From Lords of Pain

The Randy Orton push will be going into maximum overdrive as he is penciled in to win the 2006 Royal Rumble in Miami, Florida. Orton will then go on to Wrestlemania to take on Batista for the World Heavyweight Title. He is expected to defeat Batista and take home the gold. WWE is very adament about making up for Orton's first title reign in 2004, which they consider to be disappointing. WWE feels that Orton will be one of the top stars of the future. Batista is 40 years and WWE feels his days on top are limited.

Also, it doesn't look like Cena is losing his WWE title anytime soon as he is expected to retain it past Wrestlemania and beyond. He is scheduled to take on Triple H and defeat him.

You shouldn't, Sonjay Dutt is on his way to pull off spots on you. I'd be worried about that...

I've been wondering this for a while, is that Cartman in your avatar?

Xero
11-29-2005, 06:54 PM
No. Just something I made.

Which I'll be changing soon, incidentally.

RemyRed
11-29-2005, 06:59 PM
Oh...and with that avatar change ends Xero Limit, the Federation years.

Ha ha ha! Great av Xero! Anyway, Flair's 50 something is he not? And he's holding the IC belt. Wouldn't that kind of make this news very very defunct in a way?

Jaton

Yeah well, around this time last year it was also "news" that Orton was going to Wrestlemania.

PorkSoda
11-30-2005, 09:49 PM
Is this all true?

How does Lords of Pain know all this?

Why is Cena going to hold on the title for a year +?

Is Batista going to retire soon?

Why is the sky blue?

Dorkchop

I don't think anyone needs a rumour about who's going to win the Rumble. It's just never really a surprise. Benoit is kind of an exception, but not terribly shocking.

Savio

I knew vince was gonna win.

Indifferent Clox

Dude, this is obviously bullshit. We all know the writers do not possess the ability to book in advance of more than 18 days.

Really, I was completely unaware of that.

I mean, that the Rumble was in JANUARY?

Fuck, I thought it was Summerslam that they showed in Jan.

you should have bolded the entire date, and not 2006 then

It's meaningless, as the Rumble had already passed by quite a bit.

BobBitchen

I just wondered if the whole Cena winning at maina was true.I had seen a thread earlier that said he was losing at maina.seems like most of this had happened.

Kane Knight
03-21-2006, 10:59 PM
Who's yer daddy?

Much of this was predicted elsewhere as well, even from sources that have predicted the downfall of John Cena. In fact, it would seem more plausible that, in the current environment, Cena's going down.

Kane Knight

Also, it's worth noting that Orton didn't win, Batista's no longer champ (and wasn't actually planned to be at 22), and let's not forget HH was the obvious choice.
