I still think Shane Mcmahon will take the job, but its weird because they haven't even mentioned anything about it for a while. Its like they expect us to forget about it...(like how they've trained our memories to forget about many of their other storylines from the past before)

I actually don't care. I don't want them to have a GM. They don't need it. I like how it's going now. McMahon is there, but he's not being the Raw GM. He's there to take out HBK (I'm not a fan of this, I'm a fan of not having anyone in specific calling all the shots). I say "MEH" and keep Raw GM, commissioner, and bossless for a while.

I sort of agree. I think we shoudl have an authority figure though. Just one who is there infrequently. For big issues and the like.

Carlito will be the next GM and that...

That's just swell. *bites apple*

Hmm... I suppose. I'm just liking the idea of not having a big authority figure for a while. I mean, they should bring in a GM or whatever who won't be the whole show. And they should do it in a few more months after the wrestlers realise no one's calling the shots, so they start calling all of their own shots, and hell breaks lose often.

Sounds good to me.

I was gonna start a topic like this yesterday.

I think they really did just drop it. The McMahons have taken over, and we're supposed to forget about two months ago.

As long as Dusty Rhodes stays off TV, I could care less.

Shelton's Momma.

To be honest, and I do mean this, that wouldn't be half bad. She can use her relationship with Vince to get the spot (Oh c'mon, you just know Vince is going to hit that), and then give Shelton all the title shots and stuff. Vacant IC Title? Shelton Benjamin gets it awarded to him. Vacant World Tag Team Championship? Shelton Benjamin and a tag team partner get awarded it.

If just to see Benjamin in the main event every week, I still wouldn't mind it happening.

I think it was going to be Ted DiBiasie. They where hyping the new RAW GM and everything and suddenly Ted has those health problems and has to rest at home and suddenly they go quiet about a new GM. So, I think that he was going to be GM but either there putting it on ice until he recovers and can come back or they may forget it totally.

If I am right and he does eventually become GM. That could open a few things in the RAW vs Smackdown! story. Ted can slip a little something to SD talent to sabotage there own show or jump ship etc. Starting a big "Who can you trust" story on SD.

It'll be Vince

Cool King

It'll be Bischoff.

This storyline is only happening so Bischoff can get some time off. He's been working every Monday and a some Sundays....and two Tuesdays for the past three years. (two years for Tuesdays)

They'll make it turn out that the RAW Ratings are falling and Vince tries everything to get them back up but nothing works. Then somebody (The Coach) remembers Vince that the RAW ratings were through the roof when Bischoff was GM. And because of that, Vince brings back Bischoff.

I think they'll forget about the next Raw GM 'till the whole HBK/Vince storyline is played out. Why would they need a GM if Vince is there every week?
That is, unless Shane gets the spot.
If Dusty gets it, I'll start watching Raw with closed captions on so I know what the hell he's saying... Either that, or I'll talk with a mouth full of sawdust and see if I could understand myself.

Like Jack Tunney or "WWF President" Gorilla Monsoon.

I much prefer that idea to yet another heel authority that's out to impose his personal agenda on the show, because it's been done for almost a decade now.

Yeah, Vince seems to think that running the same idea into the ground over and over again is the future of the business.
