Looking for something that will make me orgasm, now that I got the new system I want to see what it can do. So I'm talking like, in terms of graphics, story and gameplay. Not really looking for WoW or anything THAT nerdy.

I definitely want to get The Movies so that I can script out nice films to put online and whatnot...

But whot else?

I'd say Star Wars Battlefront 2, but that depends if you like the movies.

KaPOOPman: What type of game is it? It's not the MMORPG is it? Dunno if I could handle that. Though it might be kinda sweet.

RE: Playboy game... horrible review. Dunno, I'd rather get LSL for my pornographic game needs. Cartoon porn.

Nah the Star Wars MMO is "Star Wars Galaxies"

WoW is still the best PC game ever though, just FYI

In all seriousness, Sims 2.

Sims 2 is hot, as is WoW.

Also a pretty big damn fan of City of Villains too. Absolutely love it.

Doom 3 for graphics and not much else.

F.E.A.R will make your system wish it could run everything on highest settings

The only thing I care about with Sims 2 is... can I kill people in very creative, and horribly cruel manners like in the first one?

Cause if so, I'll have to think about it.

As for the rest... Doom.

Is FEAR any good, tbh? The box looked kinda cookie cutterish. Like anothing FPS or something.

Well, if you consider getting Sims 2, by all means, get it on PC. The console versions are pretty good, but you can have kids and such in the PC one. It's not as silly as the first Sims was, but there are still a few amusing death situations, naturally. :D

FEAR is great. It's an FPS, but it's not another crappy FPS with bad mechanics. That's just my opinion, but I'd MUCH rather play FEAR than Half Life (just for an example).

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is a first/thrid person shooter where you take control of a single unit at a time, but in full-scale battles. People, aliens and droids runnign and shooting everywhere, taking control of turrets and vehicles, capturing strongholds, clearing objectives, plus you can control heroes like Jedis, the Fetts, the Siths and so on.

That might be a bit overwhelming for my simple mind to handle. AoE always overwhelmed me, because I just wanted to control one squad at a time, rather than worrying about defense at the same time as I was fighting two battles etc.

:$ Too ADD for some games I think.

But it still sounds hot... too bad I'm probably getting Doom 3 and The Movies for right now.

Anyone a black and white fan? I might get #2... my #1 disc was sat on, and I miss it... I had so much fun training my cow to be a lazy and bitter, yet good-hearted cow. Didn't like to fight, either. Just ate a lot, danced with the natives, sometimes threw natives into the ocean, or would go and find foodstores of fishermen and eat their food, too.

It was like AlphaBean in cow form.

I never played the original. But B&W 2 was fun. 'Training' your pet is more just switches that you turn on and off now though, and isn't as much teaching anymore from what I've heard. It was still a fun game with awesome graphics though.

You only handle your character. Never more than one at a time. It's just that you can respawn as long as you have units left. Think of it as a Star Wars shooter were other guys, friends and foes, happen to be in the same level as you. I thought it would be overwhelming, but it's not at all.

Mine can. Now if only my friend would let me borrow the cd for it again :)

What?!?!?!

LOL fuck that, I taught my cow how to hurl boulders at villages. That was like 80% of the fun of that game.

Bro, if your girlfriend was my girlfriend, I'd never even think about video games, tbh. Ever. :p

Anyway, sounds like fun, but not the kind of fun I can get into... I hear nothing but great things about FEAR though. So yeah... maybe so, maybe so.

You can still do that. But it's not so much that you have to spend time teaching him or anything. If he does something you either praise or punish him for it and he'll either do that a lot, or never.

So you can him to do whatever you tell him to. It just won't take as long basically.. less teaching, more turning of switches basically.

Oh, it got rid of stroke/slap, then? Good. Worst part of the game.

If you like strategy games I say go for Age of Empires III or Warcraft 3. Both are the goods, pretty fun.

AlphaBean

Not big on strategy, not smart enough for it. Usually I just try to keep to myself in AoE, build up a big enough army that I can overwhelm my enemies, instead of trying to be strategic. YOU KNOW.

Gonzo

Well yeah thats pretty much what those games are lol. There isn't much strategy in it I guess once you figure out what you're going to build.
