Didn't see this posted -

WWE.com posted the following statement tonight:

"Shawn Michaels underwent an MRI today in San Antonio to learn the extent of the injuries to his leg. HBK's physician, Dr. Jacobs, claims that Michaels will need surgery. The only question is when. But at the very least, in the short term, Shawn Michaels will need some degree of convalescing."

Haven't his last few injuries been also due to knee complications? And what happens with the whole DX thing?

This is a work. Spirit Squad "Pillman'd" his knee on RAW.

No its legit. Thata why the Spirit Squad work over his leg last night too make it look like They hurt him. When in fact his knee has bothering him for a good amount of time, and this MRI was already scheduled before last night.

Then why are they bothering with the DX tease? I mean, it's obvious HHH was going to turn on him anyway, but why not go ahead and have him be the one to injure him?

They are hoping he will be able to wrestle at Vengence. That's all I got.

HBK will come back at vengence to save HHH if he is healthy

Vince never planned on a D-X reuinion. He's trying to see how much he can abuse the smarks before they tune out entirely.

That's what I mean. The swerve was obvious from the beginning. But wouldn't it have made more sense to have HHH blow out HBK's knee with the sledge during their big "reunion" rather than have the Spirit Squad do it?

HBK requires some rest. He is constantly performing on each and every Raw event.

That puts a big halt on the DX reunion.

I doubt Triple H will go back heel after turning semi-face on RAW. If anything, Michaels would probably turn heel on Trips....

A heel HBK leading a new DX=greatness. Besides, if Trips were to lead a new DX, it would just be an excuse for another title reign.

I still see a DX thing happening, with maybe HBK acting like HHH's manager in the beginning, kinda like in the old DX when Hunter was on crutches for a while.

I wonder how far Shawn's willing to go with this DX thing.

On a somewhat unrelated note bring back Slaughter and have Michaels/Helmsley dust off the spit guards. Classic DX moment.

Bah. They'll keep teasing the DX reuinion.
