Tonight I will be buying my first NWA: TNA via Pay Per View. I've seen a few matches on Kazaa and I would have to say that I was impressed. So impressed that I'm going to pay 10 dollars to see a 2 hour show. I'll probally post my thoughts on the show in this thread afterwards if I don't get lazy. So I hope its a good show.

I'll get to see one of my favorite stars, that being Raven once again. I've followed his career from ECW-to-WCW-to-WWE and now to TNA. Apparently he's facing a big monster who goes by the name of Abyss tonight.

I really don't have high expectations for the show and am going to just sit and enjoy it for what its worth. I'll get to see some old legends of the bvusiness in Rowdy Roddy Piper and some established stars as well as the up and comers. This should be quite interesting. Check you all later.

I was watching TNA earlier...for free.

Because of that friendly tv channel is doing one hour wrestling shows, before the channel comes out. Tonight was TNA's go. Tomorrow is CZW, although I'm not to bothered about them.

NWA: TNA Initial Thoughts after paying out $10

It was an alright show, it was actually pretty good to see some old wrestling stars that I haven't seen in a while. Such as Jeff Jarrett, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Shane Douglas,BG James, Ron Killings, Konnan. Raven is still the effing man on the mic and he is the classic brawler. He was really one of the motivating factors for me buying the Pay Per View.

Next week seems like it will feature some pretty awesome matches.
NWA Championship
Jeff Jarrett .vs. Sting

Steel Cage
Raven, CM Punk & Julio .vs. Redshirts & Abyss

X Championship
Michael Shane .vs. Low Ki

Low Ki by the way has the intensity of Chris Benoit in the ring. They have complete different styles but simular intensity. If you would like to see him in one of his best matches just ask me. Him and Samoa Joe faced off in Ring of Honor and it was one of the stiffest matches I've ever seen.

Well, I thought the show was good but not up to par with the WWE yet. Raw has been phenomenal lately so NWA: TNA has got some work to do if they want to compete with the WWE.

All in all, I'll probally dish out another $10 next week because I haven't seen Sting in a long time. And next weeks card looks like it can be a great show!

I wish my cable provider offered NWA.

Even if they did though, I doubt I would buy it much, as I really don't care about pro wrestling enough anymore to spend $10 a week on it.

Don't do it. The company isn't any good.

I only ever bought one TNA PPV, which was there first ever 3 Hour PPV. Wasn't a bad show, just wasn't good enough to keep spending any money on.

So congrats TNA, you managed to get thirty dollars out of me, your entire run ever.

I've bought a few PPVs. Gail Kim/Kong and the Aries title run got me to sink some in. That's about it.
