Impact!

I was tired all day becouse I stayed up for TNA. I hope they
do something with the Gail kim , Jackie feud. It was good to see Spike.
I hope this means the PPV match between Team 3D and Team Canada will be
a six man match. Samoa Joe winning the x title back pushes him to the
heavy weights how? Being on Sting's Team is a great push for Ron
Killings and A.J. Styles. New format of no squash matches is good. The
matches being a bit longer is cool, I guess. Not much room for story
development. With only 40 minutes to work with though something has to give. I
have to say I have a new hatred for commercials, but I guess they pay
the bills. B+

I thought that is was a great show. I think sting is the
best. There were great matches. All of them. I hope that sometime in the
future TNA gets a chance to have two hours. I think that it is much
better then WWE. It's a quiker pace and the wrestlers work great together.
Tha only thing that it's missing is Goldberg and the NWO. I think with
those them that would put TNA over the top. Great show though.

This week's iMPACT was an A rating compared to some of the
shows they have had in the past. The x division continues to impress,
but I wish they would move Joe to the heavy weight division because I
think it would be awesome for him to challenge Sting by Bound for Glory.
I've read some of the other postings and I don't agree with bringing in
other talent like Goldberg, Rock, etc. Granted, they would be a huge
draw, but most of these guys haven't trained or wrestled in a long time.
Plus have any of you seen Goldberg on Pros vs. Joes, he doesn't look
like he's in too good of wrestling shape at the moment. As far as the
main event goes I was happy with it because just seeing Sting wrestle is
reason to watch for me. Now I'm no wrestling expert and to tell you
the truth I've only started watching in 2002 when ECW and WCW were gone,
but I find the double J and Sting feud pretty decent. As I see, the
longer this feud goes on the longer double J stays out of the title
picture. In my opinion the TNA product is excellent and it will only take a
matter of time before people see it. Nothing is perfect, but the way
that they handle tag teams and feuds are way better than that of WWE. I
still don't understand how they had Kane and Big Show lose the straps
to the Spirit Squad, and since I've started watching WWE I've seen H and
Michaels at least 20 times.

TNA is awesome! Much better than WWE! Joe and Daniels are
the future of the company! Sting kicks ASSSSS! Come on TNA, sign
Goldberg! PLEASE! Overall A Could have been a better Sting match!

Yes, f*** yes! That was the best episode of TNA since they
stopped the weekly PPVs. I have been hanging in there for the longest
time, just waiting for TNA to get good again... Well it has! Now all we
need is the Return of Raven, Jerry Lynn and Low Ki.

From: mattwheat7@zoominternet.net
this weeks impact! was just like any other episode. it was
still good but they hyped it up like it was going to be spectacular and
it didnt seem any different. great to see spike dudley back with the
acid drop. (the dudley dog was the WORST name of a move ever) i see sabu
taking the x title off of joe. and why weren't there any surprise on
stings team.

I thought it was alright, it could have been way better,
instead of using the big name talent they should really focus on the
younger guys like Sabin, Williams, Strong, Aries (if they ever bring him
back), Shelly, Lethal. I don't know why they would bring in Steiner, that
guy cannot throw a good suplex if his life depended on it, he's gotta
be the biggest peice of garbage in the business next to goldberg.

They have sho much talent and even though its only an hour to showcase
it all they could do a lot more. Leave "entertainment" to the fed and
get back to the wrestling. Some story lines is alright but as long as
you continue to get like 3-4 matches in an hour I'll be a happy camper.

Sting vs Eric Young was pretty good, I'm glad to see Young actually in
there for once since I hear he's one of the best on the roster.

AMW vs Team 3D....now if that was a street fight it lack the street and
the fight. It was lame in my opinion it could have been a lot
better...wow spike made his debut...suprised me should be interesting.

Joe vs Fallen Angel...it was an awesome match but the finish was too
predictable. You face Joe...your gonna job. Whats the point in taking the
title off of him if your just going to give it back to him a couple
months later. Please don't tell me he's gonna contract Jarrett syndrome.
Let other people run with it, get a good heel type character in there
turn Joe face then give him a major run for the title...not the oh this
is a predictable moment. Build up...it would have made that title win
mean so much more instead of...wow...he got the belt...I don't care
because I knew it was going to happen.

All in all it was a good Impact but it could have been WAY better.

