what was your favorite part?
mine was the funk/candido match in which funk got kicked by a horse. He then screamed "You fucking horse, I'll kick your ass"! that had me laughing for days.

The part where Larry Zbysco tried to call them the new world odor and it says "That Larry was a damn clever man"

The revelations of the political games that Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash played throughout their WCW careers are astounding and mind-boggling. Those two men literally drove WCW into the ground and killed it where it lay.

It's interesting to read about these shows and events and happenings from 7-8 years ago, remembering them with very hazy clarity, but now understanding the stories going on behind the scenes and how the power plays by Nash, Hogan and Bischoff directly effected what came off on WCW TV.

Take, for example, the last WCW TV show of the Kevin Nash booking era: it was Thunder, a 2-hour long shitfest with Nash sitting in on commentary all night and making mostly unfunny shoot jokes on the air. I remember watching that Thunder and thinking it was horrible, and wondering what the hell Nash, who was just a wrestler for all I knew (my "mark era"), was doing at the announcers booth. Now I know.

I also love that the book is dedicated to "Hunter and Steph."

When the authors explained how the WWE really botched the "Invasion" (emphasis on the parenthesis') angle.
