WWE WrestleMania XX
Presented By RAW & SmackDown!
Over 4 Hours Of WWE Action

World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H (w/Ric Flair) (champion) vs. Chris Benoit

- This should headline the show and should be the focus. I'd give these guys about 30 minutes. Triple H pulls everything out of his ass that he possibly can, including interference from Ric Flair, however Chris Benoit overcomes the odds and wins the World Heavyweight Championship for the very first time in WWE with the Crippler Crossface. Huge celebration follows and everything...

WWE Heavyweight Championship
Brock Lesnar (champion) vs. Goldberg

- After about 15 minutes of hard-hitting and stiff action, Goldberg misses the Spear and lands in the turnbuckle... Both men are already busted open... Brock hits the F5... Goldberg kicks out. Brock attemps another F5 but it is reversed and Brock eats a Spear... Kickout... Jackhammer... Foot on the ropes... Finally, Brock hits 2 F5's in a row and picks up the win over a bloddied Goldberg... Good action, very good climax and finish...

Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship
Chris Jericho (champion) vs. Christian

- Jericho a complete face and wins the title from Orton before WrestleMania... Christian blames him for betraying their team and going solo... Christian starts a headed feud with Jericho climaxing in a big match at WrestleMania for the Intercontinental title... After about 12 minutes, Jericho locks in the Walls for a tapout victory...

WWE United States Heavyweight Championship
Big Show (champion) vs. John Cena

- After about 8 minutes of action with Cena throwing everything at Big Show, Cena hits the F-U for the win and the United States Championship. Cena uses several low blows and stuff in the match and the crowd really rallies behind him... Good for what it is...

World Tag-Team Championship
Evolution (Ric Flair & Batista) (champions) vs. Val Venis & Lance Storm

- Benoit goes after Triple H so he convinces his fellow canadians, Storm & Venis, to go after Evolution gold as well and this match is made... Venis & Storm pull out a surprise victory when Batista walks out on Flair after about 8 minutes of action due to Flair yelling at him and slapping him, therefore Flair is left alone and he is left prey to a superkick/money shot combo... Backstage, Flair yells at Batista only to see Batista get jumped by Orton, Flair & HHH... Evolution is falling apart at WrestleMania...

WWE Tag-Team Championship
Bashams (Doug & Danny) vs. World's Greatest Tag-Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin)

- Charlie & Shelton build a face fanbase and go after the Bashams, who have held tag-team gold for months... The Bashams surprisingly retain the titles as Shelton accidentally superkicks Haas... It looks like the World's Greatest Tag-Team is falling apart as both men start a heated brawl after the match that needs to be separated by officials... Fans are behind Shelton as Charlie blames him for the accident and clocks him the timekeeper bell...

World Women's Championship
Victoria (champion) vs. Jazz vs. Trish Stratus vs. Lita

- About 7 minutes of action... Victoria pins Jazz following the Widow's Peak... Fans are completely behind Victoria, Lita & Stratus...

WWE Cruiserweight Championship - Triple Threat Match
Chavo Guerrero (champion) vs. Ultimo Dragon

- Chavo focuses on the Cruiserweight title after the Royal Rumble and he wins the title from Rey at No Way Out... This match is born... After about 10 minutes of fast-paced, high-flying action, Ultimo finally wins the WWE Cruiserweight title... Good action...

Interpromotional Grudge Match - Deadman Returns
The UnderTaker vs. Kane

- The return of Deadman Taker... After about 12 minutes of action, Taker puts Kane away with the Tombstone Piledriver in a very close match... Huge reaction for the Deadman at WrestleMania...

Interpromotional Dream Match
Rob Van Dam vs. Rey Mysterio

- Rey & Rob... Great, great action... Fast-paced with huge spots... After about 15 minutes, Rey is powerbombed when attempting the West Coast Pop and Rob climbs to the top to hit the Five-Star Frog Splash... Rob Van Dam wins a stellar dream match at WrestleMania...

RAW - Singles Grudge Match - Dream Match
The Rock vs. Shawn Michaels

- Big match... Two men that have never paired up in such a capacity before... After about 20 minutes, The Rock nails a Rock Bottom to put away HBK and win the match... Both men embrace after the match... This is what WrestleMania is all about... Great action..

RAW - Singles Grudge Match - Return of Mick Foley
Mick Foley vs. Randy Orton

- Foley returns to action... Foley defeats Orton with Mr. Socko after a low blow behind the ref's back... Fans are on fire for Foley... Whole thing lasts about 15 minutes... Better than expected...

SmackDown! - Singles Grudge Match
Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Guerrero

- Awesome 25 minute match... In a huge upset, Guerrero defeats Angle with a Frog Splash... Eddie is attempting a Frog Splash when Angle gets to the top turnbuckle and both men are fighting... Angle attemps a top-rope Angle Slam, but Eddie suplexes him off and hits the Frog Splash... Big step for Guerrero... One of the show stealers...

RAW - Singles Grudge Match
Booker T vs. Matt Hardy

- Not long... About 8 minutes... Booker T beats Hardy with a Bookend... Good action for what it was... After the match, Mark Henry, Scott Steiner & Test hit the ring and take out Booker T... Hardy has hired them... Huge beatdown on the Book...

SmackDown! - Hardcore Match - ECW Rules
Hardcore Holly vs. Rhyno

- About 10 minutes... Good ECW-style, hardcore action... Hardcore is gored through a table for a Rhyno victory... Lots of stiff spots... Both men juiced badly... Good stuff...

HeAT:

Dudley Boyz vs. Mark Jindrak & Garrison Cade

- About 4 minutes... 3D for a Dudley victory...

My card:

World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H (c) vs. Chris Benoit

WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Goldberg

Undertaker vs. Kane

Mick Foley, The Rock & Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Evolution (Randy Orton, Batista & Ric Flair) (don't think this one will happen but you never know...)

Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Guerrero

Chris Jericho vs. Christian

....as for the rest it gets tricky. Maybe RVD/HBK Ladder Match? Booker T/RVD could also work. John Cena needs a big opponent and victory (US title?) It'll be interesting to see how the card comes together.

If Goldberg is going to face Lesnar, and Undertaker is going to face Kane... I see a Taker trade for Goldberg.

WINNERS / LOSERS

Goldberg vs Lesnar (Retirement Match)

The Undertaker vs Kane

Randy Orton vs Mick Foley

Chris Benoit vs Kurt Angle (WWE Championship)

Triple H vs Chris Jericho (World Championship)

I think Angle will get the title off of Lesnar for several reasons.

First of all it recreates the best match of 2003. The crowd was into it and it got positive reviews from the fans. They'll want to showcase the best at Wrestlemania XX and it doesn't get much better.

Chris Jericho was the last RAW superstar in the Royal Rumble... and with the recent face turn I think he'll some how earn a main event position setting up a Wrestlemania XVIII rematch.