TNA's inpact debut on primetime was in my opinion great.
Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels was outstanding. Team 3D vs AMW was
alright. I say alright because it needed more weapons. But that was made up
when Spike showed up. Then, Sting vs. Eric Young wasn't that great for
the fact that it was a squash match. But the ending was great when
Sting revealed his team. Overall Impact in my eyes got a B+

I watched the show and I thought it was the best iMPACT! to
date. And I think first time viewers were hooked from the first match.
10/10

Joe vs. Daniels match was INSANE. Those two stole the show

From: marcm9999@yahoo.com
Impact on Thursday was fantastic!!! Starting the show with
the match already in progress was shear genius. TNA is by far the best
wrestling organization in the United States. Keep up the good work. I
look forward to the day you begin to take your product on the raod so I
can see it in person.

May be too late to send this, but I had to put my two cents
in since I bashed the show two weeks ago. This was AMAZING! From the
first match between Joe and Daniels (which was ppv worthy) to the
return of Spike Dudley "Runt" and even Eric Young VS. Sting was entertaining
the whole 43 minutes and left me wanting more. This is something WWE
can't do with twice that amount of time. Way to go TNA you knocked it
out of the park. When I saw Spike come out I can honestly say that it's
the first time I've gotten chills in a long time watching wrestling.
And to everyone screaming for Goldberg? Lay off! You act like this
company will be made or broken by Goldberg's appearance. It won't. Let's
keep what we've got and somewhere down the road add a Jericho or Rock.
Until then enjoy.

This epidode of impact! was awesome! The show has only a one
hour timeselot, but they still can squeeze everything in. The one thing
I would love to see his Spike! give TNA a 2 hour timeslot. TNA just has
so much to offer, and I feel that there being kept too much on a leash.
But more about last night. Great to see Sting back. But besides Sting,
I think Eric Young is awesome, and brings some great talent to the
table. The Daniels Joe match was also a great physical match. And how great
was it that Spike Dudley made his TNA debut! When team 3D faced AMW in
that street fight. All I could think about was ECW. I see a lot of ECW,
in TNA. TNA has some of the greatest wrestlers in the world on there
roster. And it won't take long until TNA is up on a higher scale, and
starts competing more heavily with the WWE. Last nights grade for IMPACT!
....A+!!! TNA!!! TNA!!! TNA!! TNA!!!

i watched it...
it's even worse when you're not watching it after WWE product on mondays.
(since you have to focus the whole "WTF" factor usually blown on raw, into TNA product)

yea that was dumb putting that x belt back on joe, he needs to be in the next fued with cage.

They're giving him a slow heel push. If he faced Christian, he'd have to beat him and take the NWA Title, and he's not ready for that yet.

I honestly dunno what the freakin' buzz about Samoa Joe is. He sucks. He kicks and chops the whole match until he hits the MuscleBuster[one move] and the Sleeper[two moves]. He's got a Hogan-esque movelist, yet, people on the 'net act as if he's God's gift to TNA. He's not. They would be better suited leaving Christian Cage as NWA Champ until Monty Brown comes back.....

As for the debut of "IMPACT" on Thursdays, it was good. The opener was kind of a buzz-kill seeing Christopher Daniels lose to Joe. As I stated before, I'm not a big fan of Joe. Daniels is the superior athlete, so, IMO that was a huge mistake.

Spike[now known as "Brother Runt"] debuting was cool. I'm just wondering why they couldn't come up with something besides "Brother Runt".

Sting was hyping his team up like Goldberg or Jericho were going to be a part of his LockDown team. Although the team of Rhino, Truth, AJ, & Sting is good enough, it definetely wasn't all it was hyped to be. Another thing: The announcers kept selling the fact that it was Sting's first match on National TV in 5 years. All that for him to debut against Eric Young?! It would've been better if Sting's opponent were Abyss, Bobby Roode, or even Alex Shelly.

Other than that, Impact was a good show. I'm just hoping TNA will get bigger stars and get a 2-hour show. Why couldn't TNA have gotten 2 hours on Thursday and left UFC on Monday?? The main prob with TNA now is time. They don't have nearly enough time to build alot of feuds at once while using entertainment. Once they do this, it'll be the vastly superior product.

I can understand why Joe is an aquired taste, but your argument of loving Daniels in comparison is questionable, considering his move set is a BME, Last Rights and Angles Wings.

Joe IMO is one of the best workers going right now, he looks the part and his move's look legit, watch some ROH before you shit all over him, in TNA much like WWE they need to protect all the workers they have so most of the guys will have a limited move set.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. smarks love Joe because they've seen him elsewhere, where the "Submission machine" has more than two gears. They're trying to defend a guy who really doesn't exist in TNA, and the people who don't get it are right: They've seen nothing that really merits it.

I've seen some good matches from him; just not in TNA. And there's no real reason to watch him in TNA.

Good point, i'm approacing this from a baised point of view based on what I know he can do

But look at it this way: Can you name a single reason to watch him in TNA, where he can do this shit but doesn't?
