave his life to this business, he gave it is all, no one deserves it more.

Eddie Guerrero - Future Hall of Famer.

I dunno. If you induct him this year, people are just going to go "Oh, they let him in because he died". If you wait, a year or two it gives him more credability.

I think they should wait a year or two as like a few others have said I would hate people to get the impression he was put in because of his death. Much like I would hate they idea that they start giving Chavo a mega push because of Eddie's death.

He never won the Rumble.

I think he meant the Smackdown Royal Rumble. Which he did win to get the shot at Brock.

Possibly. Personally I don't see the problem of inducting guys who are still on the roster though. Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair and the Undertaker would walk into the Hall of Fame any day. I put Guerrero in next year for sure.
